Abstract

　パターン領域を被転写膜に押し当て、光照射により被転写膜を硬化してパターンを転写するインプリントモールド（１）であって、パターン領域（１２）が設けられた第１主面、及び第１主面に対向する第２主面を有する基板（１０）と、第１主面に設けられ、パターン領域（１２）の外周に沿った第１遮光膜（２０）と、第２主面に設けられ、パターン領域（１２）に対向する領域を含む開口部（２４）を有し、一部が第１遮光膜（２０）に対向する第２遮光膜（２２）とを備え、基板（１０）に垂直な断面において、被転写膜を硬化する光の第２主面に対する最大入射角が、開口部（２４）に接する側の第２遮光膜（２２）の一端と、パターン領域（１２）から最も遠い側の第１遮光膜（２０）の一端とを結ぶ線が第２主面の垂線に対して成す角より小さい。
