Abstract

 本発明の課題は、優れた電気特性を有し、更に長期間繰り返し使用したとしても高解像度で品質の高い良好な画像を安定的に形成することができる電子写真感光体を提供し、また該電子写真感光体を用いた電子写真感光体カートリッジ及び画像形成装置を提供することである。本発明は、電子写真感光体を帯電させる帯電部と、帯電した該電子写真感光体を露光させ該電子写真感光体上に静電潜像を形成する露光部と、該静電潜像を現像する現像部と、を備える画像形成装置に用いる電子写真感光体であって、該電子写真感光体は、導電性支持体と感光層とを有し、該感光層が、下記式(1)で表される化合物を含有し、かつ、該露光部がLEDを有すること、該静電潜像の解像度が1200dpi以上であること、該静電潜像がトナーにより現像され、トナーのフロー式粒子像分析装置によって測定される平均円形度が0.94~1.00であること、または画像形成装置がフルカラータンデム方式であることを特徴とする電子写真感光体、該電子写真感光体を用いた電子写真感光体カートリッジ及び画像形成装置である。 【化1】 [式(1)中、R1、R2は、それぞれ独立に炭素数30以下の有機基を表し、Xは、炭素数3以上30以下の飽和炭化水素基を表す]
