Abstract

 本発明は、高飽和磁束密度が1.7T以上で、かつ保磁力が小さくヒステリシス損失の小さい高飽和磁束密度低保磁力の軟磁性合金、その製造方法、および磁性部品を提供する。本発明によるナノ結晶の軟磁性合金は、結晶粒径が0よりも大きく60nm以下の結晶粒がアモルファス相中に体積分率で30%以上分散した組織を有する。この軟磁性合金は、組成式:Fe100-x-y-zAxMyXzにより表され、ここで、AはCu,Auから選ばれた少なくとも1種以上の元素、MはTi、Zr、Hf、V、Nb、Ta、Cr、Mo、W、から選ばれた少なくとも1種以上の元素、XはB,Siから選ばれた少なくとも一種以上の元素であり、原子%で、0<x≦5、0.4≦y<2.5、10≦z≦20であり、かつ飽和磁束密度が1.7T以上、保磁力が15A/m以下である。
