Abstract

 特にカットコアに好適な特性を有する高飽和磁束密度で低磁歪のFe基ナノ結晶軟磁性合金と前記Fe基ナノ結晶軟磁性合金を製造する際に用いられるアモルファス合金薄帯および前記Fe基ナノ結晶軟磁性合金の製造方法並びにこれを用いた高性能磁性部品を提供する。  本発明は、一般式:Fe100-x-a-y-zAxMaSiyBz(式中、AはCu,Auから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素、MはTi,V,Zr,Nb,Mo,Hf,Ta,Wから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を示し、x、a、yおよびzは原子%で、それぞれ0≦x≦2、0≦a≦1.5、12≦y≦18、4≦z≦10、x+a+y+z≦25である。)で表される組成を有し、平均粒径120nm以下のbccFe-Si結晶粒とアモルファス相からなり、bccFe-Si結晶粒が体積分率で組織の50%以上を占め、飽和磁束密度Bsが1.4T以上、飽和磁歪定数λsが-3.5×10-6≦λs≦+3.5×10-6の範囲にあることを含んでなる、Fe基ナノ結晶軟磁性合金。である。
