Abstract

 本発明は、FeCo系ナノ結晶軟磁性材料において1.85T以上の高飽和磁束密度を示し、ノズル寿命が長く薄帯製造しやすい軟磁性合金、およびそれを作るためのアモルファス合金薄帯、およびその軟磁性合金を用いた磁性部品を提供する。前記軟磁性合金は、組成式:Fe100-x-y-aCoaCuxBy(但し、原子%で、1<x≦3、10≦y≦20、10<a<25)により表され、組織の少なくとも一部が結晶粒径60nm以下(0を含まず)の結晶相であり、かつ飽和磁束密度が1.85T以上、保磁力が200A/m以下である。
