Abstract

 長期間に亘って熱硬化性樹脂ゴム状重合体粒子が析出することがなく、かつ、流動性に優れ、硬化成形し易い、強度が改善された、熱硬化性樹脂本来の品質が充分に発揮される本発明のゴム状重合体粒子を分散した熱硬化性樹脂組成物は、熱硬化性樹脂100重量部、及びゴム状重合体粒子1重量部~80重量部を含み、ゴム状重合体粒子が、一次粒子の状態で分散されてなる熱硬化性樹脂組成物であって、固形分濃度が60重量%~90重量%であり、かつ、水分濃度が3重量%以下であり、ゴム状重合体粒子を安定な状態に維持した状態で、効率的に工業的に製造できる、ゴム状重合体粒子、熱硬化性樹脂、水、及び有機溶媒を含む混合溶液に隣接する気相を脱気し減圧し、前記混合溶液中の前記水、及び前記有機溶媒の量を低減する濃縮工程を含む本発明のゴム状重合体粒子分散熱硬化性樹脂組成物の製造方法により製造することができる。
