Abstract

【課題】 成膜後に未硬化状態で取り扱い可能で、硬化時間が短く、成形可能であり、かつ硬度の高いハードコート層を与える活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物を提供する。 【解決手段】 活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物は、側鎖にアルコキシシリル基を有するビニル系重合体および光酸発生剤を含有し、未硬化状態でのガラス転移温度が15°C以上100°C以下であり、含有しているSi原子含有化合物またはSi原子含有化合物単位の90質量%以上が、以下の構造式1で表されるものである。      (R1)nSi(OR2)4-n   (構造式1)  構造式1中、R1は成分(a)の該ビニル系重合体の主鎖中の単位、主鎖に結合する残基、該単位および/または該残基となりうる重合性基、または置換されていてもよいアルキル基もしくはアリール基を表す。R2は炭素数1~5のアルキル基を表す。nは1から3の整数を表す。

活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物およびその用途
技術分野
[0001] 本発明は、活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物、該組成物からなる活性エネルギ 一線硬化性樹脂層を積層した積層体、該積層体に活性エネルギー線を照射する硬 化積層体の製造方法、および該製造方法によって得られる硬化積層体に関する。 背景技術
[0002] プラスチック材料は、ガラスに比べ、耐衝撃性に優れ、曲面を有する形状への成形 が容易であり、軽量である等の特徴を有するが、表面に大小、浅深の様々な傷がつ き易ぐまた、いったん傷に入った汚れが除去し難いために、汚れ易いという問題が ある。従って、プラスチック成形体に対しては、特にその表面の耐擦傷性の向上が強 く求められている。
[0003] そこで、従来、曲面を有するプラスチック成形体に簡便にハードコート機能を付与 する方法として、厚膜の軟質層と薄膜の硬質層とからなる硬化樹脂層を有する積層 体を成形することによってハードコート機能を有する成形体を得る方法 (特許文献 1) が提案されている。しかし、この方法により得られる積層体は、硬質層が薄膜のため 十分な硬度が得られず、また軟質層および硬質層は共に硬化層であるため、伸度が 低い用途に制限されるという問題があった。例えば、面延伸率 25倍以上の深絞り形 状に成形しょうとする場合、加熱延伸中に硬化層にクラックが入ってしまう。
[0004] そこで、活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物を熱可塑性樹脂基板上に積層後、 未硬化状態を維持しつつ加熱成形し、得られた積層成形体に活性エネルギー線を 照射することによってハードコート機能を付与する方法 (特許文献 2)や、未硬化状態 の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物を転写層として積層した転写シートを用いて 射出成形時に成形体に転写層を転写し、得られた積層成形体に活性エネルギー線 を照射することによってハードコート機能層を得る方法 (特許文献 3)が提案されてい る。
[0005] しかし、特許文献 2の方法の場合、活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物の主成分 であるラジカル重合性不飽和基が導入された重合体は、固体で取り扱えるようにする ためには、ラジカル重合性不飽和基の導入量を少なくしなければならず、一方、高硬 度の表面を得るためにはその導入量を多くしなければならないため、両者のバランス を取ることが困難であった。
[0006] また、特許文献 2および 3の方法は共にラジカル重合性不飽和結合を有する化合 物を使用しているが、ラジカル重合性不飽和結合を有する化合物は、熱硬化性樹脂 を成形するような温度、例えば 150°C以上の高温での安定性が低ぐ加熱成形時は 短時間で硬化が進行するため、薄膜(フィルム厚 lmm未満)のフィルムでの成形は 加熱時間が短いため可能であるが、厚膜 (フィルム厚 lmm以上)のシートを用いて成 形体を得ることは加熱時間が長くなるため、加熱中に硬化が進行し、硬化層にクラッ クが入り、満足な成形ができない。同様の原因により、板状の積層体や板状の積層 体を曲げる程度の低い(例えば面延伸率 4倍程度)加工をする場合、加熱あるいは成 形中に若干重合が進行しても外観に大きな不良は見られないが、特許文献 2や 3で 提案されている方法で板状積層体を深絞り形状に加工する場合など、面延伸率の大 きい(例えば 25倍以上)加工をしょうとすると、わずかな重合が起こった場合でも大き く外観を損なう。
[0007] また、ラジカル重合性不飽和基による重合反応は酸素による重合阻害を受けやす レ、ため表面硬化性が悪く空気中で硬化させる場合は十分な硬度が得られない。
[0008] また、重合性不飽和結合を有する化合物以外で高硬度の表面を与える化合物とし ては、例えば、活性エネルギー線硬化タイプのシリコーン樹脂が知られている(特許 文献 4)。し力 ながら、このようなシリコーン樹脂は、シラン化合物やその加水分解物 を併用するので、加水分解性シランィ匕合物由来の活性シラノール基の縮合により成 形品に割れが発生する可能性があり、深絞り成型品への適用は困難である。
[0009] また、曲面を有するプラスチック成形体にハードコート機能を付与する上述した方 法の他に、ロールコート法やディップ法により直接、樹脂板にハードコート機能を付与 する方法も知られている力 これらの方法はバッチ式のため生産効率が低いという問 題がある。このため、樹脂板に関しても、これらの方法に代えて、前述したような、機 能膜を有する転写シートを用いて機能膜を樹脂板に直接転写する方法が用いられる ようになってきた。具体的には、ハードコート用転写材として、アクリル系光硬化性榭 脂を転写層に利用するものが提案されている(特許文献 5, 6)。しかし、アクリル系光 硬化性樹脂は硬化に要する時間が短ぐ生産性が高いという利点がある反面、アタリ ロイル基がラジカル重合する硬化系であるため、酸素の重合阻害を受けやすぐ重 合阻害を受けた場合には表面硬化性が低下する。そのため、嫌気下での重合が不 可欠となり、また、 10 z m以上の厚膜でなければ所望の硬度が得られないという欠点 力 Sある。
[0010] また、ハードコート材料としては、前述のアクリル酸エステルに代表されるアクリル系 樹脂とシリカゾノレやオルガノシランとの混合物からなるシリコーン系樹脂が主に使用さ れており、一般にラジカル系樹脂よりシリコーン熱硬化系樹脂のほうが硬度は高いの で、転写材の転写層に用いる材料としてもシリコーン系樹脂のほうが好ましいと考えら れる。実際、シリコーン系樹脂を転写層として用いたハードコート用転写材も提案され ている(特許文献 7)。しかし、該層は接着層を必要とするために転写層を 2層以上の 層で構成する必要があり、生産性が低ぐ転写材の生産コストが非常に高くつくという 欠点がある。また、特許文献 7で示されるように、一般にシリコーン系樹脂は熱硬化タ イブであり、硬化までに数分力 数時間力かるため、この点からも非常に生産性が低 いものとなる。
[0011] これらの問題点を解決した技術として、アクリル系の光硬化性樹脂とシリコーン樹脂 との混合物からなる活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物を転写層に使用することが 提案されている(特許文献 8)。この方法は、高硬度の皮膜を得ることができる優れた 方法であるが、活性エネルギー線を照射した後に硬度を上昇させるためには、加熱 処理あるいは活性エネルギー線の照射を長時間行わなければならず、生産コストが かかるという問題がある。また、低分子のアクリル系モノマーを用いるため、塗工時に タック感が残るので塗工した基材を未硬化状態で卷き取ることが困難であり、枚葉式 で生産せざるを得ず、生産性の向上に限界があった。
[0012] 更に、この点を改良したものとして特許文献 9や、特許文献 4などにあるようにアルコ キシシラン含有ビュル共重合体とコロイダルシリカやアルコキシシランの縮重合物を 用いたものが考えられる力 S、コロイダルシリカに含まれる活性シラノール基やアルコキ シシランの縮重合時に使用する水や酸のため、樹脂組成物をフィルムに塗工した後 、溶媒を乾燥などにより除去し、未硬化状態でフィルムを保存すると徐々に縮合が進 行してしまレ、、フィルムの保存性が確保できなレ、とレ、う問題がある。
[0013] また、近年、前述したような積層体を液晶パネルに利用することが行われており、液 晶パネルなどの画像表示板が備えなければならない重要な機能の 1つとして反射防 止機能が広く認知されている。この反射防止機能は、画像表示板に入射した室内の 蛍光灯の光が、画像表示板から外部へ反射する際に、入射光に対する反射光の割 合を低減させ、画像をより鮮明に表示するための機能である。具体的には、画像表 示板の表面に反射防止膜を形成することにより、その機能が付与されている。ここで 、反射防止機能の原理は、屈折率の高い層の表面に屈折率の低い層を設けた構造 の反射防止膜を形成することにより、高屈折率層で反射する光と低屈折率層で反射 する光との間の光路差を利用し、相互に干渉させて反射光を低減させるものである。
[0014] ところで、画像表示板などの基材上に反射防止膜を形成する方法としては、従来よ り反射防止膜用樹脂組成物を塗布する方法が知られているが、取扱性の向上や製 造コストの低減のため、機能層である反射防止膜を転写層として被転写体表面 (即ち 、画像表示板の表面)に熱転写あるいは感圧転写する方法である転写法が注目され ている。具体的には、転写法で反射防止膜を転写する場合、少なくとも 1層の低屈折 率層を含む反射防止層、ハードコート層および接着層からなる転写層を有する転写 材を転写する方法が提案されてレ、る(特許文献 10、 11参照)。
[0015] し力 ながら、特許文献 10、 11に開示された方法において、接着層と反射防止層 との間の密着性が十分でない場合には、層間にさらに中間層が必要となり、層構成 が複雑になるば力 ではなぐ反射防止膜の製造コストが増大するという問題があつ た。このような問題を解決するために、反射防止層と硬化後にハードコート機能を示 す熱硬化性接着層との 2層からなる転写材が提案されている(特許文献 12参照)。だ が、この転写材は、 2層構成でありながら、被転写材の種類によっては被転写材よりも 接着層の屈折率が大きくなり、転写後に油目模様が出現する場合があった。
[0016] 更に、以下に説明するように、前述したような活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物 の層を露光層とする積層体を利用し、活性エネルギー線の照射工程を含む印刷法 により樹脂パターン、例えば、印刷法によりレンチキュラーレンズシート等の遮光パタ ーンを精緻に形成することが求められている。
[0017] 例えば、従来、レンチキュラーレンズシートの遮光パターンの形成方法としては、凹 凸パターンの凹部又は凸部の表面に遮光被膜を形成する方法 (特許文献 13)、レン チキユラ一レンズシートを押出し成形すると同時に、印刷ロール上に形成された遮光 パターンをレンチキュラーレンズシート上に熱ラミネートする方法(特許文献 14)など が提案されている。
[0018] し力、しながら、近年の画質の高精細化に伴い遮光パターンも微細化する傾向にあ るため、特許文献 13に開示された方法ではピッチの微細化に伴い凹凸形状も小さく ならざるを得ず、このため印刷精度が低下するという問題があり、特許文献 14の方法 ではレンチキュラーレンズパターンと印刷ロール上の遮光パターンとの間の位置精度 を高レ、レベルに保つことが困難であるとレ、う問題がある。
[0019] そこで、特許文献 13や 14の方法に比べ、微細パターンの形成可能な方法として、 感光性樹脂の未露光部分の粘着性を利用し、その粘着性を有する未露光部分に着 色材料を粘着させることにより着色パターンを形成する方法 (特許文献 15、 16)が提 案されている。
[0020] しかしながら、特許文献 15又は 16の方法の場合、着色層積層前の積層体表面の 未露光部分は強い粘着性を有するため、積層体表面に埃や指紋などが非常に付着 し易ぐレンチキュラーレンズシート等の光学部材の製造には不向きであるという問題 があった。また、これらの方法で用いられている粘着剤は、特許文献 15に示されるよ うにラジカル硬化型であるため、酸素により重合阻害を受け、レンチキュラーレンズの レンズピッチを微細化させる場合には粘着層も薄くしなければならず、大気中で硬化 させることは更に困難となる。
[0021] なお、感光性樹脂材料を選択することにより、着色層積層前の積層体表面の未露 光部分の粘着性を低下させて積層体表面に埃や指紋などを付着し難くすることがで きる。しかし、逆に、未露光部分に良好な密着性で着色材料を粘着させることが困難 となり、着色パターンの部分的欠損や形状不良、密着不良が生ずる。このように、着 色層積層前の積層体表面に埃や指紋などを付着し難くすることと、未露光部分に良 好な密着性で着色材料を粘着させることとは、互いに相反する要求特性であり、両者 を両立することは困難であった。

[0023] 本発明は、上記の従来の技術を解決するものであり、成膜後に未硬化状態で取り 扱い可能で、硬化時間が短ぐ成形可能であり、かつ硬度の高いハードコート層を与 える活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物、基材上に該組成物からなる活性エネル ギ一線硬化性樹脂層が積層されてなる積層体、該積層体の活性エネルギー線硬化 性樹脂層に活性エネルギー線を照射して硬化積層体を製造する方法、および該製 造方法によって得られる硬化積層体を提供することを目的とする。
課題を解決するための手段
[0024] 本発明者らは、未硬化状態の樹脂組成物のガラス転移温度が 15°C以上 100°C以 下であり、かつアルコキシシランの縮重合により硬化する特定の組成からなる活性ェ ネルギ一線硬化性樹脂組成物を用いることによって、上記の従来の技術を解決し得 ることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
[0025] 即ち、本発明は、アルコキシシリル基の縮合により主として硬化する活性エネルギ 一線硬化性樹脂組成物であって、以下の要件 (A)、 (B)、並びに(C):
要件 (A) 該活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物が以下の成分 (a)および (b); 成分(a) 側鎖にアルコキシシリル基を有するビュル系重合体、 および 成分 (b) 光酸発生剤
を含有すること;

[0029] 更に、本発明は、基材上に硬化樹脂層が形成されてなる硬化積層体の製造方法 において、基材上に活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物からなる活性エネルギー 線硬化性樹脂層が積層されてなる前述の積層体の当該活性エネルギー線硬化性樹 脂層に活性エネルギー線を照射し、それにより該活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層を 硬化させて硬化樹脂層を形成する製造方法、およびこの製造方法により得られる硬 化積層体を提供する。この製造方法の別の態様として、本発明は、基材上に活性ェ ネルギ一線硬化性樹脂組成物を含む活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層が積層され てなる積層体として、前述の二次成形用積層体を使用した場合には、以下に示す硬 化積層成形体の製造方法を提供し、前述の転写体を使用した場合には、以下に示 す積層転写体の製造方法を提供する。

[0034] 本発明により、未硬化状態で取り扱い可能で、硬化時間が短ぐ成形可能であり、 かつ硬度の高いハードコート層を有する積層体を与える活性エネルギー線硬化性樹 脂組成物が提供される。該積層体は、二次成形基材上に積層して成形用積層体、 離型層を有していてもよいベースフィルム上に積層して転写材、とすること力 Sできる。 該転写材の転写層は、被転写材に転写した場合に油目模様が出現することがないと レ、う特徴を有する。該積層体に活性エネルギー線を照射して得られる硬化積層体は 画面保護板とすることができる。 [0035] また、本発明により、該積層体を用いた硬化積層体の製造方法、該成形用積層体 を用いた硬化積層成形体の製造方法、および該転写材を用いた積層転写体の製造 方法が提供される。特に、該積層体を用いた硬化積層体の製造方法からは、印刷方 法、該印刷方法から得られる印刷物およびレンチキュラーレンズシートが提供される 。該印刷方法により、感光性樹脂層の未露光部分が大気中に露出している状況でも 、その部分に埃や指紋などが付着し難レ、ものとすると同時に、未露光部分に良好な 密着性で樹脂パターンを形成でき、また、大気中で硬化させ易い、微細な樹脂バタ ーンを形成することができる。

[0038] まず、本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物について説明する。
[0039] 本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物は、アルコキシシリル基の縮合によ り主として硬化する組成物である。ここで、「アルコキシシリル基の縮合により主として 硬化する」とは、硬化するために反応する官能基の主成分がアルコキシシリル基とい う意味であり、そのように硬化する活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物を使用する 理由は、 Si_〇_ Si結合を生成し硬度の高い皮膜が得られかつアルコキシシリル基 の耐熱性が成形温度に耐えられるくらい高いからである。また、活性エネルギー線と しては、紫外線、可視光線、レーザー、電子線、エックス線などの広範囲のものを使 用することができる力 これらの中でも紫外線を用いることが実用面からは好ましい。 具体的な紫外線発生源としては、低圧水銀ランプ、高圧水銀ランプ、キセノンランプ 、メタルハライドランプ等が挙げられる。

[0062] 即ち、ハードコート機能を有する樹脂板等は、埃などの付着を防止すべく帯電防止 機能を求められることが多い。樹脂製品に帯電防止機能を付与する場合、成形用原 料の樹脂組成物中に界面活性剤を添加する方法が広く採用されている。界面活性 剤を添加した樹脂組成物を基材上に塗工した場合、界面活性剤が空気界面側へ偏 在することによって帯電防止機能を達成するものであるが、その樹脂組成物を転写 材の転写層に用いる場合、界面活性剤が転写層の空気界面側に偏在するため、転 写後は被転写材と転写層との界面に偏在することになる。このことは、被転写体に転 写された転写層の表面(空気界面)へ界面活性剤が偏在することができず、所期の 帯電防止機能を達成することができないことを意味する。ところ力 成分 (c)炭素数 8 以上 30以下の炭化水素基を有する界面活性剤を、成分 (a)と (b)とからなる本発明 の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物に、帯電防止剤として使用すると、相対的に 基材と該界面活性剤との親和性が高くなり、成分 (c)の界面活性剤が転写材の基材 側へ遍在し易いため、被転写体に転写された転写層の表面(空気界面)へ界面活性 剤を偏在させることができ、所期の帯電防止機能を達成することができる。ここで、界 面活性剤の炭化水素基の炭素数が 8未満であると、転写材の基材側へ遍在化しにく ぐ 30を超えると相溶性が低下する傾向がある。なお、炭化水素基は、分岐より直鎖 の方力 樹脂組成物との相溶性が向上するので好ましい。

工程(1 )で得られた加工体の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層に活性エネルギー 線を照射し、それにより活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層を硬化させて硬化樹脂層と する。これにより、表面に耐擦傷性に優れたハードコート層を有する硬化積層成形体 が得られる。活性エネルギー線としては、紫外線、可視光線、レーザー、電子線、ェ ックス線などの広範囲のものを使用することができる力 これらの中でも紫外線を用い ることが実用面からは好ましい。具体的な紫外線発生源としては、低圧水銀ランプ、 高圧水銀ランプ、キセノンランプ、メタルハライドランプなどが挙げられる。照射方法は 、ベルトコンベア型や、バッチ型の他、携帯型の照射装置を用いることも可能である。 また、得られた硬化積層成形体を、後加熱することによって活性エネルギー線の照 射しにくい部分を硬化させることも可能である。後加熱する場合は 40〜100°C程度 が好ましぐ 50〜70°C程度がより好ましい。
[0106] また、本発明の転写材を、以下に説明する工程 (I)および (Π)を含む製造方法に適 用することにより積層転写体を得ることができる。この製造方法は、本発明の転写材 に以下に説明する工程 (I)および (Π)を含む積層転写体の製造方法であり、本発明 の一部となる。また、その製造方法により得られる硬化積層転写体も本発明の一部と なる。

まず、被転写体に、本発明の転写材の転写層を密着させる。即ち、転写層の最表 面の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物からなる硬化樹脂層を被転写材に密着さ せつつ加熱することによって被転写材に転写層を熱転写する。密着する手法、加熱 する手法としては、特に限定はなぐ公知の手法の中から適宜選択して使用すること ができる。なお、この工程の終了後、転写材のベースフィルムを剥離してもよい。被転 写材としては、形状等は特に限定されないが、好ましい例として、上述の板状または フィルム状のアクリル樹脂、 PET、ポリカーボネート、ポリスチレン、スチレン一アクリル 共重合体、塩化ビュル系樹脂、ポリオレフイン、 ABS (アクリロニトリル—ブタジエン— スチレン共重合体)、シクロォレフインポリマーなどのプラスチック基板、熱硬化性樹 脂基板等を使用することができる。基材の厚みは所望の厚みのものを使用することが 可能である力 一般的な成形法では 0. 1mm以上 50mm以下の厚みを有する基材 が好ましく用いられる。

[0152] 表 2から解るように、本発明の樹脂組成物を用いた実施例 1〜: 10の成形用積層体 は、要件 (A)〜(C)を満たしているので、未硬化状態での取り扱いが良好であり、成 形性が良ぐ優れたハードコート機能を有する硬化積層成形体を与えることができる 。一方、比較例 1の成形用積層体は、要件 (A)および (C)を満たしているが、要件 (B )を満たしていないので、傷が多数発生し、取扱性に劣っていることが解る。比較例 2 、 3及び 6の成形用積層体は、要件 (A)および (B)を満たしているが、要件(C)を満 たしてレ、なレ、ので、成形時にクラックが発生したため、成形性に劣ってレ、るだけでなく 、鉛筆硬度試験ゃ耐擦傷性にも問題があることが解る。比較例 4の成形用積層体は 、要件 (A)〜(C)を満たしていないので、ガラス転移点が非常に低ぐ更に、取扱性 と成形性にも劣っているだけでなぐ鉛筆硬度試験ゃ耐擦傷性にも問題があることが 解る。比較例 5は積層体ではなく基材のアクリル樹脂板だけなので、鉛筆硬度に問題 があり、また、耐擦傷性にも問題があることが解る。

表 3に示すように、実施例 1で用いた樹脂組成物を、 PETフィルム上に膜厚 10 z m になるように塗布し、 80°Cで 30秒乾燥することにより、 PETフィルム上に樹脂組成物 層(転写層)が形成された転写材を得た。得られた転写材を、成形金型 (R30mmの 3次元曲面、および抜き勾配角度 5度、高さ 5mmの段差部を有する射出成形金型) 内に転写層が成形樹脂に接するように設置し、アクリル樹脂 (パラペット HR—L (株 )クラレ社製)を用いて射出成形機 (住友重機 (株)製, SG150)にて成形温度 280°C 、金型温度 80°Cで射出成形し、冷却後、成形品を型から取り出し、転写材のベース フィルムを剥離し、転写層が転写された面より UV照射(照射量 2J、 HTE_ 3000B、 HI— TECH社製)を行うことにより積層転写体を得た。得られた積層転写体の表面 状態は良好であり、鉛筆硬度は 3Hであった。また、未硬化状態の転写材の取り扱い が良好であり、成形性が良ぐ優れたハード機能を有する積層転写体を与えることが できる(表 3参照)。

表 4に示す樹脂組成物を調整し、膜厚 38 β mで低光沢の凹凸 PETフィルム(商品 名ルミラー X42 # 38、東レ社製)上に、最小固形分膜厚 5 μ ΐηとなるように塗布し、 8 0°Cで 30秒乾燥することにより、凹凸 PETフィルム上に樹脂組成物層(転写層)が形 成されてなる転写材を得た。 2mm厚の PMMA板に、得られた転写材の転写層を接 触させ、板温 80°C、ロール速度 lm/min、ロール温度 160°Cとレ、う条件でロール熱 転写を行い、凹凸 PETフィルムを剥離し、転写層に UV照射(2J、 HTE_ 3000B、 HI— TECH社製)を行うことにより、積層転写体を得た。実施例および比較例におい て、樹脂組成物および積層転写体の測定および評価結果をあわせて表 4に示す。

表 4に示す樹脂組成物を、 2mm厚の PMMA板に固形分膜厚 3 μ mとなるように塗 ェし、 80°Cで 30秒乾燥させ、その後 UV照射(80W高圧水銀灯、コンベア速度 lm /min、 2パス)を行い、積層体を得た。比較例において、樹脂組成物および積層体 の測定および評価結果をあわせて表 4に示す。
実施例 26〜28 (転写材および積層転写体の製造)
転写材の基材を、膜厚 38 μ mで高光沢の凹凸付 PETフィルム(商品名ルミラー X4 4 # 38、東レ社製)とした以外は実施例 20と同様の操作を繰り返すことにより実施例 26の積層転写体を得た。また、被転写材を MS樹脂板とした以外は実施例 20と同様 の操作を繰り返すことにより実施例 27の積層転写体を得た。また、被転写材をポリ力 ーボネート樹脂板とした以外は実施例 20と同様の方法にて実施例 28の積層転写体 を得た。得られた積層転写体について、実施例 20と同様に評価した。得られた結果 を表 4に示す。

[0165] また、表 4の実施例 26〜28の結果から解るように、本発明による樹脂組成物を用い ると転写材の保存安定性がよぐヘイズ値、全光線透過率共に高ぐまたハードコート 機能も兼ね備えた防眩ハードコート用転写材およびこれを用いた積層体を簡単に得 ること力 Sできる。一方、比較例 10の転写材は、要件 (A)と(C)とを満たしているが、要 件(B)を満たしていないので、保存安定性と取扱性に問題があることが解る。比較例 11、 12の転写材は、要件 (A)と(B)とを満たしているが、要件(C)を満たしていない ので、転写ができず、転写材としての基本性能に欠けていることが解る。比較例 13の 転写材は、ガラス転移点が非常に低ぐ更に要件 (A)〜(C)を満たしていないので、 実施例 20〜28の転写材に比べ、鉛筆硬度、ヘイズ値および全光線透過率につい て劣っていることが解る。

離型処理を施した厚さ 38 β mの 2軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム上に、 シリカ微粉末(平均粒径 100nm) 3質量部、メチルトリエトキシシラン 3質量部、酢酸 0 . 2質量部、イソプロピルアルコール 54質量部、およびエタノール 40質量部力 なる 溶液をグラビアコーティング法により塗布し、乾燥して厚さ 0. 09 z mの低屈折率層を 形成した。この低屈折率層上に酸化チタン微粉末(平均粒径 20nm) 2. 75質量部、 エポキシ変性ビスフエノール Aジアタリレート 1. 25質量部、トリァジントリアタリレート 0 . 75質量部、光重合開始剤(商品名:ィルガキュア 184、チバスぺシャリティーケミカ ノレズ社製) 0. 25質量部、エタノール 30質量部、イソプロパノール 15質量部、ブタノ ール 15質量部、およびメチルェチルケトン 35質量部からなる溶液をバーコータにより 塗布し、 140°Cで 30秒乾燥後、 80W高圧水銀灯(ゥシォ電機株式会社製)でコンペ ァ速度 lm/min、光源と被照射物の距離 10cmの条件で UV照射を 2回行うことによ り硬化させて高屈折率層を形成した。

(B)および (E)を満たしているので、いずれの評価項目についても良好な結果が得 られていることがわかる。なお、実施例 33の積層転写体の場合には、要件 (A)およ び (B)を満たしているため、密着性、鉛筆硬度、最低反射率および取扱性について は、他の実施例 29〜32および 34の積層転写体と同様に良好な結果が得られている こと力 S解る。ただ、実施例 33の場合には、要件 (E)を満たしていないので、他の実施 例の場合に比べ屈折率が高くなり、その結果、油目模様が出現したことがわかる。一 方、比較例 14の場合には、要件 (B)を満たしていないので、ガラス転移温度が低下 し、タツグ性も低下し、屈折率も低下した。その結果、積層体の表面に多数の傷が発 生した。比較例 15の場合には、要件 (A)、(B)および (E)のいずれも満たしていない ので、ガラス転移温度が大幅に低下し、タック性も大きく低下し、屈折率も大きくなり すぎ、結果的に鉛筆硬度も低下し、転写材裏面に転写層が付着し、取扱性が大きく 低下し、油目模様も出現した。以上の結果から、油目模様の発生防止には、要件 )を満たすことが必要であることが解る。
[0172] 実施例 35 (樹脂組成物、および印刷方法による印刷物の製造)
100mlの 3口フラスコに、メチルイソブチルケトン(36g)、 y—メタクリロイルォキシ プロピルトリメトキシシラン (商品名 KBM_ 503、信越化学工業株式会社製) (16. 8 g)、及びメチルメタタリレート(クラレ社製) (7. 2g)を加えた後、窒素置換し、ァゾビス イソプチロニトリル (40mg)を加え、 80°Cで 6時間攪拌し、重合溶液を得た。得られた 重合液 5gに対し、光酸発生剤(商品名 UVI_6992、ダウケミカルジャパン社製) 20 Omgとメチルェチルケトン 4. 8gとを加えることにより、活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂 組成物を得た。得られた樹脂組成物の固形分のガラス転移温度は 22. 8°Cであった [0173] 得られた活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物を、 PETフィルム(商品名ルミラー S 10、 38 μ ΐη厚、東レネ土製)上に固形分膜厚が 3 μ ΐηになるようにバーコータにて塗布 し、 80°Cにて 30秒乾燥させて活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層を形成することにより 積層体としてフィルム Aを得た。

[0175] フィルム Aの活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層形成面の反対面より、スリット幅 100 μ mで間隔 100 μ mのストライプ状露光用マスクを介して UV照射(照射量 2mJ、 HT E— 3000B、 HI— TECH社製)を行った。このフィルム Aの活性エネルギー線硬化 性樹脂層側にフィルム Bをラミネータ(線圧 2· 6kgf/cm)にて圧着後、フィルム Bを 剥離してパターン印刷物を得た。該印刷物の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層の上 力 UV照射を行った。得られたパターン印刷物のパターンは露光用マスクのパター ンに対し、印刷幅 100 μ ΐη、間隔 100 / mの良好な位置精度を示しており、欠点、は がれ等のない良好な印刷性であった。

実施例 35で用いた活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物を、固形分膜厚 3 μ mに なるようにリリース処理済み PETフィルム(商品名コスモシャイン、 50 z m厚、東洋紡 社製)上にバーコータにて塗布し、 80°Cにて 30秒乾燥させて剥離 PETZ露光層か らなる転写材としてフィルム Cを得た。

[0179] 活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層が部分的に硬化した積層体の活性エネルギー線 硬化性樹脂層に対し、実施例 35で得られたフィルム Bの着色層面をラミネータ (線圧 2. 6kgf/cm)にて圧着後、フィルム Bを剥離して遮光パターン付レンチキュラーレン ズシートを得た。該シートの活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層の上から UV照射を行 つた。得られた遮光層付レンチキュラーレンズシートの遮光パターンは、基材であるレ ンチキユラ一レンズの集光部分パターンに対し、印刷幅 100 x m、間隔 50 x mの良 好な位置精度を示しており、欠点、はがれ等のない良好な印刷性であった。

シリカ微粒子 (商品名 MEK—ST、 日産化学社製) 4. Og (固形分換算)、顔料 (フタ ロシアニン銅、和光純薬工業社製) 0· 5g、ポリメチルメタタリレート(商品名パラペット HR—L、クラレネ土製) 0· 5g、及びメチルェチルケトン 5gからなるパターン用樹脂組成 物を、固形分膜厚 3 /i mになるようにリリース処理済み PETフィルム(商品名コスモシ ャイン、 50 μ ΐη厚、東洋紡社製)上にバーコータにて塗布し、 80°Cにて 30秒乾燥さ せて剥離 PET/着色層からなる転写材としてフィルム Dを得た。

メチルイソプチルケトン 36gにポリメチルメタタリレート(商品名パラペット HR_L、 クラレ社製) 24gを溶解し、ポリメチルメタタリレート溶液を作成した。このポリメチルメタ タリレート溶液を実施例 35の重合溶液の代わりに用いた以外は、実施例 35と同様の 操作を行った。
[0182] 実施例 35で用いたフィルム Aの露光層形成面とは反対面より、幅 lOO x mで間隔 1 00 z mの露光用マスクを介して UV照射(照射量 2mJ、 HTE_ 3000B、 HI -TEC H社製)を行った。このフィルム Aの露光層側にフィルム Dをラミネータ(線圧 2. 6kgf /cm)にて圧着後、フィルム Dを剥離してパターン印刷物を得た。得られたパターン 印刷物のパターンは露光用マスクのパターンに対し、印刷幅 100 /i m、間隔 100 /i mで良好な位置精度を示しており、欠点、はがれ等のない良好な印刷性であった。
[0183] これに対し、比較例 16から得られたパターン印刷物はフィルム Bの着色層が転写さ れず、パターンが全く形成されなかった。
産業上の利用可能性
[0184] 本発明の活性エネルギー線硬化樹脂組成物は、硬化時間が短く、成形可能であり 、卷き取りが可能なシート状に加工でき、し力も硬化物が硬質である。従って、成形用 積層体の硬化性樹脂層、転写材の硬化性の転写層として有用である。従って、ハー ドコート機能を付与した成形体、例えば化粧台やバスタブなどのサニタリー用品や車 輛ヘッドランプ、ウィンドウ等に有利に利用することができる。
[0185] さらに、本発明の転写材は、反射防止層と接着層との密着性に優れた転写層を有 するので生産性に優れる。また、該転写層を被転写材に転写して得られる本発明の 積層転写体は、反射防止機能とハードコート機能とを有し、取扱性に優れ、油目模 様が出現しないものなので、例えば、画面保護板等の光学部材ゃ銘板に有利に利 用すること力 Sできる。
[0186] また、本発明の印刷方法においては、未硬化状態でも粘着性が弱いもしくは無い 活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物を使用するので、その樹脂組成物の膜を表面 に有する積層体を取り扱う場合に、その取り扱いが容易となり、また、その表面に埃な どがつきにくい。従って、本発明の印刷方法は、レンチキュラーレンズ等の光学部材 やグラフィックフィルム等の精密印刷に有利に利用できる。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] アルコキシシリル基の縮合により主として硬化する活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組 成物であって、以下の要件 (A)、(B)、並びに(C):
要件 (A) 該活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物が以下の成分 (a)および (b); 成分(a) 側鎖にアルコキシシリル基を有するビュル系重合体、 および 成分 (b) 光酸発生剤
を含有すること;
要件 (B) 未硬化状態の該活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物のガラス転移温 度が 15°C以上 100°C以下であること; 並びに
要件 (C) 該活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物に含まれる Si原子含有化合物 または Si原子含有化合物単位の 90質量%以上力 以下の構造式 1で表されること [化 4コ
(R1) Si (OR2) (構造式 1)
(構造式 1中、 R1は成分 (a)の該ビュル系重合体の主鎖中の単位、主鎖に結合する 残基、該単位および Zまたは該残基となりうる重合性基、または置換されていてもよ いアルキル基もしくはァリール基を表す。 R2は炭素数 1〜5のアルキル基を表す。 ま 1から 3の整数を表す。 );
を満足する活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物。
[2] 成分 (a)がアルコキシシリル基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体である請求 項 1に記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物。
[3] 該活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物が更に
成分 ) 炭素数 8以上 30以下の炭化水素基を有する界面活性剤
を含有する請求項 1に記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物。
[4] 更に該活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物が、
要件 (D) 可視光領域において光学的に均一な屈折率を有すること を満足する請求項 1に記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物。
[5] 更に該活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化後の屈折率が、 要件 ) 1. 40以上 1 · 51以下であること
を満足する請求項 1に記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物。
[6] 基材上に、請求項 1に記載の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物を含む活性ェ ネルギ一線硬化性樹脂層が積層されてなる積層体。
[7] 該基材が二次成形用基材である、二次成形用積層体として用いられる請求項 6に 記載の積層体。
[8] 該基材が離型層を有していてもよいベースフィルムであり、該活性エネルギー線硬 化性樹脂層が転写層である、転写材として用レ、られる請求項 6に記載の積層体。
[9] 該ベースフィルムの転写層側表面が凹凸形状となっている、転写材として用いられ る請求項 8に記載の積層体。
[10] 転写層が反射防止層を含んでいる、転写材として用いられる請求項 8に記載の積 層体。
[11] 基材上に硬化樹脂層が形成されてなる硬化積層体の製造方法において、請求項 6 に記載の積層体の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層に活性エネルギー線を照射し、 それにより該活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層を硬化させて硬化樹脂層を形成する 製造方法。
[12] 二次成形用積層体として用いられる請求項 7に記載の積層体から硬化積層成形体 を製造する方法であって、以下の工程(1)および(2):
工程(1) 二次成形用積層体として用いられる請求項 7に記載の積層体を、成形 加工可能温度に加熱し、成形加工する工程; および
工程(2) 工程(1)で得られた加工体の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層に活性 エネルギー線を照射し、それにより活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層を硬化させて硬 化樹脂層を形成する工程;
を含む硬化積層成形体の製造方法。
[13] 転写材として用いられる請求項 8に記載の積層体から積層転写体を製造する方法 であって、以下の工程(I)および (Π):
工程 (I) 被転写体に、転写材として用いられる請求項 8に記載の積層体の転写 層を密着させ、ベースフィルムを剥離して転写する工程; および 工程 (ID 工程 α)で得られた、転写層が密着した被転写体の当該転写層に活性 エネルギー線を照射し、それにより転写層中の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層を硬 化させて硬化樹脂層を形成する工程;
を含む積層転写体の製造方法。
[14] 以下の工程 (i)〜(m):
工程 G) 請求項 6に記載の積層体の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層に対し、部 分的に活性エネルギー線を照射し、活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層の活性エネル ギ一線照射領域のみを硬化させ、活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層に硬化領域とそ れ以外の未硬化領域とを形成する工程;
工程 (ii) 工程 G)で得られた積層体の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層に、バイ ンダ一中に 50質量%以上 95質量%以下の割合で無機フィラーを含有するパターン 用樹脂組成物からなるパターン用樹脂層を積層し、圧着させる工程; 並びに
工程 (m) 工程 (ii)で得られた積層体の活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層の硬化 領域上に積層されたパターン用樹脂層を除去し、未硬化領域上のみにパターン用 樹脂層を残すことにより樹脂パターンを形成する工程;
を含む印刷方法。
[15] 工程 (i)において、該積層体として、片面が平坦面であり他面が複数の凸レンズが 配列されてなる基材を有し、その平坦面上に活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層を積 層した積層体を用い、該基材の凸レンズ配列面より活性エネルギー線を照射し、ェ 程 (ii)においてパターン用樹脂組成物として着色剤を含有するものを使用し、パター ン用樹脂層が遮光パターンとなっている請求項 14に記載の印刷方法。
[16] 工程 (m)の後で更に工程 (iv)、
工程 (iv) 活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層の全面に活性エネルギー線を照射す ることにより、活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂層全体を硬化させる工程;
を有する請求項 14に記載の印刷方法。
[17] 請求項 11の製造方法によって得られる硬化積層体。
[18] 画面保護板である請求項 17に記載の硬化積層体。
[19] 請求項 14の印刷方法により得られる印刷物。 レンチキュラーレンズシートとして用いる請求項 19に記載の印刷物であって、パタ ーン用樹脂組成物として着色剤を含有するものを使用し、パターン用樹脂層が遮光 パターンとなっている請求項 15記載の印刷方法により得られる印刷物。
