Abstract

Die Kappe dieses Kapsel-Verschlusses schliesst eine auf ihrer Deckelinnenseite angeformte Aufnahmevorrichtung (2) ein, welche in das Innere eines zugehörigen Nippelstücks (3) einpasst. Eine zugehörige folienverschlossene Aufnahmekapsel (8) ist im Innern der Aufnahmevorrichtung (2) mit ihrer Folie (9) auf der Unterseite einrastbar, sodass die Verschlussfolie (9) über die lichte Öffnung der Kappe (1) verläuft. Im Innern des Nippelstücks (3) unterhalb der eingesetzten Aufnahmekapsel (8) ist eine kreisringförmige, radial nach innen ragende Schulter (10) ausgebildet. Am Innenrand (11) dieser Schulter (10) sind mehrere feste und/oder bewegliche Stech- und/oder Schneidelemente (12) angeformt. Auf einer radial nach aussen ragenden Schulter (17) ist ein unterhalb des unteren Kappenrandes der aufgesetzten Kappe (1) angeordnetes Garantieband (15) abgestützt. Nach dessen Entfernung ist die Kappe (1) auf dem Nippelstück (3) nach unten verschiebbar, wodurch die Stech- und/oder Schneidelemente (12) in Aktion treten und die Folie (9) aufschneiden. Das unterhalb der Schulter (10) liegende Teil (14) des Nippelstücks (3) kann als Muffe oder als Flansch ausgeformt sein.

Claims

20GEÄNDERTE ANSPRUCHE[beim Internationalen Büro am 31 März 2006 (31.03.06) eingegangen]
1. Kapsel-Verschluss zum Montieren über dem Ausguss-Loch oder auf den Gewindestutzen eines Flüssigkeits- oder Schüttgutbehälters zum Zudosieren einer getrennt aufbewahrten Substanz durch das Niederdrücken oder Losschrauben der Kappe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine geschlossene Kappe (1 ) mit Deckel und Aussenwand eine an ihrer Deckelinnenseite angeformte hohlzylindrische Aufnahmevorrichtung (2) einschliesst, welche unter Freilassung ihrer Innenenseite in das Innere eines zugehörigen Nippelstücks (3) einpasst, das mit maximalem Durchmesser an der Innenseite der Aussenwand der Kappe (1 ) anliegt, weiter dass eine zugehörige, separat von der Kappe (1 ) hergestellte, befüllte und hernach mit einer Verschlussfolie (9) verschlossene Aufnahmekapsel (8) im Innern der Aufnahmevorrichtung (2) mit ihrer Verschlussfolie (9) gegen die Unterseite der Kappe (1 ) hin gerichtet in der Aufnahmevorrichtung (2) der Kappe (1 ) verdrehgesichert einrastbar ist, und dass im Innern des Nippelstücks (3), unterhalb der eingesetzten Aufnahmekapsel (8), eine kreisringförmige, radial nach innen ragende Schulter (10) ausgebildet ist, an deren Innenrand (11 ) mindestens ein festes oder bewegliches Stech- und/oder Schneidelement (12) angeformt ist, und auf einer radial nach aussen ragenden Schulter (17) ein unterhalb des unteren Kappenrandes der aufgesetzten Kappe (1 ) angeordnetes Garantieband (15) abgestützt und über einzelne Materialbrücken oder eine durchgehende Materialbrücke wegreissbar angeformt ist, nach dessen Entfernung die Kappe (1 ) auf dem Nippelstück (3) nach unten verschiebbar ist, wodurch die Aufnahmekaspel (8) unter Aufschneidens ihrer Verschlussfolie (9) über das feste oder bewegliche Stech- und/oder Schneidelement (12) bewegbar ist, und dass der unterhalb der Schulter (10) liegende Teil (14) des Nippelstücks (3) entweder als Muffe oder als Flansch ausgeformt ist.
