Once this occurs the torque again increases until the membrane 150 is separated from the neck 20. This is effected approximately 200-220° from the initial position.

Claims (8)
- Kappen- und Halsanordnung zum Schließen eines oberen Endes einer Verpackung (10), wobei die Anordnung Folgendes umfasst:einen Hals (20), der Teil eines oberen Endes einer Verpackung (10) ist, wobei der Hals (20) ein rohrförmiges Element (110), das mit einem Außengewinde (22) versehen ist, und einen oberen rohrförmigen Abschnitt (120), umfasst, der sich von dem rohrförmigen Element (110) erstreckt und lösbar an einer Membran (150) befestigt ist, die ein oberes Ende des oberen Abschnitts (120) verschließt, wobei die Membran (150) einen Membranflansch (170) aufweist, der radial außen von dem rohrförmigen Element (110) vorsteht, undeine Kappe (30) in Form eines rohrförmigen Körpers, der einen unteren Abschnitt (31), der mit einem Innengewinde (32) versehen ist, um in das Gewinde (22) des Halses (20) einzugreifen, und einen oberen Abschnitt (33), der ein geschlossenes oberes Ende ausbildet, aufweist, wobei der obere Abschnitt (33) mit mindestens einem Schneidelement (50) versehen ist, das dazu ausgelegt ist, die Membran (150) von dem rohrförmigen Element (110) des Halses (20) zu trennen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasswenn die Kappe (30) das erste Mal vor dem Trennen der Membran (150) vom Hals (20) bis zu seiner axialen Endposition auf den Hals (20) geschraubt wird, der axiale Abstand zwischen der Schneidkante (54) des Schneidelements (50) und dem Membranflansch (170) zwischen 0,5 mm und 1 mm liegt.
- Kappen- und Halsanordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der axiale Abstand zwischen der Schneidkante (54) des Schneidelements (50) und dem Membranflansch (170) zwischen 0,6 mm und 0,75 mm liegt.
- Kappen- und Halsanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die axiale Länge (L1) des oberen rohrförmigen Abschnitts (120) des Halses (20) zwischen 5 mm und 5,5 mm liegt.
- Kappen- und Halsanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die axiale Länge des oberen Abschnitts (33) der Kappe (30) zwischen 5 mm und 6 mm liegt und wobei das mindestens eine Schneidelement (50) am unteren Ende des oberen Abschnitts (33) bereitgestellt ist.
- Kappen- und Halsanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Gewinde (22, 32) so ausgelegt sind, dass die axiale Endposition der Kappe (30) vor dem Trennen der Membran (150) vom Hals (20) das erste Mal erreicht wird, nachdem die Kappe (30) zwischen 300° und 315° gedreht wurde.
- Kappen- und Halsanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Gewinde (22, 32), dazu ausgelegt sind, dass beim ersten Aufschrauben nach einer Drehbewegung der Kappe (30) zwischen 40° und 60° die Schneidkante (54) in den Hals (20) eingreift.
- Kappen- und Halsanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Gewinde (22, 32) dazu ausgelegt sind, dass beim ersten Aufschrauben nach einer Gesamtdrehbewegung der Kappe (30) zwischen 150° und 220° die Membran (150) vom Hals (20) getrennt wird.
- Verpackung, die eine Kappen- und Halsanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
