Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé permettant de faire disparaître des salissures provoquées par des denrées alimentaires brûlées de diverses manières sur des ustensiles de cuisson ou des pièces de vaisselle, qui consiste à laver lesdits ustensiles et articles dans lave-vaisselle en présence d'un solvant organique dont la teneur en liquide de lavage est comprise entre 100 et 5000 ppm environ. Cette méthode fait appel à des compositions de solvant organique et à une composition détergente pour lave-vaisselle qui sont placées dans un distributeur multi-compartiment. Elle permet de faire disparaître avec une remarquable efficacité des taches tenaces qui sont très difficiles à éliminer par un lavage automatique normal. L'invention concerne également des compositions détergentes pour lave-vaisselle et des compositions détergentes pour surfaces dures renfermant des systèmes à solvant organique pour l'élimination de salissures provoquées par des denrées alimentaires brûlées de diverses manières sur des ustensiles de cuisson ou des pièces de vaisselle.
