在無線電網路環境中,由存取節點所傳送且打算用於UE之呼叫信息能未由該UE所接收(例如,由於漂移或網路干擾)。在其中存取節點能決定的是,該呼叫信息並未由UE所接收的時候(例如,根據來自UE之接收到呼叫信息之確認的缺席),存取節點可再傳送呼叫信息至UE。對於具有延長的呼叫循環之UE而言,在第一呼叫信息與再傳送之呼叫信息間的延遲能無法接受地長,特別地,因為該延長的呼叫循環可大於一小時。
為了要在對UE之呼叫信息的傳遞中防止無法接受的延遲,可增加要在延長的呼叫循環期間發生之呼叫機會 (亦熟知為呼叫時機)的數目。依據種種實施例,存取節點可在該延長的呼叫循環內傳送要被使用於呼叫之呼叫訊框中的子訊框數目之指示至UE。使用子訊框數目之指示及指數,UE可存取所指示用於延長的呼叫循環之呼叫機會的查表。該等呼叫機會可對應呼叫訊框的子訊框,其包含呼叫信息。然後,UE可在與呼叫機會對應之呼叫訊框的個別子訊框中偵測呼叫信息。因此,若UE無法在與第一呼叫機會對應的子訊框中偵測出第一呼叫信息時,則可具有至少一更多的呼叫機會以供UE偵測呼叫信息之用。

傳輸116的PDSCH之增加的呼叫容量可減少用於其他傳輸的PDSCH。四相移鍵控(“QPSK”)調變可被使用於具有一或多個呼叫信息的傳輸116,以致使低資料速率可使一或多個呼叫信息能透過無線電訊胞110而由UE 150所接收。與在傳輸116中之一或多個呼叫信息相關聯的輸送區塊之尺寸係可變的,且可根據該一或多個呼叫信息之內容而定(例如,呼叫記錄的數目、系統資訊標籤的內容物、及/或地震及海嘯警報系統(“ETWS”)或商用手機預警系統(“CMAS”)指示)。
在傳輸116中,單一RRC呼叫信息可容納達例如,十六個(16)呼叫記錄,其中各呼叫記錄承載用於不同UE 150的呼叫信息。因此,在該實施例中,達例如,十六個UE 150a-b可使用傳輸116中之呼叫訊框的單一子訊框,而由存取節點105所呼叫。具有RRC呼叫信息的傳輸116可使用透明模式無線電鏈路控制模式,而由存取節點105所廣播。若UE 150接收到具有與呼叫信息相關聯之誤差的傳輸116(或未能接收到傳輸116)時,則與該呼叫信息的第二傳輸之間的潛時能無法接受地高。因此,存取節點105可在傳輸116中,諸如在包含呼叫訊框之複數個子訊框中,包含用於UE 150的複數個呼叫信息。
對應地,當UE 150甦醒而在指明之呼叫機會的時候偵測傳輸116之中的呼叫信息時,UE 150可在呼叫訊框的其他子訊框中檢查額外的呼叫信息。該等額外的檢查可特別適合於正在使用延長之呼叫循環的UE 150。在種種實施例中,用於UE 150之呼叫機會的數目可根據呼叫循環的長度而變化-例如,較長的延長呼叫循環可包含每呼叫訊框較多數的呼叫機會。例如,對於具有延長之呼叫循環的UE 150,傳輸116可包含呼叫信息於呼叫訊框的子 訊框零(0)、四(4)、五(5)、及/或九(9)之中。
現請翻閱第2圖,方塊圖描繪依據種種實施例之要在個別呼叫循環205a-b期間包含複數個呼叫機會212a-b的複數個呼叫訊框210a-b。在各呼叫循環205之期間,存取節點可在預定訊框(例如,呼叫訊框)的預定子訊框傳送呼叫信息至UE;此預定子訊框可表示呼叫機會(或呼叫時機)。依據種種實施例,呼叫循環205可係延長的呼叫循環。例如,呼叫循環205可具有比2.56秒循環稍微更長的週期時間-例如,數分鐘或甚至長達一小時。在另一實施例中,呼叫循環205可具有比一小時,或甚至數小時更大的週期時間。與呼叫循環205相關聯之資訊(例如,時序資訊)可予以自存取節點傳送至UE,諸如在系統資訊區塊2之中。

依據種種實施例,在呼叫循環205之期間所傳送至UE的呼叫訊框210可包含複數個呼叫機會212。UE可當 該等呼叫機會212要發生時,根據例如,與呼叫訊框210之子訊框相關聯的時序資訊而計算。因此,UE可在呼叫循環205之期間具有複數個呼叫機會212以接收來自存取節點的呼叫信息。所以,若UE未能在第一呼叫機會接收到來自存取節點的第一呼叫信息時,則UE可能在隨後的呼叫機會接收到來自存取節點之隨後的呼叫信息,而無需等待隨後的呼叫循環(其可致使呼叫信息被無法接受地延遲)。

具有所接收到的呼叫訊框,方法500可前進到用以偵測呼叫訊框中的呼叫信息之操作515。在呼叫訊框中之呼叫信息的偵測可根據複數個呼叫機會之識別。在種種實施例中,呼叫信息需以適時之方式予以接收。然而,呼叫循環的週期時間可係使得在隨後的呼叫循環期間之呼叫信息 的再傳輸可無法令人滿意地延遲呼叫信息的時間週期。因為要偵測呼叫信息的複數個呼叫機會係識別於單一的呼叫循環,所以呼叫信息可更可能地被偵測出。例如,若在第一呼叫機會中之呼叫信息並未被偵測出時(例如,由於誤差或其他的接收問題),則其中可偵測出呼叫信息之隨後的呼叫機會可發生。因而,呼叫信息可被更可靠地接收到,尤其在使用延長的DRX循環之無線電網路環境中。
關於第6圖之流程圖係顯示用以描繪依據種種實施例之用以計算複數個呼叫機會且根據計算出之複數個呼叫機會而偵測呼叫訊框的子訊框中之呼叫信息的方法600。方法600可藉由第1圖中所描繪之UE 150而予以執行。雖然第6圖描繪複數個順序操作,但一般擅長者將瞭解的是,方法600之一或多個操作可予以調換且/或同時地執行。

Claims (25)

  1. 一種設備,要被包含在使用者裝備(“UE”)中,該設備包含:通訊電路,用以在與該UE之操作相關聯的呼叫循環期間,於由存取節點所提供的訊胞上接收包含在呼叫訊框中的至少一呼叫信息;以及處理電路,與該通訊電路傳達地耦接,用以識別要在該呼叫循環期間發生的複數個呼叫機會,且根據該複數個呼叫機會之識別而偵測出該呼叫訊框中的該呼叫信息。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之設備,其中該通訊電路係進一步用以在該呼叫循環期間,接收具有與該複數個呼叫機會分別對應之複數個子訊框的該呼叫訊框,其中該複數個子訊框的各者包含該呼叫信息。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項之設備,其中該通訊電路係使用實體下行鏈路分享通道而接收該呼叫訊框。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項之設備,其中要在該呼叫循環期間發生的複數個呼叫機會之識別包含:計算指數;以及根據該計算出之指數及要被使用於呼叫之子訊框的數目之指示而存取查表,以識別該複數個呼叫機會。
