背景技术
无线和移动网络技术的用户正越来越多地使用他们的移动设备来发送和接收数据以及通信。随着无线网络上数据通信的增长,给可用于无线通信的有限带宽和系统资源带来的压力也不断增长。为处理对于不断增长的用户数目的不断增长的无线服务量,对可用无线网络资源的有效利用变得越来越重要。
为了处理对于不断增长的用户数目的不断增长的无线服务量,对可用无线网络资源的有效利用变得越来越重要。设备到设备(D2D)通信允许移动用户彼此直接通信,从而降低了无线网络资源上的负载。当使得位置上靠近的设备能够彼此直接通信而不需要使用传统通信链路(比如,Wi-Fi或蜂窝通信系统)时,能够发生D2D通信。一些类型的D2D通信能够通过蜂窝通信系统得到增强,因此要求D2D通信设备在蜂窝通信系统(比如,增强型节点B(eNB))的范围内。
提高效率和对D2D通信系统的更好的资源管理并且降低D2D通信系统和蜂窝通信系统之间的干扰的一种方式是使D2D通信与蜂窝网络同步。

在D2D通信系统中,多个移动设备装备(比如,用户设备(UE))能够被配置为直接与彼此通信和/或与蜂窝通信系统(比如,增强型节点B(eNB))通信。
蜂窝通信系统能够包括一个或多个蜂窝网络节点和一个或多个电气和电子工程师协会(IEEE)802.11-2012配置的接入点(AP)。在一个实施例中,一个或多个蜂窝网络可以是第3代合作伙伴计划(3GPP)长期演进(LTE)第8、9、10、11或12发布版本网络和/或IEEE802.16p、802.16n、802.16m-2011、802.16h-2010、802.16j-2009、802.16-2009网络。在一个实施例中,蜂窝通信网络能够包括多无线接入技术(多RAT)异构网络(HetNet),其中所使用的RAT可以包括多种不同RAT,比如,3GPP RAT、无线局域网(WLAN)RAT、毫米波RAT、60GHzRAT等。

图2示出了在网络辅助D2D通信系统的一个实施例中,eNB 210包括收发器220和计算机处理器230。图2还示出了UE 240能够包括收发器250和计算机处理器260。
D2D通信系统能够向移动设备用户提供更好的服务质量(QoS)、新应用、和经提升的移动性支持。为提高效率和降低干扰,D2D系统中的UE能够同步它们的D2D通信。在一个示例中,UE能够使用无线帧结构来与D2D网络同步,该无线帧结构在eNB和UE之间的下行链路或上行链路传输中的物理(PHY)层上进行传输。在一个实施例中,D2D通信可以在经许可的、用于通信的频带上进行。在一个实施例中,3GPP LTE帧结构被用于同步,如图3所示。在一个实施例中,一个或多个蜂窝网络可以是3GPP LTE第8、9、10、11或12发布版本网络和/或IEEE802.16p、802.16n、802.16m-2011、802.16h-2010、802.16j-2009、802.16-2009。
图3示出了下行链路无线帧结构。在另一实施例中,上行链路无线帧结构能够类似地被使用。在下行链路无线帧结构的示例中,用于传输数据的信号的无线帧300能够被配置为具有10毫秒(ms)的持续时间Tf。每一无线帧能够被分段或分割成各自为1ms长的十个子帧310i。每一子帧还能够被进一步细分成两个时隙320a和320b,这两个时隙各自具有0.5ms的持续时间Tslot。第一时隙(#0)320a能够包括传统物理下行链路控制信道(PDCCH)360和/或PDSCH 366,而第二时隙(#1)320b能够包括使用PDSCH传输的数据。
基于分量载波(CC)频率带宽,节点和无线设备所使用的CC的每个时隙能够包括多个RB 330a、330b、330i、330m和330n。CC能够具有含有带宽和中心频率的载波频率。CC的每一子帧能够包括在传统PDCCH中找到的下行链路控制信息(DCI)。当传统PDCCH被使用时,控制域中的传统PDCCH能够在每一子帧或物理RB(PRB)中包括第一OFDM符号的一到三列。子帧中其余的11到13个OFDM符号(或当传统PDCCH未被使用时,其余的14个OFDM符号)可以被分配给数据的PDSCH(对于短循环前缀或标准循环前缀)。
控制域能够包括在物理控制格式指示符信道(PCFICH)、物理混合自动重传请求(混合-ARQ)指示符信道(PHICH)和PDCCH。控制域具有弹性控制设计以避免不必要的开销。用于PDCCH的控制域中的OFDM符号的数目能够通过在物理控制格式指示符信道(PCFICH)中传输的控制信道格式指示符(CFI)来确定。PCFICH能够位于每一子帧的第一OFDM符号中。PCFICH和PHICH能够具有相对于PDCCH的优先级,从而PCFICH和PHICH先于PDCCH被调用。
每一RB(物理RB或PRB)330i能够包括每时隙12-15KHz子载波336(在频率轴上)和6或7个正交频分复用(OFDM)符号332(在时间轴上)。如果短循环前缀或标准循环前缀被采用,则RB能够使用七个OFDM符号。如果扩展循环前缀被使用,则RB能够使用六个OFDM符号。RB能够使用短循环前缀或标准循环前缀被映射到84个资源元素(RE)340i,或者RB能够使用扩展循环前缀被映射到72个RE(未示出)。RE能够是一个OFDM符号342、一个子载波(即15kHz)346的单元。
在正交相移键控(QPSK)调制的情形下,每一RE能够传输两比特350a和350b的信息。可以使用其他类型的调制,比如,使用16正交幅度调制(QAM)或64QAM来在每一RE中传输较大比特数,或者使用二相相移键控(BPSK)调制来在每一RE中传输较少比特数(单一比特)。RB能够被配置用于从eNB到UE的下行链路传输,或者RB能够被配置用于从UE到eNB的上行链路传输。
当使用D2D通信彼此通信时,每一UE可能需要在分别用于发送和接收消息的发送和接收模式之间切换。在一个实施例中,D2D通信能够在蜂窝网络的上行链路频带通信期间被执行。在此实施例中,发送和接收模式之间的顺序切换能够使得UE能够在蜂窝网络的上行链路频带通信期间执行D2D通信。在下行链路频带通信期间,eNB以与由UE传输的信号相比相对较高的功率进行传输。该高功率信号能够给正在以较低功率信号传输的UE带来严重干扰。然而,在上行链路频带通信期间,仅其他UE以较低功率信号传输。在上行链路频带通信期间的传输能够使得D2D通信能够伴有明显较低的干扰量而发生。
在一个实施例中,可以在多个UE间进行同步。传输模式和接收模式可被使用以在多个UE之间使能切换。在一个实施例中,在D2D通信中在传输模式和接收模式之间的切换涉及发送器UE(Tx UE)和接收器UE(Rx UE)两者。
对D2D通信而言,可存在多种不同切换和同步方案。在一个实施例中,D2D UE之间的D2D通信能够独立于蜂窝系统而进行。在此实施例中,D2D UE能够使用独立于蜂窝系统的方法彼此同步,比如使用在D2D UE之间发送的数据分组的前导码来同步D2D通信。在一个实施例中,D2D通信能够在射频频谱的经许可的部分上被发送。
在另一实施例中,D2D通信的(一个或多个)UE和/或eNB能够在蜂窝系统的协助下进行操作。在此实施例中,蜂窝系统和/或eNB的定时和同步能够被D2D UE用于执行在D2DUE之间的通信的时序定时和同步。在一个实施例中,对于D2D UE传输模式和接收模式之间的切换能够在蜂窝系统的符号边界处或蜂窝系统的符号边界周围发生。在蜂窝系统的符号边界处或蜂窝系统的符号边界周围执行传输模式和接收模式之间的切换的一个优点是便于硬件实现和干扰管理。在一个实施例中,由蜂窝系统辅助的D2D通信能够在无线电频谱的经许可的部分上发生。
图4示出了D2D信道接入方案。在图4中,D2D信道接入方案能够包括竞争窗口410和数据传输窗口420两者。在一个实施例中,在竞争窗口410中,每一Tx UE能够发送分组和/或传输指定序列以请求D2D数据通信,该分组和/或指定序列被映射到(一个或多个)选定RxUE的小区标识符(CID)或CID代码。
在一个实施例中,全部CID代码能够被同时从eNB传送,因为CID代码通常是正交的或者彼此具有低相关性。在另一实施例中,能够以满功率发送CID代码以使得附近的Rx UE能够接收D2D数据通信请求。
在一个实施例中,在数据传输窗口420中,Tx UE和Rx UE能够在用于数据通信的指定时间被唤醒。在一个实施例中,Tx UE在指定时间段内使用指定传输功率在所分配的时间-频率信道上传输数据分组,并且在该指时序间段期间在资源分配时未被分配在指定时间段内传输或接收数据的其他Tx UE和Rx UE可以进入睡眠模式以节省电力,直到这些TxUE和Rx UE被调度用于传输或接收数据的指定时间段到来。在一个实施例中,不传送数据的UE能够被配置为针对竞争窗口唤醒,并且针对其余的通信期间返回睡眠模式。
在一个实施例中,Tx UE能够通过发送请求信号然后侦听响应来在竞争窗口中争夺信道。如果Tx UE接收到对请求的批准,即,由Rx UE分配了用于接收数据(一个或多个)资源,则Tx UE能够发送数据。在一个示例中,在请求过程中,Tx UE能够从传输模式切换到接收模式,然后从接收模式切换到传输模式,以便传输请求信号、接收对请求的批准、并传输数据。
在一个实施例中,由于在D2D系统中额外的握手和竞争被用于分配用于发送和接收数据的资源,D2D系统中的UE的切换时间或转向时间大于蜂窝系统中的UE的切换时间或转向时间。在一个实施例中,硬件的切换(比如,从传输模式切换到接收模式或从接收模式切换到传输模式)能够近似为10-20微秒(μs)的交割时间。在另一实施例中,硬件的切换(比如,从传输模式切换到接收模式或从接收模式切换到传输模式)能够使用近似0.4-0.5μs来清空存储器。这能够导致Tx UE和/或Rx UE的传播延迟。在一个实施例中,Tx UE可以使用近似22秒的交割时间和传播延迟来进行切换,并且被配置为接收批准信号或数据。
在D2D系统与蜂窝系统共存或者邻近蜂窝系统的一个实施例中,在蜂窝系统的上行链路和/或下行链路传输期间,蜂窝系统的子帧边界能够被用作D2D系统的同步点。与蜂窝系统同步并使用其子帧边界的一个优点是D2D系统避免了来自蜂窝系统的干扰。在一个实施例中,子帧单元是蜂窝系统的基础资源分配单元。D2D网络或D2D集群的资源分配能够以小于或等于蜂窝系统子帧单元的大小被分配。
将D2D网络或D2D集群资源分配至小于或等于蜂窝系统子帧单元的大小的一个优点是最小化或消除D2D系统与该蜂窝系统和/或附近的蜂窝系统之间的干扰。在一个实施例中,附近的蜂窝系统能够同时在该蜂窝系统的子帧边界处切换到D2D区,以使得低功率和/或短范围D2D通信不受附近的强上行链路和/或下行链路传输干扰。在一个实施例中,D2D区是蜂窝系统分配的、不发送或接收数据以使得通信频带向D2D通信开放的一段时间的区段。
在一个实施例中,针对D2D通信最大化对蜂窝收发器的重用可能是可取的。针对D2D通信最大化对蜂窝收发器的重用能够降低D2D UE的成本和电力消耗。在一个实施例中,通过将蜂窝系统下行链路或上行链路传输的符号结构重复用于D2D通信来最大化对蜂窝收发器的重用。在一个实施例中,重用符号结构最小化了对UE或系统硬件(比如,快速傅里叶变换(FFT)硬件和交织器(interleaver)硬件)的改变。
图5示出了无线设备或UE中具有OFDM解调器578A和578B的接收器520,该OFDM解调器包括用于接收下行链路的FFT解调器。图5还示出了具有OFDM调制器528A和528B的发送器510,该OFDM调制器在发送器中包括用于将上行链路传输到合作节点(比如,eNB)的快速傅里叶逆变换(IFFT)调制器。使用与蜂窝系统的定时同步能够针对OFDM符号对FFT解调器的定时进行调整。
无线通信系统能够被细分为各个区段,这些区段被称为层。在LTE系统中,通信层能够包括物理(PHY)层、介质访问(MAC)层、无线链路控制(RLC)层、分组数据汇聚协议(PDCP)层、和无线资源控制(RRC)层。物理层能够包括无线通信系统500的基础硬件传输组件,如图5中所示。为简单起见,基础多输入多输出(MIMO)系统被用于说明硬件传输组件。然而,这些组件还能够适用于复杂MIMO系统、单输入单输出(SISO)系统、多输入单输出(MISO)系统、单输入多输出(SIMO)系统、或类似的系统。例如,在MIMO系统中,在发送器510处,二进制输入数据520能够通过使用信道编码器522进行编码而受到保护,使用交织器524进行交织来对抗衰落现象,并且使用映射器526被映射以提升可靠性。经映射的数据能够由传输波束成形器534分成用于天线端口的层,并且这些层能够使用调制器582A-B被OFDM调制成OFDM符号。调制器能够使用快速傅里叶逆变换(IFFT)算法来计算离散快速傅里叶逆变换(IDFT)以生成经调制的信号(每一天线端口的矢量x)。经调制的信号能够使用数模转换器(DAC)530A-B被转换成模拟信号。模拟信号能够经由射频(RF)发送器532A-B被传输,RF发送器532A-B被配置为将信号发送到可操作来传送信号的发送器天线540A-B。模拟信号将遵循被称作信道550的路径。物理层能够包括其他组件(未示出),比如,串行到并行(S/P)转换器、并行到串行(P/S)转换器、循环前缀(CP)插入器和删除器、保护带插入器和删除器、以及其他需要的组件。
通过信道550传输的信号能够遭受噪声552和干扰554。噪声和干扰被表示为对信道信号的添加556,其能够被接收器560处的接收器天线590A-B和一个或多个射频接收器528A-B接收。与噪声和干扰组合的信道信号能够使用模数转换器(ADC)580A-B被转换为数字调制信号。数字信号能够使用解调器578A-B进行OFDM解调。解调器能够使用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)算法来计算离散傅里叶变换(DFT)以生成经解调的信号(每一天线端口的矢量y)。信道估计器562能够使用经解调的信号来估计信道550和该信道中所发生的噪声和干扰。信道估计器能够包括反馈生成器或者与反馈生成器通信,该反馈生成器能够生成物理上行链路共享信道(PUSCH)反馈报告,比如,信道质量指示符(CQI)报告、预编码矩阵指示符(PMI)报告、或传输等级指示符(RI)报告。CQI能够被用于辅助MIMO传输模式。经解调的信号能够使用MIMO解码器584被组合,使用解映射器576被解映射,使用去交织器574被去交织,使用信道解码器572被解码以生成能够由接收站的其他层使用的二进制输出数据570。
如前述段落中所讨论的,在循环前缀间隔内,D2D的符号持续时间能够小于或等于蜂窝系统的符号持续时间。图6示出了蜂窝网络的子帧持续时间610的符号边界持续时间620和D2D通信到蜂窝符号边界的同步。在一个实施例中,为使D2D传输640同步到蜂窝符号边界620,Tx UE或Rx UE的传输到接收或接收到传输的转向周期630位于分开的符号持续时间间隔660中,如图6中所示。在一个实施例中,符号持续时间间隔660的剩余部分能够被用于清除信道存储器和/或发送其他信号,比如,为了同步、自动增益控制(AGC)、或信道训练目的的下一数据传输的前导码。在一个实施例中,D2D传输的前导码能够近似占符号持续时间的1/2、1/3或1/4,以使得信道估计的密度是数据频谱密度的1/2、1/3或1/4。使用符号持续时间的一部分来传输前导码的一个优点是数据频谱密度和针对FFT计算的蜂窝硬件重用被最大化。

图11还提供了对麦克风和一个或多个扬声器的图示,麦克风和一个或多个扬声器能够被用于从该无线设备进行音频输入和输出。显示器屏幕可以是液晶显示器(LCD)屏幕、或其他类型的显示器屏幕,比如,有机发光二极管(OLED)显示器。显示器屏幕能够被配置为触摸屏幕。该触摸屏幕可以使用电容、电阻、或另一类型的触摸屏幕技术。应用处理器和图形处理器能够被耦合到内部存储器以提供处理和显示能力。非易失性存储器端口还能够被用于向用户提供数据输入/输出选项。非易失性存储器端口还可被用于扩展无线设备的存储能力。键盘可以与无线设备集成或者无线地连接到无线设备以提供附加用户输入。还可以使用触摸屏幕提供虚拟键盘。
各种技术或其某些方面或部分可以采用体现于有形介质(比如,软盘、CD-ROM、硬盘驱动器、非暂态计算机可读存储介质、或任何其他机器可读存储介质)中的程序代码(即指令)的形式,其中当程序代码被加载到机器(比如,计算机)中并被机器执行时,该机器变为用于实践各种技术的装置。对于在可编程计算机上执行程序代码的情形,该计算设备可以包括处理器、该处理器可读的存储介质(包括易失性和非易失性存储器和/或存储元件)、至少一个输入设备、和至少一个输出设备。易失性和非易失性存储器和/或存储元件可以是RAM、EPROM、闪存驱动、光盘驱动、磁硬盘驱动、或用于存储电子数据的其他介质。基站和移动台还可包括收发器模块、计数器模块、处理模块、和/或时钟模块或计时器模块。可以实现或利用本文所述各种技术的一个或多个程序可以使用应用编程接口(API)、可重用控制等等。这样的程序可以以高级过程编程语言或面向对象的编程语言来实现以与计算机系统通信。然而,在需要的情况下,(一个或多个)程序可以以汇编或机器语言来实现。在任何情形下,语言可以是编译或解译语言,并且可以与硬件实现方式相组合。

Claims (22)

1.一种用于设备到设备D2D通信调度的方法,包括:
使D2D设备在蜂窝系统的子帧符号边界处与所述蜂窝系统的基站同步;
使所述D2D设备向所述蜂窝系统的基站发送指定序列以请求D2D通信,所述指定序列被映射到一个或多个其他D2D设备的小区标识符CID或CID代码,所述CID或CID代码被从所述蜂窝系统的基站同时传送到一个或多个其他D2D设备;
在所述蜂窝系统中识别用于所述D2D通信的子帧符号边界;
在所述蜂窝系统的子帧边界内分配用于从所述D2D设备到所述一个或多个其他D2D设备中的另一D2D设备的D2D通信的资源;
将所述D2D设备切换到与邻近所述D2D设备的所述另一D2D设备执行D2D通信,其中所述另一D2D设备与所述蜂窝系统的基站同步;以及
在选定子帧内的至少一个符号边界时间内与所述另一D2D设备通信。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,与所述另一D2D设备通信还包括:
在所述选定子帧内的至少一个符号边界时间内向所述另一D2D设备发送数据;或者
在所述选定子帧内的至少一个符号边界时间内从所述另一D2D设备接收数据。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:使用增强型小区间干扰协调(elCIC)来发送或接收所述数据。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,与所述另一D2D设备通信在小于所述蜂窝系统的符号边界持续时间的时间段中发生。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:从所述D2D设备向所述蜂窝系统传送D2D区同步请求。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:使用D2D数据传输的前导码同步与所述另一D2D设备的D2D通信。
7.一种可操作来在设备到设备D2D网络中通信的用户设备UE,所述UE具有计算机电路,所述计算机电路被配置为:
使所述UE在正交频分多址OFDMA的子帧符号的边界处与可操作来使用OFDMA进行通信的演进型节点B eNB同步;
使所述UE向所述eNB发送指定序列以请求D2D通信,所述指定序列被映射到一个或多个其他UE的小区标识符CID或CID代码,所述CID或CID代码被从所述eNB同时传送到一个或多个其他UE;
识别用于D2D通信的所述OFDMA的子帧符号边界;
向所述一个或多个其他UE中的另一UE发送对用于D2D通信的资源分配的请求;
从所述另一UE接收针对资源分配的请求批准;并且
在D2D区期间使用D2D通信与所述另一UE通信,其中所述通信在子帧边界同步发生。
8.如权利要求7所述的UE,其中,所述计算机电路还被配置为在所述OFDMA的符号持续时间内发送和接收数据。
9.如权利要求7所述的UE,其中,所述计算机电路还被配置为在下行链路子帧期间或上行链路子帧期间发送和接收数据。
10.如权利要求7所述的UE,其中,所述计算机电路还被配置用于UE通信的空间重用。
11.如权利要求10所述的UE,其中,所述空间重用使得在D2D通信期间能够进行数据的非干扰空间分离发送和接收。
12.一种可操作来在设备到设备D2D网络中通信的用户设备UE,所述UE具有计算机电路,所述计算机电路被配置为:
使所述UE在正交频分多址OFDMA的子帧符号的边界处与可操作来使用OFDMA进行通信的演进型节点B eNB同步;
使所述UE向所述eNB发送指定序列以请求D2D通信,所述指定序列被映射到一个或多个其他UE的小区标识符CID或CID代码,所述CID或CID代码被从所述eNB同时传送到一个或多个其他UE;
从另一UE设备接收对D2D资源分配的请求;
向所述一个或多个其他UE中的所述另一UE发送针对所述D2D资源分配的请求批准;并且
在选定子帧内的至少一个符号边界时间内使用来自所述同步的定时与所述另一UE设备通信。
13.如权利要求12所述的UE,其中,所述计算机电路还被配置为在所述OFDMA的符号持续时间内发送和接收数据。
14.如权利要求13所述的UE,其中,所述计算机电路还被配置为在循环前缀间隔内发送和接收数据。
15.如权利要求13所述的UE,其中,所述计算机电路还被配置为向D2D通信前导码、转向时间、和信道存储器清除时间分配符号持续时间的至少一部分。
16.如权利要求15所述的UE,其中,所述计算机电路向所述D2D通信前导码分配所述符号持续时间的至少一半。
17.如权利要求13所述的UE,其中,所述计算机电路还被配置为在发送D2D传输之前发送D2D通信前导码。
18.如权利要求17所述的UE,其中,所述D2D通信前导码包括用于后续数据传输、自动增益控制数据、或信道训练数据的D2D通信前导码。
19.如权利要求17所述的UE,其中,所述计算机电路还被配置为使用所述D2D通信前导码对准数据的发送和接收。
20.如权利要求17所述的UE,其中,所述计算机电路还被配置为使用所述通信前导码重新同步数据的发送和接收。
21.一种存储有指令的计算机可读介质,所述指令当被执行时使得如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法被执行。
22.一种用于设备到设备D2D通信调度的设备,包括用于执行如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法的装置。
