所述核心网设备响应所述消息, 并向所述 3GPP接入网实体发送所述无线 局域网的标识以及所述无线局域网的优先级信息, 以使所述 3GPP接入网实体 根据所述无线局域网的优先级信息向所述用户设备发送无线局域网的标识。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述无线局域网的优先级信 息用于表示所述用户设备的归属地运营商允许所述用户设备接入的无线局域 网的优先级比漫游地运营商允许所述用户设备接入的无线局域网的优先级高; 或者,所述无线局域网的优先级信息表示所述用户设备的归属地运营商允许所 述用户设备接入的无线局域网的优先级比漫游地运营商允许所述用户设备接 入的无线局域网的优先级低。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用于触发所述核心 网设备向所述 3GPP接入网实体发送所述无线局域网的标识以及所述无线局域 网的优先级信息的消息, 包括: 所述 3GPP接入网实体发送的来自用户设备的服务请求; 或
数据网关发送的创建会话响应。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用于触发所述核心网设 备向所述 3GPP接入网实体发送所述无线局域网的标识以及所述无线局域网的 优先级信息的消息为所述数据网关发送的创建会话响应, 所述方法还包括: 所述核心网设备接收所述 3GPP接入网实体发送的来自用户设备的附着请 求;
所述核心网设备根据所述附着请求向所述数据网关发送创建会话请求,以 使所述数据网关向所述核心网设备发送所述创建会话响应。
10、 一种 3GPP接入网实体, 其特 ¾于, 所述 3GPP接入网实体是用户设 备所处的漫游地的 3GPP接入网实体, 包括:
接收单元,用于接收漫游地运营商的核心网设备发送的无线局域网的标识 以及所述无线局域网的优先级信息,所述无线局域网的标识是所述用户设备的 归属地运营商和 /或漫游地运营商允许所述用户设备接入的无线局域网的标 识;
发送单元,用于根据所述无线局域网的优先级信息向所述用户设备发送无 线局域网的标识。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述无线局域网的优先级 信息用于表示所述用户设备的归属地运营商允许所述用户设备接入的无线局 域网的优先级比漫游地运营商允许所述用户设备接入的无线局域网的优先级 高; 或者,
或者,所述无线局域网的优先级信息表示所述用户设备的归属地运营商允 许所述用户设备接入的无线局域网的优先级比漫游地运营商允许所述用户设 备接入的无线局域网的优先级低。
12、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述发送单元用于根 据所述无线局域网的优先级信息向所述用户设备发送无线局域网的标识, 包 括: 局域网的优先级,并按照所述无线局域网的优先级向所述用户设备发送所述无 线局域网的优先级对应的所述无线局域网的标识。
13、 根据权利要求 10~12任一项所述的 3GPP接入网实体, 其特征在于, 所 述接收单元, 还用于接收所述用户设备发送的服务请求或附着请求;
所述发送单元,还用于向所述核心网设备发送所述服务请求或所述附着请 求, 以使所述核心网设备根据所述服务请求或所述附着请求向所述 3GPP接入 网实体发送所述无线局域网的标识以及所述无线局域网的优先级信息。
14、 根据权利要求 10~13任一项所述的 3GPP接入网实体, 其特征在于, 所 述接收单元接收核心网设备发送的无线局域网的标识以及所述无线局域网的 优先级信息的方式具体为:
所述 3GPP接入网实体接收所述核心网设备发送的初始上下文建立请求, 所述初始上下文建立请求包括所述无线局域网的标识以及所述无线局域网的 优先级信息。
15、 一种核心网设备, 其特征在于, 所述核心网设备为用户设备漫游到的 漫游地运营商的核心网设备, 包括:
接收单元,用于接收用于触发所述核心网设备向所述用户设备所处的漫游 地的 3GPP接入网实体发送无线局域网的标识以及所述无线局域网的优先级信 息的消息,所述无线局域网的标识是用户设备的归属地运营商允许所述用户设 备接入的无线局域网的标识;
发送单元, 用于响应所述消息, 并向所述 3GPP接入网实体发送所述无线 局域网的标识以及所述无线局域网的优先级信息, 以使所述 3GPP接入网实体 根据所述无线局域网的优先级信息向所述用户设备发送无线局域网的标识。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述无线局域网的优先级 信息用于表示所述用户设备的归属地运营商允许所述用户设备接入的无线局 域网的优先级比漫游地运营商允许所述用户设备接入的无线局域网的优先级 高; 或者,
所述无线局域网的优先级信息表示所述用户设备的归属地运营商允许所 述用户设备接入的无线局域网的优先级比漫游地运营商允许所述用户设备接 入的无线局域网的优先级低。
17、 根据权利要求 15或 16所述的核心网设备, 其特征在于, 所述用于触发 所述核心网设备向所述 3GPP接入网实体发送所述无线局域网的标识以及所述 无线局域网的优先级信息的消息, 包括:
所述 3GPP接入网实体发送的来自用户设备的服务请求; 或
数据网关发送的创建会话响应。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的核心网设备, 其特征在于, 所述用于触发所述 核心网设备向所述 3GPP接入网实体发送所述无线局域网的标识以及所述无线 局域网的优先级信息的消息为所述数据网关发送的创建会话响应;
所述接收单元, 还用于接收所述 3GPP接入网实体发送的来自所述用户设 备的附着请求;
所述发送单元,还用于根据所述附着请求向所述数据网关发送创建会话请 求, 以使所述数据网关向所述核心网设备发送所述创建会话响应。
