Description
本發明係關於一種瓶。本申請案基於2010年9月30日於日本申請之日本專利特願2010-220703號主張優先權,並將其內容引用於此。
自先前以來,作為藉由吹塑成形由合成樹脂材料形成為有底筒狀之瓶,已知有如下構成:底部具備上端開口部連接於主體部之下端開口部之跟部、及閉合該跟部之下端開口部且外周緣部形成為接地部之底壁部,該底壁部具備自瓶徑方向之內側連接於接地部並朝向上方延伸之豎立周壁部、自該豎立周壁部之上端部朝向瓶徑方向之內側突出之環狀之可動壁部、及自該可動壁部之瓶徑方向之內端部朝向上方延伸之凹陷周壁部,可動壁部係以與豎立周壁部之連接部分為中心轉動,以使凹陷周壁部朝向上方移動,藉此吸收瓶內之減壓。(例如,參照專利文獻1)

然而,於上述先前之瓶中,在吹塑成形時,跟部中自瓶徑方向之外側連接於接地部之跟下端部會產生凹痕,因此有接地部發生變形、接地穩定性受到妨害之可能性。
本發明之目的在於提供一種可抑制跟下端部產生凹痕之瓶。
根據本發明之第一態樣,瓶係由合成樹脂材料藉由吹塑成形而形成為有底筒狀者,且,底部具備:上端開口部連接於主體部之下端開口部之跟部、及閉合該跟部之下端開口部且外周緣部形成為接地部之底壁部;該底壁部具備:自瓶徑方向之內側連接於上述接地部並朝向上方延伸之豎立周壁部、自該豎立周壁部之上端部朝向瓶徑方向之內側突出之環狀可動壁部、及自該可動壁部之瓶徑方向之內端部朝向上方延伸之凹陷周壁部;上述可動壁部係以與上述豎立周壁部之連接部分為中心轉動自如地配設,以使上述凹陷周壁部朝向上方移動;上述跟部中、自瓶徑方向之外側連接於上述接地部之跟下端部,形成為較自上方連接於該跟下端部之上跟部更小徑。
根據本發明之第一態樣,跟部中,跟下端部形成為較上跟部更小徑,故而於該瓶之吹塑成形時,可抑制跟下端部產生凹痕,從而可抑制連接於該跟下端部之接地部之變形。
此處,上述跟下端部與上跟部之連結部分亦可隨著自上方朝向下方而逐漸縮徑。
於該情形時,由於跟下端部與上跟部之連結部分隨著自上方朝向下方而逐漸縮徑,故而可確保良好之成形性,且確實地發揮上述作用效果。
根據本發明,可抑制跟下端部產生凹痕。
以下,根據圖式,對本發明之實施形態進行說明。
如圖1至圖3所示,本實施形態之瓶1具備口部11、肩部12、主體部13及底部14。該等11~14以使各者之中心軸線位於共通軸上之狀態,依序連設。
以下,將上述共通軸稱作瓶軸O,沿瓶軸O方向將口部11側稱作上側,將底部14側稱作下側。又,將與瓶軸O正交之方向稱作瓶徑方向,將以瓶軸O為中心而環繞之方向稱作瓶周方向。
再者,該瓶1係對藉由射出成形而形成為有底筒狀之預成型坯進行吹塑成形而形成,並由合成樹脂材料一體地形成。又,於口部11上,安裝未圖示之蓋。進而,口部11、肩部12、主體部13及底部14分別係與瓶軸O正交之橫剖面視形狀形成為圓形狀。
於肩部12與主體部13之連接部分上,遍及全周而連續地形成有第1環狀凹槽16。
主體部13形成為筒狀,且瓶軸O方向之兩端部彼此之間形成為較該等兩端部更小徑。於主體部13上,沿瓶軸O方向隔開間隔地遍及全周而連續地形成有複數個第2環狀凹槽15。於各第2環狀凹槽15內,沿周方向隔開間隔地朝向瓶徑方向之外側突設有複數個加強突部15a。於複數個第2環狀凹槽15各者上,配設有複數個加強突部15a之沿瓶周方向之各位置相同。再者,加強突部15a位於主體部13之較外周面更靠近瓶徑方向之內側之位置。
於主體部13與底部14之連接部分,遍及全周而連續地形成有第3環狀凹槽20。
底部14形成為具備上端開口部連接於主體部13之下端開口部之跟部17、及閉合跟部17之下端開口部且外周緣部形成為接地部18之底壁部19之杯狀。
於跟部17上,遍及全周而連續地形成有深度比第3環狀凹槽20淺的第4環狀凹槽31。
進而,於本實施形態中,在跟部17整體之外周面、及主體部13之下端部之外周面形成有凹凸部17a。藉此,當於填充步驟中使多個瓶1並列而搬送時,避免相鄰之瓶1之跟部17之外周面彼此及主體部13之下端部之外周面彼此相互密接而難以滑動。其結果,抑制所謂阻滯之產生。再者,於圖1所示之例中,在第3環狀凹槽20之表面及第4環狀凹槽31之表面上亦形成有凹凸部17a。
如圖3所示,底壁部19具備:自瓶徑方向之內側連接於接地部18並朝向上方延伸之豎立周壁部21、自豎立周壁部21之上端部朝向瓶徑方向之內側突出之環狀之可動壁部22、及自可動壁部22之瓶徑方向之內端部朝向上方延伸之凹陷周壁部23。
豎立周壁部21隨著自下方朝向上方而逐漸縮徑。
可動壁部22形成為朝向下方突起之曲面狀,並且隨著自瓶徑方向之外側朝向內側而逐漸朝向下方延伸。該可動壁部22與豎立周壁部21介由朝向上方突起之曲面部25而連結。而且,可動壁部22以曲面部(與豎立周壁部21之連接部分)25為中心轉動自如,以使凹陷周壁部23朝向上方移動。
如圖2所示,於可動壁部22上,以瓶軸O為中心放射狀地配設有複數根肋26。於圖2之例中,肋26係沿瓶徑方向斷續且筆直地延伸。又,肋26係朝向上方凹陷。
凹陷周壁部23與瓶軸O同軸地配設,並且如圖3所示,隨著自上方朝向下方而逐漸擴徑。於凹陷周壁部23之上端部,連接有與瓶軸O同軸地配置之圓板狀之頂壁24,由凹陷周壁部23及頂壁24之整體形成為有頂筒狀。再者,凹陷周壁部23形成為橫剖面視圓形狀。又,凹陷周壁部23係介由彎曲部23b沿瓶軸O方向連設有複數個形成為朝向瓶徑方向之內側突起之曲面狀之彎曲壁部23a而構成。
於本實施形態中,跟部17中、自瓶徑方向之外側連接於接地部18之跟下端部27形成為較自上方連接於該跟下端部27之上跟部28更小徑。上跟部28連接於主體部13。再者,上述第4環狀凹槽31形成於上跟部28。又,跟下端部27及上跟部28各自之外徑遍及瓶軸O方向之全長而為相等。
進而,於本實施形態中,跟下端部27與上跟部28之連結部分29隨著自上方朝向下方而逐漸縮徑。又,該連結部分29在縱剖面視時向傾斜於瓶軸O之方向直線狀地延伸。
跟下端部27及豎立周壁部21各者之上端位置相互相同。跟下端部27之外徑與上跟部28之外徑之差根據瓶1之大小或形狀等予以適當變更,但自成形性(賦形性)之方面而言,較佳設定為例如約0.5 mm~約2.0 mm(於本實施形態中約為1.0 mm)。
於本實施形態中,在豎立周壁部21上遍及全周而形成有凹凸部30。於如圖2所示之該瓶1之底面視時,凹凸部30係沿瓶周方向連設有形成為朝向瓶徑方向之內側突起之曲面狀之突部30a而構成。進而,於本實施形態中,如圖3所示,突部30a之下端自瓶徑方向之內側連接於接地部18。又,突部30a之上端位於較豎立周壁部21之上端更下方之位置。進而,突部30a之瓶徑方向之內方端位於較將可動壁部22與豎立周壁部21連接之曲面部25更靠近瓶徑方向之外側之位置。又,突部30a中之位於瓶1之內部之內表面形成為朝向瓶徑方向之內側凹陷之曲面狀。
如以上所說明般,根據本實施形態之瓶1,跟部17中,跟下端部27形成為較上跟部28更小徑。從而,於該瓶1之吹塑成形時,可抑制跟下端部27產生凹痕,從而可抑制連接於該跟下端部27之接地部18之變形。
又,跟下端部27與上跟部28之連結部分29隨著自上方朝向下方而逐漸縮徑。其結果,可確保良好之成形性,且確實地發揮上述作用效果。
進而,於本實施形態中,在豎立周壁部21上形成有凹凸部30。因此例如入射至豎立周壁部21之光藉由凹凸部30而漫反射、或於凹凸部30內亦裝滿內容物等,藉此可抑制自填充有內容物之瓶1之外部觀察底部14時所感到之不適感。
又,該凹凸部30之突部30a之下端自瓶徑方向之內側連接於接地部18。故而,於使該瓶1自立時,可不僅使接地部18且使突部30a之下端亦抵接於接地面,從而亦可使接地穩定性提高。
再者,本發明之技術範圍並不限定於上述實施形態,可於不脫離本發明之主旨之範圍內添加各種變更。
例如,於上述實施形態中,在可動壁部22上形成有肋26,但亦可不形成肋26。又,肋26既可連續地延伸,亦可彎曲地延伸,又可朝向下方突出。
進而,亦可不於豎立周壁部21上形成凹凸部30,凹凸部30之形態亦可不限於上述實施形態而適當變更。
又,豎立周壁部21亦可適當變更為例如沿瓶軸O方向平行地延伸等。
進而,可動壁部22亦可適當變更為例如沿瓶徑方向平行地延伸等。
又,凹陷周壁部23亦可適當變更為例如沿瓶軸O方向平行地延伸等,頂壁24亦可不配設。
進而,凹凸部17a亦可不形成,又,於第2環狀凹槽15內亦可不配設加強突部15a。
又,形成瓶1之合成樹脂材料亦可適當變更為例如:聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯或非晶性聚酯等、或該等之混合材料等,進而亦可適當變更為積層構造等。
進而,於上述實施形態中,將肩部12、主體部13及底部14各者之與瓶軸O正交之橫剖面視形狀設定為圓形狀,但並不限定於此,例如亦可適當變更為多角形狀等。
又,於上述實施形態中,作為跟下端部27及上跟部28,關於各者表示有徑遍及瓶軸O方向之全長地相等之構成,取而代之,亦可為隨著自瓶軸O方向之一側朝向另一側而逐漸縮徑之構成,或者,沿瓶軸O方向連設有隨著自瓶軸O方向之一側朝向另一側而逐漸縮徑之傾斜筒狀部分及徑遍及瓶軸O方向之全長地相等之圓筒狀部分之構成等,使徑於每個沿瓶軸O方向之位置上不同。
再者,即便於該情形時,亦將跟下端部27設定為較上跟部28小徑,且較上跟部28之最小徑部分更小徑地形成跟下端部27之最大徑部分。
另外,於不脫離本發明之主旨之範圍內,可適當將上述實施形態中之構成要素替換成眾所周知之構成要素,又,亦可將上述變形例適當組合。
因跟下端部形成為較上跟部更小徑,故於瓶之吹塑成形時,可抑制跟下端部產生凹痕。

Claims (1)
- 一種瓶,其係由合成樹脂材料藉由吹塑成形而形成為有底筒狀者,且底部包含:上端開口部連接於主體部之下端開口部之跟部、及閉合該跟部之下端開口部且外周緣部成為接地部之底壁部;該底壁部包含:自瓶徑方向之內側連接於上述接地部並朝向上方延伸之豎立周壁部、自該豎立周壁部之上端部朝向瓶徑方向之內側突出之環狀之可動壁部、及自該可動壁部之瓶徑方向之內端部朝向上方延伸之凹陷周壁部;上述可動壁部係以與上述豎立周壁部之連接部分為中心轉動自如地配設,以使上述凹陷周壁部朝向上方移動;上述跟部包含:自瓶徑方向之外側連接於上述接地部之跟下端部、連接於上述主體部之上跟部、及上述跟下端部與上述上跟部之連結部分,上述上跟部之外徑遍及瓶軸方向之全長而為相等,上述跟下端部之外徑遍及瓶軸方向之全長而為相等, 且上述跟下端部係形成為較上述上跟部更小徑,上述連結部分隨著自上方朝向下方而逐漸縮徑。
