Abstract
通过吹塑成型由合成树脂材料形成为有底筒状的瓶子,底部包括:跟部,上端开口部连接于瓶身部的下端开口部;和底壁部,闭塞所述跟部的下端开口部,并且以外周缘部为接地部,所述底壁部包括:立起周壁部,从瓶子径向内侧连结于所述接地部,并向上方延伸;环状的可动壁部,从所述立起周壁部的上端部向瓶子径向内侧突出;和陷入周壁部,从所述可动壁部的瓶子径向内端部向上方延伸,所述可动周壁部配设为以与所述立起周壁部的连接部分为中心自由转动,以使所述陷入周壁部向上移动,在所述跟部中,从瓶子径向外侧连结于所述接地部的跟下端部形成为直径小于从上方连结于所述跟下端部的上跟部。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种瓶子。本申请根据2010年9月30日在日本提出的发明专利申请2010-220703号要求优先权,并在此援引其内容。
背景技术
作为一直以来通过吹塑成型由合成树脂材料形成为有底筒状的瓶子,已知有如下结构:底部具备上端开口部连接于瓶身部的下端开口部的跟部和闭塞该跟部的下端开口部并且外周缘部为接地部的底壁部,该底壁部具备从瓶子径向内侧连结于接地部并向上方延伸的立起周壁部、从该立起周壁部的上端部向瓶子径向内侧突出的环状可动壁部以及从该可动壁部的瓶子径向内端部向上延伸的陷入周壁部,可动周壁部以与立起周壁部的连接部分为中心进行转动来吸收瓶子内的减压,以使陷入周壁部向上移动。(例如,参照专利文献1)

但是,所述现有瓶子在进行吹塑成型时,在跟部中从瓶子径向外侧连结于接地部的跟下端部可能会产生收缩,因此可能会导致接地部的变形,使得接地稳定性受阻。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种瓶子,该瓶子能够抑制在跟下端部产生收缩。
根据本发明的第一实施方式,一种瓶子,通过吹塑成型由合成树脂材料形成为有底筒状,底部包括:跟部,上端开口部连接于瓶身部的下端开口部;和底壁部,闭塞该跟部的下端开口部,并且以外周缘部为接地部,该底壁部包括:立起周壁部,从瓶子径向内侧连结于所述接地部,并向上方延伸;环状的可动壁部,从该立起周壁部的上端部向瓶子径向内侧突出;和陷入周壁部,从该可动壁部的瓶子径向内端部向上方延伸,所述可动周壁部配设为以与所述立起周壁部的连接部分为中心自由转动,以使所述陷入周壁部向上移动,在所述跟部中,从瓶子径向外侧连结于所述接地部的跟下端部形成为直径小于从上方连结于该跟下端部的上跟部。
根据本发明的第一实施方式,由于在跟部中,跟下端部形成为直径小于上跟部的直径,因此在该瓶子的吹塑成型时,能够抑制在跟下端部产生收缩,能够抑制连结于该跟下端部的接地部的变形。
在此,所述跟下端部与上跟部之间的连结部分从上向下可逐渐缩径。
此时,由于跟下端部与上跟部之间的连结部分从上向下逐渐缩径,因此能够确保良好的成型性,并能够切实地实现上述作用效果。
根据本发明能够抑制在跟下端部产生收缩。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图详细说明本发明的实施方式。
本实施方式的瓶子1,如图1至图3所示,包括口部11、肩部12、瓶身部13及底部14。这些11~14以各自的中心轴线置于共同轴上的状态按上述顺序连结而设置。
下面,将所述共同轴称为瓶轴O,并将沿瓶轴O的方向的口部11侧称为上侧,将底部14侧称为下侧。另外,将与瓶轴O正交的方向称为瓶子径向,将以瓶轴O为中心环绕的方向称为瓶子圆周方向。
此外,该瓶子1为通过挤压成型形成为有底筒状的预塑形坯被吹塑成型而形成的,用合成树脂材料形成为一体。另外,在口部11安装有未图示的瓶盖。进而,口部11、肩部12、瓶身部13及底部14分别与瓶轴O正交的剖视形状为圆形状。
在肩部12与瓶身部13之间的连接部分的全周连续形成有第一环状凹槽16。
瓶身部13形成为筒状,瓶轴O方向的两端部之间形成为直径小于该两端部的直径。在瓶身部13,在瓶轴O方向隔开间隔而在全周连续形成有多个第二环状凹槽15。在各第二环状凹槽15内,在圆周方向上隔开间隔并向瓶子径向外侧突出设置有多个加强突部15a。在多个第二环状凹槽15的各自中,配设有多个加强突部15a的沿瓶子圆周方向的各个位置相同。此外,加强突部15a比瓶身部13的外周面更位于瓶子径向内侧。
在瓶身部13与底部14之间的连接部分的全周连续形成有第三环状凹槽20。
底部14形成为杯状,包括上端开口部连接于瓶身部13的下端开口部的跟部17和闭塞跟部17的下端开口部并且以外周缘部为接地部18的底壁部19。
在跟部17的全周连续形成有深度比第三环状凹槽20浅的第四环状凹槽31。
进而在本实施方式中,在整体跟部17的外周面及瓶身部13的下端部的外周面形成有凹凸部17a。由此,在填充工序中排列多个瓶子1运送时,能够抑制相邻的瓶子1的跟部17的外周面之间及瓶身部13的下端部的外周面之间紧密接触而不易滑动的问题。结果是,能够抑制所谓的堵塞的发生。此外,在图1所示的例子中,在第三环状凹槽20的表面及第四环状凹槽31的表面也形成有凹凸部17a。
如图3所示,底壁部19具备:立起周壁部21,从瓶子径向内侧连结于接地部18并向上方延伸;环状的可动壁部22,从立起周壁部21的上端部向瓶子径向内侧突出;和陷入周壁部23,从可动壁部22的瓶子径向内端部向上方延伸。
立起周壁部21从下向上逐渐缩径。
可动壁部22形成为向下突出的曲面状,并且从瓶子径向外侧向内侧逐渐向下延伸。该可动壁部22与立起周壁部21通过向上突出的曲面部25连结。而且,可动壁部22以曲面部(与立起周壁部21的连接部分)25为中心自由转动,以使陷入周壁部23向上方移动。
如图2所示,在可动壁部22配设有多个肋26,该多个肋26以瓶轴O为中心配设成放射状。在图2所示的例子中,肋26在瓶子径向断续而笔直地延伸。另外,肋26向上方凹陷。
陷入周壁部23与瓶轴O同轴配设,并且如图3所示,从上向下逐渐扩径。陷入周壁部23的上端部连接有与瓶轴O同轴配设的圆板状的顶壁24,陷入周壁部23及顶壁24整体呈有顶筒状。此外,陷入周壁部23形成为横剖视上圆形状。另外,陷入周壁部23由多个弯曲壁部23a经由屈折部23b在瓶轴O方向上连续设置而构成,所述弯曲壁部23a形成为向瓶子径向内侧突出的曲面状。
在本实施方式中,在跟部17中从瓶子径向外侧连结于接地部18的跟下端部27形成为直径小于从上方连结于该跟下端部27的上跟部28的直径。上跟部28连接于瓶身部13。此外,所述的第四环状凹槽31形成在上跟部28。另外,跟下端部27及上跟部28分别在瓶轴O方向的全长上的外径相同。
进而在本实施方式中,跟下端部27与上跟部28的连结部分29从上向下逐渐缩径。另外,该连结部分29在纵剖视上沿着倾斜于瓶轴O的方向以直线状延伸。
跟下端部27及立起周壁部21各自的上端位置互为相同。跟下端部27的外径与上跟部28的外径之差,根据瓶子1的大小和形状等可适宜变更,但从成型性(赋型性)方面考虑,优选例如为约0.5mm~2.0mm(本实施方式中为约1.0mm)。
在本实施方式中,立起周壁部21的全周形成有凹凸部30。在如图2所示的该瓶子1的仰视上,凹凸部30由形成为向瓶子径向内侧突出的曲面状的突部30a在瓶子圆周方向连续设置而构成。进而在本实施方式中,如图3所示,突部30a的下端从瓶子径向内侧连结于接地部18。另外,突部30a的上端比立起周壁部21的上端更位于下方。进一步,突部30a中的瓶子径向内方端比连接可动壁部22与立起周壁部21的曲面部25更位于瓶子径向外侧。另外,突部30a的位于瓶子1的内部的内表面形成为向瓶子径向内侧凹陷的曲面状。
如以上说明,根据本实施方式的瓶子1,跟部17中的跟下端部27形成为直径小于上跟部28的直径。因此,在该瓶子1的吹塑成型时,能够抑制在跟下端部27产生收缩,并能够抑制连结于该跟下端部27的接地部18的变形。
另外,跟下端部27与上跟部28之间的连结部分29从上向下逐渐缩径。结果是,能够确保良好的成型性,并能够切实地实现所述的作用效果。
进而在本实施方式中,凹凸部30形成在立起周壁部21。因此,例如能够抑制由于射入立起周壁部21的光线被凹凸部30散射,或者内容物填满于凹凸部30内等而导致的从填充有内容物的瓶子1的外方观察底部14时感觉的别扭感。
另外,该凹凸部30的突部30a的下端从瓶子径向内侧连结于接地部18。因此,在使该瓶子1自立时,不仅是接地部18,突部30a的下端也能够抵接于接地面,能够提高接地稳定性。
此外,本发明的技术范围并不限于上述实施方式,在不脱离本发明精神的范围内,可以加以种种变更。
例如,在所述实施方式中,在可动壁部22形成有肋26,但是也可以不形成肋26。另外,肋26可以连续延伸,也可以弯曲延伸,也可以向下方突出。
进而,在立起周壁部21可以不形成凹凸部30,凹凸部30的形态并不限于上述实施方式,可适宜变更。
另外,立起周壁部21可适宜变更为例如沿着瓶轴O方向平行地延伸等。
另外,可动壁部22可适宜变更为例如沿着瓶子的直径方向平行地延伸等。
另外,陷入周壁部23可适宜变更为例如沿着瓶轴O方向平行地延伸等,也可以不配设顶壁24。
进而,可以不形成凹凸部17a,另外,在第二环状凹槽15内可以不配设加强突部15a。
另外,形成瓶子1的合成树脂材料可以适宜变更为例如聚对苯二甲酸乙酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯或者非晶性聚酯等或者其混合材料等,进而还可以适宜变更为层压结构等。
进而在上述实施方式中,肩部12、瓶身部13及底部14各自与瓶轴O正交的剖视形状为圆形状,但并不限于此,还可以适宜变更为多边形状。
另外,在上述实施方式中,对于跟下端部27及上跟部28各自的结构,示出了在瓶轴O方向的全长上的直径相同的结构,但也可以代替该结构,采用在瓶轴O方向上的各个位置的直径不同的结构,即从瓶轴O方向的一方侧向另一方侧逐渐缩径的结构,或者从瓶轴O方向的一方侧向另一方侧逐渐缩径的倾斜筒状部分和在瓶轴O方向的全长上的直径相同的圆筒状部分在瓶轴O方向上连续设置的结构等。
此外在此情况下,也将跟下端部27形成为直径小于上跟部28的直径,将跟下端部27的最大直径部分小于上跟部28的最小直径部分。
另外,在不脱离本发明精神的范围内,可将上述实施方式中的结构要素适宜替换为公知结构要素,另外,也可以适宜组合上述变形例。
产业上的可应用性
由于跟下端部形成为直径小于上跟部的直径,因此在进行瓶子吹塑成型时,能够抑制在跟下端部产生收缩。

Claims (1)
1.一种瓶子,通过吹塑成型由合成树脂材料形成为有底筒状,
底部包括:
跟部,上端开口部连接于瓶身部的下端开口部;和
底壁部,闭塞该跟部的下端开口部,并且以外周缘部为接地部,
该底壁部包括:
立起周壁部,从瓶子径向内侧连结于所述接地部,并向上方延伸;
环状的可动壁部,从该立起周壁部的上端部向瓶子径向内侧突出;和
陷入周壁部,从该可动壁部的瓶子径向内端部向上方延伸,
所述可动壁部配设为以与所述立起周壁部的连接部分为中心自由转动,以使所述陷入周壁部向上移动,
所述跟部具有从瓶子径向外侧连结于所述接地部的跟下端部、连接于所述瓶身部的上跟部及所述跟下端部和所述上跟部之间的连结部分,
所述上跟部在瓶轴方向的全长上的外径相同,
所述跟下端部在瓶轴方向的全长上的外径相同,并且形成为直径小于所述上跟部的直径,
所述连结部分从上向下逐渐缩径。
