發明背景
消費與工業用品使用黏扣帶裝置已經廣為人知。此等用品之實例包括可丟棄衛生吸收物件如尿布、可丟棄衣服如手術袍及相似物。
通常,一黏扣帶裝置包括一勾狀組件與一圈狀組件。勾狀組件包括安裝至基底材料的多數勾狀構件。圈狀組件包括從背材料向外突出之直立的多數圈狀構件。勾狀構件設計成接合圈狀構件以提供彼此間之強力機械結合。勾狀構件與圈狀構件典型上可以重複地接合與去接合。
然而,當黏扣帶裝置想被用於可丟棄衛生吸收物件或可丟棄衣服時,低成本但是就有限數目之用品仍然能夠充分提供可重複黏撕之機械密封的圈狀組件是眾所期盼的。因為可丟棄物件只是短期使用,所以可丟棄物件的圈狀組件不需要具有長期與勾狀組件重複地接合及去接合的能力。然而,與勾狀組件一起使用之圈狀組件應該提供相當高的撕起強度及相當高的剪力強度,即該圈狀組件於有限的使用循環中應該確保密封。
各種的圈狀材料均可購得。典型圈狀材料包括層疊成支撐膜之層的編織或不織布織物。這些圈狀材料典型上藉著以下方式於尿布線上加工製造:從一捲件中解開纏繞的材料,將黏劑施用於背面,對圈狀材料的側邊覆以薄膜,饋進材料於多孔金屬圓筒上方,該圓筒以真空吸力將材料固定於定位,當材料被圓筒固定時將材料切成條狀,及將該條狀物加在尿布背片材料,該背片材料係經由尿布裝配線平行地饋入。
聚丙烯由於相當低的價格、觸感柔軟、取得容易與加工方便為較佳用於生產尿布產品之不織布材料。想要的不織布圈狀材料係不需使用薄膜支撐層以更降低價格與增進圈狀材料之柔軟性與彎曲性。
然而,遭遇到許多問題使得不織布作為圈狀材料受到限制,此將於下討論。
典型的不織布材料空氣通透性太好。在典型上既存之尿布生產線的真空圓筒上剪切成條狀的操作過程中,如此高通透度材料無法有效地固著於定位。為了使用如此高通透材料,對於真空圓筒與相關設備的大幅修改是必要的。
典型以聚丙烯為主的不織布容易受到壓縮。當不織布圈狀材料被繞成捲件且儲存一段時間後,圈狀區域會變得永久地壓扁。當不織布圈狀材料之捲件解開捲繞、尿布生產線上加工切成每一片且貼附至尿布背片時,圈狀會如此地平坦以致於不再可以用作有效的固定材料。
不織布纖維與細絲必須結合在一起以確保結構在一起以及留下未結合纖維或圈狀件區域以用於與勾狀相對件相固定。如果結合在一起之不織布平面區域的百分比不足的話,當解開黏扣帶時,勾狀件回縮同時不織布纖維會容易地被拉離結構。如果結合在一起之不織布平面區域的百分比太高的話,可用於與勾狀件接合的圈狀纖維會不足使得固定的效果會大降。此外,結合圖案對勾狀接合的容易性有重大影響,因此也影響到固定的表現。
因此,需要低價的不織布來作為圈狀固定材料以用於衛生用品(諸如尿布)中來克服上述的問題。
發明概要
一種用於黏扣帶之圈狀材料為一不織布組合物,該不織布組合物由一圈狀件層、一背層及多數結合區域組成。該圈狀件層可為熱塑性波紋狀短纖維之梳理過的不織布,該短纖維為介於1.5至6.0 dTEX之間,且該圈狀件層之基本重量為介於10至35 g/m2之間。該背層為基本重量介於5至30 g/m2之間的紡黏性或紡熔性不織布,該圈狀件層可與該背層為面對面疊合。該多數結合區域連結該圈狀件層至該背層且使得該結合區域為大致上空氣不通透,該結合區域包括介於35至55%之該圈狀材料的表面區域。

較佳實施例之詳細說明
請參見圖式,其中相似標號表示相似元件,第1圖顯示不織布組合物10之一實施例。不織布組合物10包括一圈狀件層12、一背層14及多數結合區域16。每個元件將詳述於下。
不織布組合物10可以作為用於可丟棄物件/衣服之黏扣帶(未圖示)的圈狀組件。可丟棄物件/衣服包括可丟棄衛生吸收物件(如尿布)及可丟棄衣服(如手術袍)。可丟棄通常意指僅使用一次。
在不織布組合物10中,圈狀件層12與背層14為面對面接觸且於結合區域16連結在一起。不織布組合物10可包括至少兩種不同的不織布材料。在非結合區域之圈狀件層12形成一“隆起”,藉此不織布圈狀件層呈開啟狀且適合勾狀接合。在結合區域之圈狀件層12為平坦狀,藉此圈狀件層呈關閉狀且不適合勾狀接合。不織布組合物10的總空氣通透度不應該超過1500 l/m2/s。於一實施例中,通透度不應該超過1300 l/m2/s。於另一實施例中,通透度應該為800 l/m2/s。通透度的上限表示在尿布製造過程中(如上所述)不織布組合物作用良好的門檻,而下限表示不織布組合物具有充分柔軟性的門檻(例如,不會感到像薄膜一樣的硬)。通透度係使用空氣通透度測試儀III(型號FX 3300,Textest AG of Zurick,瑞士)測定。

當結合區域16為線狀或波浪狀,圈狀件長度為結合區域之間的距離。圈狀材料中之圈狀件長度可以相等或大致上相等。朝機器方向之圈狀件長度可為1-4 mm或2-3 mm。圈狀件高度為背層14與圈狀件層12最高部份之間的距離。於非結合區域之間,圈狀件高度大致相等。
不織布組合物10係如下述方式製造,看第5圖:一紡熔性或紡黏性之第一棉網20藉由從熱塑性樹脂饋出細絲而形成,此棉網然後藉著藉砑光牢固,藉梳理波紋狀短纖維產生未牢固之棉網而產生一第二棉網22,然後此兩棉網疊合(即面對面),最後兩疊合棉網形成之棉網通過一熱砑光機24(輥子26為例如壓花輥子,輥子28為例如平滑輥子)以獲得下述結果:藉由在多個地帶結合波紋狀短纖維牢固化梳理過棉網,沿著多個結合地帶將兩棉網連結在一起。在砑光方法中,棉網之結合將在或接近在生成不織布之熱塑性聚合物的熔點處。於足以允許將棉網適當結合在一起的溫度與壓力下加工係重要的。因此,不織布組合物被捲繞形成30。
實例:180度撕起試驗結果之比較
就不織布組合物進行180度撕起結果之比較,該等不織布組合物係依據本發明以相當低百分比之區域結合及結合圖案而產生。撕起試驗係使用拉力試驗機(型號MTC Alliance RT/5,MTS系統公司,Eden Prairie,MN)而進行。
各不織布組合物之主捲件係使用如下所示之結合圖案而產生,然後切開成為捲件且以相同程度之拉力捲繞。各結合圖案之一切開捲件然後儲藏超過兩星期。從各捲件內之相似位置取得樣品且進行180度撕起試驗,見第6圖。
180°撕起強度試驗牽涉將一黏扣帶之一勾狀組件貼附至一圈狀組件,然後以180°角從圈狀組件撕起勾狀組件。將兩組件去接合所需之最大負載以牛頓紀錄。

Claims (25)

  1. 一種用於黏扣帶之圈狀材料,其包括一不織布組合物,該不織布組合物由下列組成:一不織布棉網的一圈狀件層,且該不織布棉網具有介於10至35 g/m2之間的一基本重量;一紡熔性不織布的一背層,其具有介於5至30 g/m2之間的一基本重量,該圈狀件層與該背層為面對面疊合;以及連結該圈狀件層至該背層的多數結合區域。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之圈狀材料,其中該不織布組合物具有不超過1500 l/m2/s之一空氣通透度。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項之圈狀材料,其中該不織布組合物具有在800至1300 l/m2/s的範圍內之一空氣通透度。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之圈狀材料,其中該等結合區域之形式為連續或不連續的線狀或波浪狀。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項之圈狀材料,其中該等結合區域朝著一橫過機器方向延伸。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項之圈狀材料,其中該結合區域之高度小於該背層之高度。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項之圈狀材料,其中大致上空氣不通透為該結合區域之空氣通透度不超過一非結合區域之空氣通透度的5%。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項之圈狀材料,其中多數圈狀件形成於該等結合區域之間的該圈狀件層中,該等圈狀件遠離該背層延伸達一大致上相等的高度。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項之圈狀材料,其中一圈狀件之長度為結合區域之間的距離,且該圈狀件之長度為介於1-4 mm的範圍。
  10. 一種用於黏扣帶之圈狀材料,其包括一不織布組合物,該不織布組合物由下列組成:一不織布棉網的一圈狀件層,且該不織布棉網具有介於10至35 g/m2之間的一基本重量;一紡黏性或紡熔性的聚乙烯或聚丙烯不織布的一背層,其具有介於5至30 g/m2之間的一基本重量,該圈狀件層與該背層為面對面疊合;連結該圈狀件層至該背層的多數結合區域,以及該不織布組合物具有不超過1500 l/m2/s之一空氣通透度。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第10項之圈狀材料,其中該不織布組合物具有在800至1300 l/m2/s的範圍內之一空氣通透度。
