Description
ループ層及び基材層を含む、面ファスナー用のループ部材であって、
前記ループ層が、融着されている短繊維不織布を含み、
前記基材層が、カレンダー加工されている短繊維不織布を含み、
前記ループ層中の繊維の平均繊度の、前記基材層中の繊維の平均繊度に対する比[ループ層中の繊維の平均繊度]/[基材層中の繊維の平均繊度]が、1.5〜30であり、
前記基材層の厚みが、15μm〜100μmである、ループ部材を提供する。
ループ層及び基材層を含む、面ファスナー用のループ部材であって、
前記ループ層が、融着されている短繊維不織布を含み、
前記基材層が、カレンダー加工されている短繊維不織布を含み、
前記ループ層中の繊維の平均繊度の、前記基材層中の繊維の平均繊度に対する比[ループ層中の繊維の平均繊度]/[基材層中の繊維の平均繊度]が、1.5〜30であり、
前記基材層の厚みが、15μm〜100μmである、ループ部材を提供する。
[実施例1〜7、比較例1]
(ループ層用の短繊維不織布)
以下の、カーディング不織布を用いた。鞘部の融点は約115℃、芯部の融点は約163℃である。
品番:6.6 ESC cure repeat PE 1185、ポリエチレン(鞘)/ポリプロピレン(芯)二成分繊維、平均繊度6デニール、繊維長40mm、Fibervisions社から市販で入手可能
品番:SESC4013、ポリエチレン(鞘)/ポリプロピレン(芯)二成分繊維、平均繊度4デニール、繊維長40mm、Fibervisions社から市販で入手可能
品番:ESC225SDGK、平均繊度2デニール、ポリエチレン(鞘)/ポリプロピレン(芯)二成分繊維、繊維長40mm、Fibervisions社から市販で入手可能
品番:ETC212C、平均繊度12デニール、ポリエチレン(鞘)/ポリエチレンテレフタレート(芯)二成分繊維、繊維長40mm、Fibervisions社から市販で入手可能
下記オーブン内で下記条件にて短繊維不織布を高温エアスルー加工することで、融着された、ループ層用の短繊維不織布を得た。
オーブン:STRAHM HiPer(TM) Therm System(Strahm Textile Systems AG社製)
ライン速度:表1及び2記載のとおり

(*)オーブンの最大吹出量100%に対する割合
上記で得た、ループ層用の短繊維不織布と基材層用の短繊維不織布とを重ね、温度約135℃、ニップ圧80kgにてパターンエンボス加工して積層し、ループ部材を得た。
KLL GKL:品番:CLP−06603、3Mカンパニーから市販で入手可能。
1.90°剥離強度
90°剥離強度は、雄材として1600ピン/平方インチのフック部材(3Mカンパニー製 1600DH)を用い、JTM−1221に準拠して測定した。ループ部材及び雄材の係合と90°剥離とを20回繰り返したときの初回及び20回目の90°剥離強度を記録した。
剪断強度は、雄材として1600ピン/平方インチのフック部材(3Mカンパニー製 1600DH)を用い、JTM−1235に準拠して測定した。ループ部材と雄材とを係合させた後測定した剪断強度を初回の剪断強度とし、上記1.の方法でJTM−1221に従ってループ部材と雄材との係合と90°剥離とを20回繰り返し、次いでループ部材と雄材とを係合させた後測定した剪断強度を20回目の剪断強度とした。
引張強度は、ループ層について、テンシロン万能試験機(AND(エーアンドデイ)製RTG−1225)を用い、以下の方法で測定した。
レザーカッターにて、ループ層について長さ100mm以上、幅50mmにカットしてサンプルを作製した。
テンシロンの設定は以下のとおりとした。
チャック間隔:100mm
引張スピード:300mm/分
サンプルをチャックに取り付け、破断時引張強度を測定した。
実施例1及び比較例1で作製したループ部材のループ層につき、光学顕微鏡を用いて表面状態を観察した。図3は、実施例1におけるループ層の表面状態画像を示す図であり、図4は、比較例1におけるループ層の表面状態画像を示す図である。図3及び4はそれぞれ拡大率175倍で撮影したものである。

前記ループ層の前記短繊維不織布が、温度135℃〜145℃で前記融着されている、態様4に記載のループ部材。

前記ループ部材に対して、突起物を有し当該ループ部材に係合可能な面ファスナー用フックの係合と剥離とを20回繰り返したときの20回目の90度剥離強度が、0.2N/25.4mm以上5.0N/25.4mm以下である、態様1〜5のいずれかに記載のループ部材。

Claims (3)
- ループ層及び基材層を含む、面ファスナー用のループ部材であって、
前記ループ層が、高温エアスルー加工で融着されている短繊維不織布を含み、
前記基材層が、カレンダー加工されているサーマルボンドの短繊維不織布を含み、
前記ループ層の前記短繊維不織布が、第1の融点を有するポリプロピレン芯部と、前記第1の融点よりも低い第2の融点を有するポリエチレン鞘部とを有し、平均繊度4.0デニール以上かつ10.0デニール以下の芯鞘繊維を含み、
前記ループ層中の繊維の平均繊度の、前記基材層中の繊維の平均繊度に対する比[ループ層中の繊維の平均繊度]/[基材層中の繊維の平均繊度]が、2〜18であり、
前記基材層の厚みが、15μm〜100μmであり、
前記ループ層の前記短繊維不織布が、温度135℃〜145℃で前記融着されており、
前記ループ部材に対して、突起物を有し当該ループ部材に係合可能な面ファスナー用フックの係合と剥離とを20回繰り返したときの20回目の90度剥離強度が、0.4N/25.4mm以上5.0N/25.4mm以下である、ループ部材。 - 前記基材層上に配置された印刷層を更に有する、請求項1に記載のループ部材。
- 請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載のループ部材を含む、大人用おむつ。
