Description

黏扣帶製造方法及所製成之黏扣帶
本發明係有關於一種新穎的黏扣帶製造方法以及所製成之黏扣帶。
鉤與環(hook-and-loop)式的表面緊固件是一種習知的緊固件種類且被廣泛地應用在有黏扣需求的各領域中,譬如服裝,背包,線材整理等等。鉤與環緊固件主要是由一其上形成有多個鉤件之黏扣帶及一其上形成有多個環圈的毛面帶所構成並透過鉤件與環圈的咬合/分離來達到黏扣/脫離的作用。
傳統黏扣帶的製造大致上包含了:將用來形成鉤件的塑膠單絲利用經紗與緯紗以編織的手段形成為織物底材上的塑膠環圈,然後對底材上的環圈實施單側剪切,讓環圈變成為底材上的彎鉤形鉤件1之如圖1a所示。或者,利用加熱裝置對底材上的環圈實施熔斷處理,讓塑膠環圈被熔斷後變成為具有蘑菇頭形狀的鉤件1’,如圖1b所示。
雖然上述傳統的編織方法能夠製造出黏扣帶,但由於使用編織方式來製造黏扣帶需要使用至少三條線,即,一條經紗、一條緯紗及一條塑膠單絲,才能將鉤件固定在底材上,因而是一相當複雜及耗時的製造過程。
有鑑於上述傳統黏扣帶製造方法的缺點,黏扣帶業 界對於能夠用更簡單、更方便及更快速的方式將鉤件固定於底材上的黏扣帶製造方法存在著需求。
本發明的目的之一為提供一種能夠用更簡單、更方便及更快速的方式將鉤件固定於底材上的黏扣帶製造方法。此目的可由一種黏扣帶製造方法來達成,該方法包含:提供多條塑膠單絲;將該等多條塑膠單絲的每一單絲形成多個環圈形狀,使得每一塑膠單絲具有多個環圈部分及多個底部;用底材覆蓋該等塑膠單絲的底部;將該底材與該等塑膠單絲的底部熔接在一起,藉以將多個塑膠單絲環圈結合固定於該底材上;及將該等多個塑膠單絲環圈形成為鉤件,藉以形成包含多個鉤件的黏扣帶。
依據本發明的一實施例,該將環圈形成為鉤件的步驟包含在預定的高度由環圈的一側對該等環圈實施單側剪切,藉以在底材上形成多個彎鉤形的鉤件。
依據本發明的另一實施例,該將環圈形成為鉤件的步驟包含在該等環圈的大致頂部處實施熱熔斷處理,藉以在底材上形成多個具有蘑菇形頭部的鉤件。
依據本發明的較佳實施例,前述提供多條塑膠單絲的步驟包含將該等多條塑膠單絲以彼此大致等間距平行 的方式提供至一其上形成有多條彼此大致等間距平行的溝槽的底模上,其中該等溝槽係延伸於與該等單絲大致垂直的方向上。前述將塑膠單絲形成環圈的步驟包含:用一包含多根與底模的溝槽對應的棒條的環圈成形裝置將位在溝槽上方的塑膠單絲壓入溝槽中以形成每一單絲的環圈部分,而留在底模表面上的單絲則形成單絲的底部。前述將該底材與該等塑膠單絲的底部熔接在一起的步驟包含用一熔接裝置壓抵住鋪設在該底模上的底材並施加超音波能或熱能來讓單絲底部與底材熔接在一起。
依據本發明的一實施例,本發明的方法更包含一在該將該底材與該等塑膠單絲的底部熔接在一起的步驟之後的脫模步驟,其包含:將該熔接裝置從該底材上移開;將該環圈成形裝置從底模的側面抽出該等溝槽;及利用一脫模導輪將其上形成有環圈的底材脫離該底模。前述環圈單側剪切步驟係在其上形成有環圈的底材通過該脫模導輪時利用一剪切刀對從該等環圈的一側對環圈實施該單側剪切處理以形成彎鉤形的鉤件。前述環圈熔斷處理亦是在其上形成有環圈的底材通過該脫模導輪時利用一加熱器來實施以形成蘑菇形頭部的鉤件。
發明的另一個目的為提供一種用上述方法製成的黏扣帶。
本發明的其它態樣及優點從下面配合以舉例方式例示本發明的原理的附圖的詳細描述中將變得更加清楚。
現參考圖2至4所示之實施例來說明本發明之黏扣帶製造方法。
圖2為一流程圖,其顯示本發明之黏扣帶製造方法的步驟。在步驟S1,多條塑膠單絲F(如,尼龍或聚丙烯(PP)單絲)被提供。依據圖3及圖4所示之本發明的實施例,在此步驟中,複數條塑膠單絲F係以彼此大致等間距平行的方式被提供至一其上形成有多條彼此大致等間距平行的溝槽12的底模10上(參見圖4a),其中該等溝槽12係延伸於與該等單絲F大致垂直的方向上。接下來,在步驟S2,該等塑膠單絲F被形成多個環圈形狀。依據本發明的實施例,一環圈成形裝置20被用來實施此環圈成形處理,其中該環圈成形裝置20包含多根與底模10的溝槽12相對應的棒條22,用來將位在溝槽12上方的塑膠單絲F壓入溝槽12中,用以在每一單絲F上形成多個在溝槽12的環圈部分及多個留在底模10表面上的單絲的底部(參見圖4b)。
接下來,在步驟S3,一基材B被鋪設在該底模10的整個表面上並覆蓋住該等單絲的底部,如圖4c所示。接著,在步驟S4中,依據本發明的實施例,一熔接裝置30被用來實施此熔接固定處理。較佳地,該熔接裝置30可以是一超音波熔接機或是一熱熔接機。該熔接裝置30被移動壓抵住被鋪設在該底模10表面上的底材B,並藉由施加超音波能或熱能來將該等塑膠單絲F的底部熔化 並與底材B相結合,藉以將該等環圈部分固定至底材B上(參見圖4d)。在該等環圈部分被固定至該底材上之後,該熔接裝置30被移開且該環圈成形裝置20亦由底模10的側面被抽出該等溝槽12外,用以為下一個操作循環準備,如圖4e所示。此時,藉由圖3a或3b圖中之脫模導輪40的拉引,使得其上已形成了多個環圈的底材B與底模10脫離,同時帶動後續的塑膠單絲F被放置於底模10的表面上,如圖4f所示。亦即在進行脫模操作時,同時實施下一個製造循環的步驟S1。步驟S2至S4接著被重復以不間斷地將環圈形成底材B上。
在其上形成有環圈的底材B與底模10脫離之後即可實施步驟S5之鉤件形成操作。依據本發明的一個實施例,步驟S5為環圈單側剪切操作。即,當其上形成有環圈的底材B前進至脫模輪40時,一剪切刀50在一預定的高度從側面對每一環圈進行單側剪切,將每一環圈的一側切斷,此時,由於環圈在形成時因為變形而產生內應力,所以在環圈的一側被切斷時,因為應力的作用使得環圈帶有彎鉤的部分會與另一部分錯開,而不會保持彼此相對,使得每一環圈形成一彎鉤形的鉤件,藉以形成具有彎鉤形鉤件之黏扣帶,如圖3a所示。
依據本發明的另一實施例,步驟S5為環圈熔斷操作。即,當其上形成有環圈的底材B前進至脫模輪40時,一加熱器60被設置在靠近環圈的頂端處,用以將環圈熔斷。此時,每一被熔斷的環圈會因為塑膠材料的特性而 形兩個具有蘑菇頭形狀的鉤件,藉以形成具有蘑菇頭形鉤件之黏扣帶,如圖3b所示。
本發明的黏扣帶製造方法運用了將塑膠單絲直接變形熔接固定於底材的技術手段來製造黏扣帶,這是一種與傳統用編織方式製造黏扣帶完全不同的技術手段,因而提供一種比傳統黏扣帶製造方法更簡單、更方便及更快速的方法來製造黏扣帶。
雖然本發明的製造方法及黏扣帶已於上文中參考附圖所示的較佳實施例加以說明,但這並不表示本發明僅侷限於上文中所描述及附圖中所示的結構及操作。事實上,在上文揭示內容所教示的原理及精神之下,本發明可以有各種不同的修改及變化。例如,本案申請人在台灣申請案第099136503號中所描述的環圈形成方法可被使用於本發明的黏扣帶製造方法中。所有這些可能的修改及變化都落在由下面的申請專利範圍所界定之本發明的真實範圍內。

Claims (11)

  1. 一種黏扣帶製造方法,該方法包含:提供多條塑膠單絲;將該等多條塑膠單絲的每一單絲形成多個環圈形狀,使得每一塑膠單絲具有多個環圈部分及多個底部;用底材覆蓋該等塑膠單絲的底部;將該底材與該等塑膠單絲的底部熔接在一起,藉以將多個塑膠單絲環圈結合固定於該底材上;及將該等多個塑膠單絲環圈形成為鉤件,藉以形成包含多個鉤件的黏扣帶,其中該將環圈形成為鉤件的步驟包含:在預定的高度由環圈的一側對該等環圈實施單側剪切,藉以在底材上形成多個彎鉤形的鉤件,及其中該提供多條塑膠單絲的步驟包含:將該等多條塑膠單絲以彼此大致等間距平行的方式提供至一其上形成有多條彼此大致等間距平行的溝槽的底模上,其中該等溝槽係延伸於與該等單絲大致垂直的方向上。
  2. 一種黏扣帶製造方法,該方法包含:提供多條塑膠單絲;將該等多條塑膠單絲的每一單絲形成多個環圈形狀,使得每一塑膠單絲具有多個環圈部分及多個底部;用底材覆蓋該等塑膠單絲的底部;將該底材與該等塑膠單絲的底部熔接在一起,藉以將 多個塑膠單絲環圈結合固定於該底材上;及將該等多個塑膠單絲環圈形成為鉤件,藉以形成包含多個鉤件的黏扣帶,其中,該將環圈形成為鉤件的步驟包含:在該等環圈的大致頂部處實施熱熔斷處理,藉以在底材上形成多個具有蘑菇形頭部的鉤件,及其中,該提供多條塑膠單絲的步驟包含:將該等多條塑膠單絲以彼此大致等間距平行的方式提供至一其上形成有多條彼此大致等間距平行的溝槽的底模上,其中該等溝槽係延伸於與該等單絲大致垂直的方向上。
  3. 一種黏扣帶製造方法,該方法包含:提供多條塑膠單絲;將該等多條塑膠單絲的每一單絲形成多個環圈形狀,使得每一塑膠單絲具有多個環圈部分及多個底部;用底材覆蓋該等塑膠單絲的底部;將該底材與該等塑膠單絲的底部熔接在一起,藉以將多個塑膠單絲環圈結合固定於該底材上;及將該等多個塑膠單絲環圈形成為鉤件,藉以形成包含多個鉤件的黏扣帶,其中該將環圈形成為鉤件的步驟包含:在預定的高度由環圈的一側對該等環圈實施單側剪切,藉以在底材上形成多個彎鉤形的鉤件,及其中該將塑膠單絲形成環圈的步驟包含: 用一包含多根與底模的溝槽對應的棒條的環圈成形裝置將位在溝槽上方的塑膠單絲壓入溝槽中以形成每一單絲的環圈部分,而留在底模表面上的單絲則形成單絲的底部。
  4. 一種黏扣帶製造方法,該方法包含:提供多條塑膠單絲;將該等多條塑膠單絲的每一單絲形成多個環圈形狀,使得每一塑膠單絲具有多個環圈部分及多個底部;用底材覆蓋該等塑膠單絲的底部;將該底材與該等塑膠單絲的底部熔接在一起,藉以將多個塑膠單絲環圈結合固定於該底材上;及將該等多個塑膠單絲環圈形成為鉤件,藉以形成包含多個鉤件的黏扣帶,其中,該將環圈形成為鉤件的步驟包含:在該等環圈的大致頂部處實施熱熔斷處理,藉以在底材上形成多個具有蘑菇形頭部的鉤件,及其中,該將塑膠單絲形成環圈的步驟包含:用一包含多根與底模的溝槽對應的棒條的環圈成形裝置將位在溝槽上方的塑膠單絲壓入溝槽中以形成每一單絲的環圈部分,而留在底模表面上的單絲則形成單絲的底部。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第3或4項之黏扣帶製造方法,其中該將該底材與該等塑膠單絲的底部熔接在一起的步驟包含: 用一熔接裝置壓抵住鋪設在該底模上的底材並施加超音波能或熱能來讓單絲底部與底材熔接在一起。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項之黏扣帶製造方法,其中該熔接裝置包含超音波熔接機。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項之黏扣帶製造方法,其中該熔接裝置包含熱熔接機。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第5項之黏扣帶製造方法,其在該將該底材與該等塑膠單絲的底部熔接在一起的步驟之後更包含一脫模步驟,該脫模步驟包含:將該熔接裝置從該底材上移開;將該環圈成形裝置從底模的側面抽出該等溝槽;及利用一脫模導輪將其上形成有環圈的底材脫離該底模。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第5項之黏扣帶製造方法,其中該環圈單側剪切步驟係在其上形成有環圈的底材通過該脫模導輪時利用一剪切刀對從該等環圈的一側對環圈實施該單側剪切處理以形成彎鉤形的鉤件。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第5項之黏扣帶製造方法,其中該環圈熔斷處理是在其上形成有環圈的底材通過該脫模導輪時利用一加熱器來實施以形成蘑菇形頭部的鉤件。
  11. 一種黏扣帶,其係用申請專利範圍第1、2、3或4項之黏扣帶製造方法來製造。
