Description

將射出鉤直接形成在織物基材上的方法,實施該方法的設備及其製成之物
本發明係有關於具有射出鉤之織物基材的製造,更明確地係有關於將射出鉤直接形成在織物基材上的方法、設備及所製成之具有射出鉤的織物材料片。
俗稱‘魔鬼氈’之機械式緊固裝置主要是由具有扣鉤結構的黏扣帶及具有與扣鉤結構鉤合的毛圈結構的毛面所構成,且因其具易於氈黏及分離之特性,而被廣泛地使用在需要將兩個分開的部分作可分離式黏合的應用中,譬如像是在成衣、鞋材、個人衛生用品(如,紙尿布)等相關的領域的應用中。而,在應用時,黏扣帶10(其包含一整片底材11及多個與底材11一體模製成形的射出鉤件12)係利用黏膠13黏合至織物基材14上,以形成具有黏扣帶之織物材料片,如圖1所示。
雖然以上述方法製造出來之具有黏扣帶的織物材料片在許多應用上可達到預期的效果,但其亦具有一些缺點。例如,由於此具有黏扣帶的織物材料片係使用黏膠將黏扣帶與材料面黏合在一起,所以其整體的高度無可避免地會增加,其製造成本會隨之提高,產品的整體柔軟度亦會受到影響,而有柔軟度不足的缺點。而,具有足夠的柔軟度在某些特定的應用領域中是相當重要的。例如,在紙尿褲的應用中,具有黏扣帶的織物材料片通常是被用作為用來 將紙尿褲緊束於穿戴者的腰腹部之腰貼。因此,若腰貼的柔軟度不足的話,會讓穿戴者有異物感並感到不舒適,甚至在皮膚上造成壓痕。
有鑑於傳統具有黏扣帶的織物材料片的上述缺點,在黏扣帶及紙尿褲的領域中對於兼具黏合功能及柔軟度之具有扣鉤件的織物材料片及其製造方法及設備一直存在著需求。
本發明的目的是要提供一種能夠有效解決存在於傳統技術中的缺點之製造兼具黏合功能及柔軟度之具有扣鉤件的織物材料片的方法、設備及織物材料片。
本發明的一個面向提供一種將射出鉤直接形成在織物基材上的方法,其包含:提供一可轉動的模具滾筒,其包含多條形成在其圓周表面的溝槽,每一溝槽具有多個沿著溝槽開設且彼此相隔一間距的模穴,及一設置於滾筒內部的冷卻裝置;將熔融的塑料在壓力下提供至該模具滾筒的圓周表面,使得塑料能夠注入到溝槽及模穴中;將模具滾筒圓周表面上的塑料刮除;將織物基材通過一介於該模具滾筒的圓周表面與一熱壓滾輪的圓周表面之間的間隙,其中該熱壓輪被設置成可對該織物基材施加壓力且被加熱至可讓溝槽及模穴內靠近模具滾筒的圓周表面部分的塑料處於熔融狀態的溫度並與織物基材結合,使織物基材附著於模具滾筒的圓周表面上;將經過熱壓的織物基材冷卻,用 以讓溝槽及模穴的塑料固著於該織物基材織物材料片並讓射出鉤固化定型於模穴中;及將其上形成有射出鉤的織物基材與該模具滾筒分離。
該等溝槽係沿著圓周方向且彼此平行地形成在該模具滾筒的圓周表面。此外,該等溝槽係以直條狀、波浪狀或鋸齒狀的形式被形成在該模具滾筒的圓周表面。每一溝槽中的模穴與相鄰溝槽中的模穴可以彼此對齊的方式或彼此不對齊的方式來加以設置。該織物基材包含不織布。
本發明的另一個面向提供一種將射出鉤直接形成在織物基材上的設備,其包含:一可轉動於一方向上的模具滾筒,其包含多條形成在其圓周表面的溝槽,每一溝槽具有多個沿著溝槽開設且彼此相隔一間距的模穴,及一設置於滾筒內部的冷卻裝置;一注料機,其具有一可將熔融的塑料以一定的壓力射出的噴嘴,該噴嘴被設置成與該模具滾筒的圓周表面相對相隔一距離;一刮刀,其被設置在該注料機在模具滾筒的轉動方向的下游處且其刀刃與該模具滾筒的圓周表面相接觸;一熱壓滾輪,其被設置成其圓周表面與該模具滾筒的圓周表面相對且位在該刮刀在模具滾筒的轉動方向的下游處,其中該熱壓滾輪的圓周表面與該模具滾筒的圓周表面相距一間隙且該熱壓滾輪的圓周表面被加熱至可讓溝槽及模穴內靠近模具滾筒的圓周表面部分的塑料處於熔融狀態的溫度;一織物基材輸送滾輪,其將織物基材輸送至介於該模具滾筒與該熱壓滾輪之間的間隙,讓該織物基材與溝槽及模穴內靠近模具滾筒的圓周表面部 分之處於熔融狀態的塑料結合並使織物基材附著於模具滾筒的圓周表面上;一外部冷卻機構,被設置成與該模具滾筒的圓周表面相對且位在該熱壓滾輪在模具滾筒的轉動方向的下游處,用來冷卻附著於該模具滾筒的圓周表面的織物基材用以讓溝槽及模穴的塑料固著於該織物基材織物材料片並讓射出鉤固化定型於模穴中;及一脫模機構,用來將其上形成有射出鉤的織物基材與該模具滾筒分離。
介於該模具滾筒與該熱壓滾輪之間的間隙可藉由將該熱壓滾輪相對於該模具滾筒徑向地移動來加以調整,使得該間隙略小於該織物基材的厚度。
本發明的再一個面向提供一種用上述本發明的製造方法所製造之具有黏扣功能的織物材料片,其包含一織物基材及多條直接射出模製於織物基材上的多條射出鉤條帶,每一射出鉤條帶都包含多個射出鉤,其中每一射出鉤條帶與相鄰之射出鉤條帶之間並無任何塑料,且在同一射出鉤條帶中相鄰的射出鉤之間僅以比射出鉤的寬度稍寬的塑料條相連。
現將參考圖2-4所示之實施例來說明本發明之將射出鉤直接形成在織物基材上的方法,實施該方法的設備及其製成之具有射出鉤件之織物材料片。
圖2為一示意圖其顯示用來實施本發明之方法製造設備100。此設備100主要包含一可轉動的模具滾筒20,一 注料機30,一刮刀40,一熱壓滾輪50,一織物基材輸送滾輪82,一冷風機60及一對脫模滾輪70。如圖3所示,該模具滾筒20的圓周表面上形成有多條沿著圓周方向且彼此平行的溝槽22。每一溝槽22則進一步具有多個沿著溝槽開設且彼此相隔一間距之用來模製射出鉤的模穴24。每一模穴24則具有與所模製之射出鉤型,如單鉤,雙鉤或蘑菇頭型,相對應的形狀。在圖3所示的實施例中,該模穴24具有雙鉤型射出鉤的形狀。又,在圖3所示的實施例中,該等溝槽22為直條狀的溝槽,但在其它的實施例中,溝槽22可以是其它形狀的溝槽,譬如,波浪狀或鋸齒狀,或類此者的溝槽。此外,在該模具圓筒內部設置有冷卻裝置(未示出),譬如一冷卻水循環系統,用來冷卻注入到模穴24底部的塑料。
如圖2所示,該注料機30具有一可將熔融的塑料以一定的壓力射出的噴嘴,該噴嘴被設置成與該模具滾筒20的圓周表面相對且相隔一距離。該刮刀40係設置在該注料機30在圖2的箭頭A所示之模具滾筒20的轉動方向的下游處且離該注料機30一定距離。此外,該刮刀40的刀刃被設置成與該模具滾筒20的圓周表面接觸,用來刮除在該模具滾筒20的圓周表面上的塑料。
該熱壓滾輪50被設置成其圓周表面與該模具滾筒20的圓周表面徑向地相對且位在該刮刀40在模具滾筒20的轉動方向A的下游處。這兩個圓周表面間相距一間隙。該織物基材輸送滾輪82被設置來將織物基材80輸送至該 間隙。此間隙較佳地可藉由將該熱壓滾輪50相對於該模具滾筒20徑向地移動來加以調整,使得該間隙略小於該織物基材80的厚度,藉以對織物基材80施加一在厚度方向上的壓力。該冷風機60亦被設置成與該模具滾筒20的圓周表面相對且位在該熱壓滾輪50在模具滾筒20的轉動方向A的下游處,用來對該模具滾筒20的圓周表面吹送冷風。該對脫模滾輪70係設置在該冷風機60在模具滾筒20的轉動方向A的下游處。
在實施本發明的方法時,首先將可熱塑性變形之塑料(譬如,聚乙烯)送入該注料機30中加熱(例如,加熱至約235℃以上)來加以熔化,然後經由注料機30的射出噴嘴將熔化的塑料射出至該模具滾筒20的圓周表面上並注入到溝槽22及模穴24中。在模穴24底部內的塑料接受模具滾筒20的冷卻裝置的冷卻而逐漸固化。之後,藉由模具滾筒20的轉動,在該模具滾筒20的圓周表面上的塑料會被刮刀40刮除掉。換言之,塑料只留在溝槽22及模穴24內,模具滾筒20的圓周表面上完全沒有塑料。這與傳統的射出鉤黏扣帶在模具滾筒的圓周表面上留有一層塑料以形成黏扣帶底材的作法完全相反。
接下來,將織物基材80,在此實施例中為不織布,通過該熱壓滾輪50與該模具滾筒20之間的間隙。藉由將該熱壓輪50加熱至適當的高溫(譬如,在塑料為聚乙烯的例子中,加熱至約235℃的溫度)讓溝槽22及模穴24內靠近模具滾筒20的圓周表面部分的塑料處於熔融狀態 ,並藉由熱壓輪50所施加的壓力讓塑料充分滲入不織布80的纖維組織內,使不織布80與溝槽22及模穴24內的塑料結合在一起,而讓不織布80附著於該模具滾筒20的圓周表面上。接著,經過壓合後的不織布80隨著模具滾筒20的轉動而通過該冷風機60並接受冷風機吹送的冷風的冷卻,使得滲入不織布80的纖維組織內固化,而將形成於模穴24內的射出鉤牢固地固著於不織布80上。最後,經由該脫模滾輪70的拉引而讓其上結合了射出鉤的不織布80與模具滾輪20分離,而製造出其上形成有射出鉤92之具有黏扣功能的織物材料片90。
如圖4a-4c所示,以本發明的方法所製造出來之具有黏扣功能的織物材料片90主要包含織物基材80及直接射出模製於織物基材80上的多條射出鉤條帶91,每一射出鉤條帶91都包含多個射出鉤92。每一射出鉤條帶91與相鄰之射出鉤條帶91之間並無任何塑料,且在同一射出鉤條帶91中之射出鉤92之間亦僅以比射出鉤92的寬度稍大的塑料條相連,因此不影響織物基材80原本的柔軟度。
由於本發明運用了與傳統技術先形成具有射出鉤的黏扣帶再將黏扣帶黏合於織物基材上不同的技術思想,而將射出鉤直接形成在織物基材上,因此,相較於傳統技術,本發明不僅可藉由減少工序來降低製造成本,還可將產品的整體高度有效地降低。此外,更重要是,由於本發明所製造的產品並沒有覆蓋整個織物基材的黏扣帶底材,因此 讓所製造出來之具有黏扣功能的織物材料片90具有充分的柔軟性。
本發明基於不同於傳統技術的技術思想,不僅有效地克服了傳統技術的缺點,更可達成優於傳統技術的功效,因此,本發明很明顯地是一具有產業利用性之創新的發明創作。
雖然本發明的具有黏扣功能的織物材料片、製造此材料片的設備及方法已於上文中參考附圖所示的較佳實施例加以說明,但這並不表示本發明僅侷限於上文中所描述及附圖中所示的結構。事實上,在上文揭示內容所教示的原理及精神之下,本發明仍有各種不同的變化例。例如,雖然在圖3所示的實施例中,在每一溝槽22中的模穴24與相鄰溝槽22中的模穴24係彼此對齊地加以設置,但在其它實施例中,溝槽22中的模穴24與相鄰溝槽22中的模穴24可以是彼此不對齊地(即,彼此錯開地)加以設置。所有這些及其它可能的修改及變化都落在由下面的申請專利範圍所界定之本發明的真實範圍內。

Claims (16)

  1. 一種將射出鉤直接形成在織物基材上的方法,其包含:提供一可轉動的模具滾筒,其包含多條形成在其圓周表面的溝槽,每一溝槽具有多個沿著溝槽開設且彼此相隔一間距的模穴,及一設置於滾筒內部的冷卻裝置;將熔融的塑料在壓力下提供至該模具滾筒的圓周表面,使得塑料能夠注入到溝槽及模穴中;將模具滾筒圓周表面上的塑料刮除;將織物基材通過一介於該模具滾筒的圓周表面與一熱壓滾輪的圓周表面之間的間隙,其中該熱壓輪被設置成可對該織物基材施加壓力且被加熱至可讓溝槽及模穴內靠近模具滾筒的圓周表面部分的塑料處於熔融狀態的溫度並與織物基材結合,使織物基材附著於模具滾筒的圓周表面上;將經過熱壓的織物基材冷卻,用以讓溝槽及模穴的塑料固著於該織物基材織物材料片並讓射出鉤固化定型於模穴中;及將其上形成有射出鉤的織物基材與該模具滾筒分離。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中該等溝槽係沿著圓周方向且彼此平行地形成在該模具滾筒的圓周表面。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項之方法,其中該等溝槽係以直條狀的形式被形成在該模具滾筒的圓周表面。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項之方法,其中該等溝槽係以 波浪狀或鋸齒狀的形式被形成在該模具滾筒的圓周表面。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中每一溝槽中的模穴與相鄰溝槽中的模穴係以彼此對齊的方式加以設置。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中每一溝槽中的模穴與相鄰溝槽中的模穴係以彼此不對齊的方式加以設置。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中該織物基材包含不織布。
  8. 一種將射出鉤直接形成在織物基材上的設備,其包含:一可轉動於一方向上的模具滾筒,其包含多條形成在其圓周表面的溝槽,每一溝槽具有多個沿著溝槽開設且彼此相隔一間距的模穴,及一設置於滾筒內部的冷卻裝置;一注料機,其具有一可將熔融的塑料以一定的壓力射出的噴嘴,該噴嘴被設置成與該模具滾筒的圓周表面相對相隔一距離;一刮刀,其被設置在該注料機在模具滾筒的轉動方向的下游處且其刀刃與該模具滾筒的圓周表面相接觸;一熱壓滾輪,其被設置成其圓周表面與該模具滾筒的圓周表面相對且位在該刮刀在模具滾筒的轉動方向的下游處,其中該熱壓滾輪的圓周表面與該模具滾筒的圓周表面相距一間隙且該熱壓滾輪的圓周表面被加熱至可讓溝槽及模穴內靠近模具滾筒的圓周表面部分的塑料處於熔融狀態的溫度; 一織物基材輸送滾輪,其將織物基材輸送至介於該模具滾筒與該熱壓滾輪之間的間隙,讓該織物基材與溝槽及模穴內靠近模具滾筒的圓周表面部分之處於熔融狀態的塑料結合並使織物基材附著於模具滾筒的圓周表面上;一外部冷卻機構,被設置成與該模具滾筒的圓周表面相對且位在該熱壓滾輪在模具滾筒的轉動方向的下游處,用來冷卻附著於該模具滾筒的圓周表面的織物基材用以讓溝槽及模穴的塑料固著於該織物基材織物材料片並讓射出鉤固化定型於模穴中;及一脫模機構,用來將其上形成有射出鉤的織物基材與該模具滾筒分離。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項之設備,其中介於該模具滾筒與該熱壓滾輪之間的間隙可藉由將該熱壓滾輪相對於該模具滾筒徑向地移動來加以調整,使得該間隙略小於該織物基材的厚度。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第8項之設備,其中該等溝槽係沿著圓周方向且彼此平行地形成在該模具滾筒的圓周表面。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第10項之設備,其中該等溝槽係以直條狀的形式被形成在該模具滾筒的圓周表面。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第10項之設備,其中該等溝槽係以波浪狀或鋸齒狀的形式被形成在該模具滾筒的圓周表面。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第8項之設備,其中每一溝槽中 的模穴與相鄰溝槽中的模穴係以彼此對齊的方式加以設置。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第8項之設備,其中每一溝槽中的模穴與相鄰溝槽中的模穴係以彼此不對齊的方式加以設置。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第8項之設備,其中該織物基材包含不織布。
  16. 一種用申請專利範圍第1至7項中任一項之方法所製造之具有黏扣功能的織物材料片,其包含一織物基材及多條直接射出模製於織物基材上的多條射出鉤條帶,每一射出鉤條帶都包含多個射出鉤,其中每一射出鉤條帶與相鄰之射出鉤條帶之間並無任何塑料,且在同一射出鉤條帶中相鄰的射出鉤之間僅以比射出鉤的寬度稍寬的塑料條相連。
