Description
比較的低い割合の領域の結合と本発明による結合パターンとを用いて製造した複合不織布の180°剥離試験成績を比較する。剥離試験はMTS Systems社(ミネソタ州イーデンプレーリー市所在)の引張試験機(型番MTC Alliance RT/5)を用いて行った。

180°剥離試験にはAplix社の94x試作品フック(マッシュルーム状フックを有し、フック密度が385個/cm2の13mm幅テープ)を用いた。

Claims (32)
- 複合不織布から構成されたフック・ループ型ファスナー用のループ材料であって、
前記複合不織布は、
熱可塑性捲縮ステープルファイバの非結合のカードウェブのループ層であって、前記ステープルファイバは1.5〜6.0dTEXであり、前記カードウェブは10〜35g/m2の秤量を有する前記ループ層と、
前記ループ層が対面して重ね合わされる基材層であって、5〜30g/m2の秤量を有するスパンメルト不織布の前記基材層と、
前記ループ層を前記基材層に連結する複数の結合領域と、
から構成され、
前記複合不織布は、1500 l/m 2 /秒以下の通気性を有することを特徴とするフック・ループ型ファスナー用のループ材料。 - 前記複合不織布が1300l/m 2 /秒以下の通気性を有する、請求項1に記載のループ材料。
- 前記複合不織布が800〜1300l/m2/秒の範囲の通気性を有する、請求項2に記載のループ材料。
- 前記複数の結合領域が連続しているか又は不連続なライン形又は波形である、請求項1に記載のループ材料。
- 前記複数の結合領域が機械横断方向に延在する、請求項4に記載のループ材料。
- 一つの前記結合領域の高さが、前記基材層の高さ未満である、請求項1に記載のループ材料。
- 前記複数の結合領域が実質的に非通気性である、請求項1に記載のループ材料。
- 一つの前記結合領域の通気性は、実質的に非通気性であり、非結合領域の通気性の5%以下である、請求項7に記載のループ材料。
