Bu islem için ön malzeme bir halat dökme düzeneginde bir döküm hadde teçhizatiyla (2) 4-8 dakikalik hizla ve 90-125 mm'lik bir donma kalinligiyla salinimli bir halat döküm kalibi (1) kullanilarak döküm sathi ve kalip çikisi arasinda konkavlik saglanarak ve/veya konkavlik niteligini haiz bir halat yönlenimiyle ve/veya dilimlemenin merkezilestirilmesi ve yönlenimi için dar kenar alaninda halat yönlenim gövdesinde merkezilestirme ve yönlenim elemanlarini haizdir; bir ara halat döküm teçhizati ve dengeleme sobasini öngören serit biçimli ön malzeme için sogutma ve yalitim hatti ve bir halat döküm teçhizatindan önce ve bir ön hattan sonra düzenlenmis yaklasik 45 m uzunlugunda ve yaklasik 5 ila 20 m genisliginde bir çapraz nakil ocagina haizdir (Sekil (1)).
