Claims (6)

1 PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Postopek za pridobivanje cepiva proti lajmski bolezni, označen s tem, da imuniziramo poskusne živali, prednostno miši, z 31 kD antigenom (OspA) ali/in s 34 kD antigenom (OspB) B.burgdorferi ZS7 (DSM 5527) in/ali B31 (ATCC 35210) in iz imunizirane poskusne živali pridobimo na običajen način protektivna monoklonska protitelesa proti OspA ali/in OspB.
2. Patogeni B.burgdorferi soj ZS7, DSM5527.
3. 5. Antigen po zahtevku 3 ali 4, označen s tem, da je antigen β-galaktozidazni fuzijski protein ali nefuzijski protein.
6.
