Claims (11)
- Postopki za izboljšanje tolerance na stres v rastlinah in sestavki za njih Patentni zahtevki1. Transgeno seme, ki v svojem genomu vsebuje molekulo rekombinantne DNA, ki kodira protein hladnega šoka, ki ima vsaj 90% enakosti z zaporedjem SEQ ID NO: 63 ali 65, je kjer omenjeno zaporedje domene hladnega šoka, ki vsebuje protein hladnega šoka [FY]-G-F-I-x(6,7)-[DER]-[LIVM]-F-x-H-x-[STKR]-x-[LIVMFY] zaporedja SEQ ID NO:3 in ima vezavno funkcijo eno vijačne nukleinske kisline, kjer molekula rekombinantne DNA izraža protein hladnega šoka v transgeni rastlini, gojeni iz semena, kjer ima transgena rastlina višjo stopnjo rasti pri pogojih, kjer je voda za rast omejena za ne-transformirano rastlino iste vrste ali, kjer je transgena rastlina odporna na sušo, v primeijavi z ne- transformirano rastlino iste vrste.
- 2. Seme po zahtevku 1, kjer je omenjeno seme iz transgene rastline soje, koruze, oljne repice, riža, bombaža, ječmena, ovsa, tratne trave, bombaža ali pšenice.
- 3. Seme po zahtevku 1 ali 2, kjer ima omenjeni protein hladnega šoka zaporedje amino kislin, kije enako zaporedju SEQ ID NO: 63 ali 65.
- 4. Postopek izdelave transgenih rastlin odpornih na sušo, ki obsega naslednje korake: (a) vstavljanje v genom rastlinske celic rekombinantne DNA, ki vsebuje, v smeri 5' do 3': prvi polinukleotid DNA, ki vsebuje promotor, ki deluje v rastlinah in, kije operativno povezan z drugim polinukleotidom DNA, ki protein hladnega šoka, ki ima vsaj 90% enakosti z zaporedjem SEQ ID NO: 63 ali 65, kjer je omenjeno zaporedje domene hladnega šoka, ki vsebuje protein hladnega šoka [FY]-G-F-I-x(6,7)-[DER]-[LIVM]-F-x-H-x-[STKR]-x-[LIVMFY] zaporedja SEQ ID NO:3 in ima vezavno funkcijo eno vijačne nukleinske kisline, operativno povezano s polinukleotidom DNA 3' transkripcijskega zaključka, ki deluje kot poliadenilacijsko zaporedje; (b) pridobivanje transformirane rastlinske celice, ki vsebuje omenjeno rekombinantno DNA; (c) regeneriranje rastlin iz omenjenih rastlinskih celic; in (d) izbiro rastline za povišano odpornost na sušo.
- 5. Postopek po zahtevku 4, kjer je omenjena rastlina transgena rastlina soje, koruze, oljne repice, riža, bombaža, ječmena, ovsa, tratne trave, bombaža ali pšenice.
- 6. Postopek po zahtevku 4 ali 5, kjer ima omenjeni protein hladnega šoka zaporedje amino kislin, kije enako zaporedju SEQ ID NO: 63 ali 65.
- 7. Transgena propagula, ki v svojem genomu vsebuje molekulo rekombinantne DNA, ki kodira protein hladnega šoka, ki ima vsaj 90% enakosti z zaporedjem SEQ ID NO: 63 ali 65, kjer je omenjeno zaporedje domene hladnega šoka, ki vsebuje protein hladnega šoka [FY]-G-F-I-x(6,7)-[DER]-[LIVM]-F-x-H-x-[STKR]-x-[LIVMFY] zaporedja SEQ ID NO:3 in ima vezavno funkcijo eno vijačne nukleinske kisline, kjer molekula rekombinantne DNA izraža protein hladnega šoka v rastlinah, gojenih iz propagule, kjer omenjene rastline kažejo odpornost na sušo v primerjavi z ne- transformirano rastlino iste vrste.
- 8. Transgena propagula po zahtevku 7, kjer je omenjena transgena propagula iz rastline transgene soje, koruze, oljne repice, riža, bombaža, ječmena, ovsa, tratne trave, bombaža ali pšenice.
- 9. Transgena propagula po zahtevku 7 ali 8, kjer ima omenjeni protein hladnega šoka zaporedje amino kislin, kije enako zaporedju SEQ ID NO: 63 ali 65.
- 10. Uporaba semen po zahtevku 1, za pridobivanja polja transgenih rastlin, ki so odporne na sušo.
- 11. Uporaba propagul po zahtevku 7, za pridobivanja polja transgenih rastlin, ki so odporne na sušo.
