Claims (30)
- 서열번호: 2 기재의 아미노산서열로 된 단백질을 코드하는 DNA.
- 서열번호: 1 기재의 염기서열의 코드영역을 포함하는 DNA.
- 서열번호: 1 기재의 염기서열로 된 DNA와, 5x SSPE, 2x 덴하드 용액, 0.1%(w/v) SDS, 및 청어 정자 DNA 100 ㎍/ml를 포함하는 하이브리다이제이션 용액 중 25℃에서 하이브리다이즈를 행하고, 2x SSC, 0.1% SDS 중에서 25℃에서 세정하는 조건하에서 하이브리다이즈하는 DNA로서, Na+/H+대향수송체 활성을 갖는 단자엽식물 유래의 단백질을 코드하는 DNA.
- 서열번호: 1 기재의 염기서열로 된 DNA와, 50% 포름아미드, 5x SSPE, 2x 덴하드 용액, 0.1%(w/v) SDS, 및 청어 정자 DNA 100 ㎍/ml를 포함하는 하이브리다이제이션 용액 중 42℃에서 하이브리다이즈를 행하고, 2x SSC, 0.1% SDS 중에서 42℃에서 세정하는 조건하에서 하이브리다이즈하는 DNA로서, Na+/H+대향수송체 활성을 갖는 단자엽식물 유래의 단백질을 코드하는 DNA.
- 서열번호: 1 기재의 염기서열로 된 DNA와, 50% 포름아미드, 5x SSPE, 2x 덴하드 용액, 0.1%(w/v) SDS, 및 청어 정자 DNA 100 ㎍/ml를 포함하는 하이브리다이제이션 용액 중 42℃에서 하이브리다이즈를 행하고, 0.1x SSC, 0.1% SDS 중에서 56℃에서 세정하는 조건하에서 하이브리다이즈하는 DNA로서, Na+/H+대향수송체 활성을 갖는 단자엽식물 유래의 단백질을 코드하는 DNA.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단자엽식물이 벼과 식물인 DNA.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 DNA를 포함하는 벡터.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 DNA를 보유하는 형질전환 세포.
- 제7항의 벡터를 보유하는 형질전환 세포.
- 제8항에 있어서, 식물세포인 형질전환 세포.
- 제9항에 있어서, 식물세포인 형질전환 세포.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 DNA에 의해 코드되는 단백질.
