Abstract

Изобретение включает композиции, способы и клеточные линии, имеющие отношение к борьбе с насекомыми. Сущность изобретения включает композиции, содержащие растительные эфирные масла, целенаправленно воздействующие, по крайней мере, на один рецептор насекомых, выбранный из числа рецептора тирамина, обонятельного рецептора Or83b или обонятельного рецептора Or43a, следствием чего является изменение у насекомых внутриклеточных уровней цАМФ, Са2+ или обоих. Также изобретение включает способ борьбы с насекомыми, линию клеток насекомых, включающую последовательность нуклеиновой кислоты вышеуказанных рецепторов и способы отбора композиции по активности в отношении насекомых с использованием указанной линии клеток насекомых. Преимущество изобретения заключается в разработке более мягких, щадящих композиций, не являющихся токсичными для млекопитающих и других видов. 5 н. и 15 з.п. ф-лы, 35 табл., 33 ил.

Claims (20)

1. Композиция для борьбы с насекомыми, включающая, по крайней мере, два масла, при этом упомянутые два масла, по крайней мере, являются маслами, выбранными из группы, включающей t-анетол, масло из семян спороболуса вытянутого, камфен, карвакрол, d-карвон, l-карвон, 1,8-цинеол, р-цимен, диэтилфталат, эвгенол, гераниол, изопропилцитрат, масло сорго лимонного, масло из цветков сирени, лаймовое масло, d-лимонен, линалилантранилат, линалоол, линденол, метилцитрат, метилдигидрожасмонат, мирцен, периллиловый спирт, фенилацеталь-дегид, α-пинен, β-пинен, пиперональ, пиперонил, пиперонилацетат, пиперониловый спирт, пиперониламин, хинин, сабинен, α-терпинен, терпинен 900, α-терпинеол, гамма-терпинеол, 2-tret-бутил-р-хинон, α-туйон, тимьяновое масло и тимол, причем композиция целенаправленно воздействует на, по крайней мере, один рецептор насекомых, выбранный из числа рецептора тирамина, обонятельного рецептора Or83b или обонятельного рецептора Or43a, следствием чего является изменение у упомянутых насекомых внутриклеточных уровней цАМФ, Ca2+ или того и другого и, по крайней мере, упомянутые два масла характеризуются синергетическим эффектом активности.
2. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что обработка упомянутой композицией оказывает репеллентное действие.
3. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что обработка упомянутой композицией оказывает пестицидное действие.
4. Композиция по п.1, дополнительно включающая, по крайней мере, одно нелетучее масло.
5. Композиция по п.1, в которой масла предпочтительно выбирают из: около 44% по весу масла цветков сирени, около 10% по весу гераниола, около 2% по весу масла тимьяна, и около 44% по весу масла тмина.
6. Композиция по п.1, в которой масла предпочтительно выбирают из: около 20% до 50% по весу d-лимонена, около 20% по весу масла тимьяна, около 20% по весу гераниола, около 20% по весу α-пинена, и около 20% по весу p-цимена.
7. Композиция по п.1, далее включающая фенилацетальдегид, в которой масла предпочтительно выбирают из: около 10% по весу d-лимонена, около 30% по весу масла тимьяна, около 35% по весу гераниола, около 10% по весу α-пинена, и около 5% по весу фенилацетальдегида.
8. Композиция по п.1, в которой масла предпочтительно выбирают из: около 50% по весу гераниола, около 40% по весу масла тимьяна, около 10% по весу масло из семян спороболуса вытянутого.

11. Композиция по п.1, в которой масла предпочтительно выбирают из: α-туйона, α-пинена, сабинена, β-пинена, p-цимена и лимонена.
12. Композиция по п.1, в которой масла предпочтительно выбирают из: диэтилфталата, α-терпениола, пиперонала, линалоола, гамма-терпениола, метилдигидрожасмоната, метилцитрата, изопропилцитрата.
13. Композиция по п.1 для борьбы с насекомыми, содержащая: около 10% по весу DEET, около 18% по весу d-лимонена, около 18% по весу масла тимьяна, около 20% по весу гераниола, около 20% по весу α-пинена, и около 18% по весу p-цимена.
14. Композиция по п.1, в которой, по крайней мере, два растительных эфирных масла являются маслом из цветков сирени и маслом из семян спороболуса.
15. Композиция по п.1, в которой, по крайней мере, два растительных эфирных масла являются тимьяновым маслом, маслом из цветков сирени, и d-лимоненом.
16. Композиция по п.1, в которой, по крайней мере, одно растительное эфирное масло содержится в количестве от 18 до 50%, при этом, по крайней мере, этим растительным эфирным маслом является d-лимонен; другим, по крайней мере, растительным эфирным маслом является тимьяновое масло в количестве от 2 до 50%; другим, по крайней мере, растительным эфирным маслом является гераниол в количестве от 18 до 70%; другим, по крайней мере, растительным эфирным маслом является масло из цветков сирени в количестве от 40 до 50%; другим, по крайней мере, растительным эфирным маслом является масло из семян спороболуса в количестве от 50 до 75%.
17. Способ борьбы с насекомыми, включающий:
обеспечение композиции по п.1, и
воздействие на насекомых упомянутой композицией в концентрации, достаточной для оказания репелентного или пестицидного воздействия.
18. Линия клеток насекомых Drosophila Schneider, включающая нуклеиновокислотную последовательность, выбираемую из: нуклеиновокислотной последовательности рецептора тирамина, представленной на Фиг.31А и Фиг.31В; нуклеиновокислотной последовательности обонятельного рецептора Ог43а, представленной на Фиг.32А и Фиг.32В; нуклеиновокислотной последовательности обонятельного рецептора Or83b, представленной на Фиг.33А и Фиг.33В.
19. Способ отбора композиций по активности в отношении насекомых, включающий добавление упомянутых композиций к клеткам насекомых линии Drosophila Schneider по п.18;
подготовку клеток насекомых, экспрессирующих рецептор, выбранный из группы, включающей рецептор тирамина, обонятельный рецептор Or83b и обонятельный рецептор Or43a;
добавление упомянутых композиций к клеткам;
определение афинности связывания упомянутых композиций с рецептором; и
отбор композиций, обладающих сродством к рецептору.
20. Способ отбора композиций по активности в отношении насекомых, включающий добавление упомянутых композиций к клеткам насекомых линии Drosophila Schneider по п.18;
подготовку клеток насекомых, экспрессирующих рецептор, выбранный из группы, включающей рецептор тирамина, обонятельный рецептор Or83b и обонятельный рецептор Or43a;
добавление упомянутых композиций к клеткам;
экстрагирование внутриклеточного цАМФ или Са2+ из клеток;
определение внутриклеточных уровней цАМФ или Са2+;
сравнение внутриклеточных уровней цАМФ или Са2+ в клетках, обработанных упомянутыми композициями, с внутриклеточными уровнями цАМФ или Са2+ в необработанных клетках; и
выбор композиций, обработка которыми вызывает изменение внутриклеточных уровней цАМФ или Са2+ либо обоих.
