Claims (33)
1. Соединение, представляющее собой Соединение III:
(Соединение III)
его фармацевтически приемлемая соль, или его фармацевтически приемлемый сольват, для применения в способе лечения AR+ рака молочной железы у субъекта.
2. Соединение для применения по п. 1, где рак молочной железы представляет собой AR+/ER+/HER2- рак молочной железы.
3. Соединение для применения по п. 1 или 2, где соединение вводят пероральным путем.
4. Соединение для применения по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем:
(i) субъекта лечат в адъювантных условиях;
(ii) субъект имеет прогрессирование заболевания после лечения одним или более эндокринологическими агентами, необязательно где указанные один или более эндокринологических агентов выбраны из группы, состоящей из SERM, SERD, прогестинов, ингибиторов ароматазы и их комбинаций; и/или
(iii) указанный субъект имеет прогрессирование заболевания после лечения одним или более агентами, выбранными из группы, состоящей из ингибиторов CDK4/6, ингибиторов mTOR, ингибиторов BCL-2, ингибиторов PI3K и их комбинаций.
5. Соединение для применения по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем рак молочной железы является устойчивым по меньшей мере к одной предшествующей терапии.
6. Соединение для применения по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем субъект прошел предшествующую эндокринную терапию.
7. Соединение для применения по любому из пп. 1 или 2, причем субъект является кандидатом на лечение первой линии.
8. Соединение для применения по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем соединение вводится в дозе от 10 до 500 мг, от 10 до 250 мг или от 25 до 250 мг в день; необязательно где доза составляет один раз в день.
9. Соединение для применения по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем субъект экспрессирует ESR1, включающий одну или более мутаций.
10. Соединение для применения по п.9, причем указанная мутация включает одну или более мутаций, выбранных из группы, состоящей из ESR1-AKAP12, ESR1-CCDC170, ESR1-YAP1, ESR1-POLH, ESR1-PCDH11X и их комбинаций.
11. Соединение для применения по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем субъект экспрессирует мутацию PI3K.
12. Соединение для применения по п.11, причем указанная мутация PI3K представляет собой PIK3CA.
13. Соединение для применения по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем лечение дополнительно включает введение ингибитора CDK4/6.
14. Соединение для применения по п.13, причем указанный ингибитор CDK4/6 выбран из группы, состоящей из палбоциклиба, рибоциклиба, трилациклиба, абемациклиба и AMG925.
15. Соединение для применения по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем указанное лечение дополнительно включает введение второго терапевтического агента, направленного на путь PI3K/AKT/mTOR, например:
(i) ингибитора mTOR, необязательно где указанный ингибитор mTOR выбран из группы, состоящей из сиролимуса, темсиролимуса, эверолимуса, ридафаролимуса и MLN0128; и/или
(ii) ингибитора PI3K, необязательно где указанный ингибитор PI3K представляет собой BEZ235, GDC-0980, GDC-0941, BYL719, MK2206, GDC-0068, GSK2110183, GSK2141795, AZD5363, AZD2014, MLN0128 или CC-223.
16. Соединение для применения по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем указанное лечение дополнительно включает введение следующего:
(i) ингибитора PARP, например, талазопариба, велипариба, нирапариба, beigene290, E7449, KX01, ABT767, CK102, JPI289, KX02, IMP4297, SC10914, NT125, PJ34, VPI289 или ANG-3186;
(ii) ингибитора MCL-1, необязательно где указанным ингибитором MCL-1 является 7-(5-((4-(4-(N,N-Диметилсульфамоил)пиперазин-1-ил)фенокси)метил)-1,3-диметил-1Н-пиразол-4-ил)-1-(2-морфолиноэтил)-3-(3-(нафталин-1-илокси)пропил)-1Н-индол-2-карбоновая кислота, S63845, омакатаксин, селициклиб, UMI-77, AT101, или сабутоклакс; и/или
(iii) ингибитора BCL-2, например, венетоклакса, навитоклакса, ABT737, G3139 или S55746.
17. Соединение для применения по любому из пп.1-14, причем указанное лечение дополнительно включает введение терапевтического агента, выбранного из группы, состоящей из рапамицина, эверолимуса, ридафоролимуса, темсиролимуса, MLN0128, CC115, CC223, OSI-027, AZD8055, AZD2014, GDC-0980, SAR245409, LY3023414, NVP-BEZ235, NVP-BGT226, SF1126 и PKI-587.
18. Соединение для применения по любому из пп.1-12, причем лечение дополнительно включает введение терапевтического агента, выбранного из группы, состоящей из эверолимуса, BYL719, GDC-0068, палбоциклиба, AZD5363 и абемациклиба и их комбинаций.
19. Соединение для применения по любому из пп.1-14, причем лечение дополнительно включает введение эверолимуса.
20. Соединение для применения по любому из пп.1-14, причем лечение дополнительно включает введение BYL719.
21. Соединение для применения по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем указанным субъектом является женщина, необязательно где указанная женщина является женщиной в пременопаузе или женщиной в постменопаузе.
22. Соединение для применения по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем указанный рак молочной железы является локализованным, распространенным или метастатическим.
