Abstract
1. Стальной лист с черным покрытием, включающим слой покрытия, полученного погружением в расплав цинкового сплава, содержащего Al и Mg в количестве от 1,0 до 22,0 мас.% Al и от 1,3 до 10,0 мас.% Mg, с черными оксидами Zn, распределенными в слое покрытия, причем слой покрытия из цинкового сплава, содержащего Al и Mg, имеет светлоту поверхности, характеризуемую параметром L*, 60 или меньше.2. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 1, причем черный оксид Zn распределен в покрытии из цинкового сплава, содержащего Al и Mg, в пластинчатой форме.3. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 1, причем черный оксид Zn является оксидом Zn, образованным из фазы ZnMg.4. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий неорганическое пленочное покрытие на слое покрытия из сплава цинка, содержащего Al и Mg.5. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 4, причем неорганическое пленочное покрытие включает одно или более соединений, выбранных из группы, состоящей из оксида вентильного металла, оксоата вентильного металла, гидроксида вентильного металла, фосфата вентильного металла и фторида вентильного металла.6. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 5, причем вентильный металл является одним или более металлом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, W, Si и Al.7. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий пленочное покрытие из органической смолы на слое покрытия из сплава цинка, содержащего Al и Mg.8. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 7, причем органическая смола, содержащаяся в пленочном покрытии, является смолой на основе уретана, полученной по реакции полиолов, состоящих из полиола на основе простого эфира и полиола на основе сложного эфира, с полиизоцианатом, причем доля полиола на основе простого эфира в полиолах с
Claims (14)
1. Стальной лист с черным покрытием, включающим слой покрытия, полученного погружением в расплав цинкового сплава, содержащего Al и Mg в количестве от 1,0 до 22,0 мас.% Al и от 1,3 до 10,0 мас.% Mg, с черными оксидами Zn, распределенными в слое покрытия, причем слой покрытия из цинкового сплава, содержащего Al и Mg, имеет светлоту поверхности, характеризуемую параметром L*, 60 или меньше.
2. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 1, причем черный оксид Zn распределен в покрытии из цинкового сплава, содержащего Al и Mg, в пластинчатой форме.
3. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 1, причем черный оксид Zn является оксидом Zn, образованным из фазы Zn2Mg.
4. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий неорганическое пленочное покрытие на слое покрытия из сплава цинка, содержащего Al и Mg.
5. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 4, причем неорганическое пленочное покрытие включает одно или более соединений, выбранных из группы, состоящей из оксида вентильного металла, оксоата вентильного металла, гидроксида вентильного металла, фосфата вентильного металла и фторида вентильного металла.
6. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 5, причем вентильный металл является одним или более металлом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, W, Si и Al.
7. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий пленочное покрытие из органической смолы на слое покрытия из сплава цинка, содержащего Al и Mg.
8. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 7, причем органическая смола, содержащаяся в пленочном покрытии, является смолой на основе уретана, полученной по реакции полиолов, состоящих из полиола на основе простого эфира и полиола на основе сложного эфира, с полиизоцианатом, причем доля полиола на основе простого эфира в полиолах составляет от 5 до 30 мас.%.
9. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 8, причем пленочное покрытие из органической смолы дополнительно содержит поливалентный фенол.
10. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 7, причем пленочное покрытие из органической смолы содержит смазку.
11. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 7, причем пленочное покрытие из органической смолы содержит одно или более соединений, выбранных из группы, состоящей из оксида вентильного металла, оксоата вентильного металла, гидроксида вентильного металла, фосфата вентильного металла и фторида вентильного металла.
12. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 11, причем вентильный металл представляет собой один или более металлов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, W, Si и Al.
13. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 7, причем пленочное покрытие из органической смолы является ламинирующим слоем или слоем покрытия.
14. Стальной лист с черным покрытием по п. 7, причем пленочное покрытие из органической смолы является прозрачной пленкой.
