Description
本発明の導電性シート100は、ベース基材10が、樹脂フィルム1の両面に同種の金属層2、3が積層された構造を有しているという特徴を有する。これにより、導電性シートにおけるカールの発生を大きく抑制することができると共に、導電性シートに良好な形状追随性と形状安定性とを付与することができる。
本発明の導電性シート100を構成する遮光性絶縁層30は、導電性シート100に遮光性と絶縁性とを付与する層である。ここで、導電性シート100の遮光性絶縁層30表面の絶縁性レベルは、低すぎるとショートの発生が懸念されるので、表面抵抗値が好ましくは1.0×108Ω/□以上、より好ましくは1.0×1010Ω/□以上である。
導電性シート100を構成する導電性粘着層20としては、従来の導電性シートの導電性粘着層を適用することができる。例えば、黒色樹脂層で例示した絶縁性樹脂に、カーボンブラックや金属粒子などの導電粒子を、表面抵抗値が500mΩ/□以下となる導電性を確保するに十分な量で配合して成膜したものを挙げることができる。
本発明の導電性シートは、公知の手法を使用して製造することができる。例えば、PETフィルム等の樹脂フィルムの片面にイソシアネート硬化剤を含有するウレタン系接着剤等のドライ接着剤を塗布し、アルミニウム箔等の金属層を積層した後、他面に同様にドライ接着剤を塗布し、金属層を積層することにより、両面に金属層が積層されたベース基材を作成する。次に、剥離シート上に導電性粘着層用塗料を塗布し、乾燥して導電性粘着層を形成し、そこにベース基材を積層する。続いて、そのベース基材上に、黒色樹脂層形成用黒インクを塗布し、乾燥することにより遮光性絶縁層を形成する。これにより、図1の導電性シートが得られる。
5μm厚のPETフィルム(マイラー、帝人デュポンフィルム(株))の片面に、イソシアネート系硬化剤(コロネートL、日本ポリウレタン工業(株))を使用したポリエステル樹脂(UE3220、ユニチカ(株))を3g/m2(乾燥塗布量換算)で塗布し、7μm厚の軟質アルミニウム箔(1030N−0材、日本製箔(株))を積層した。同様にPETフィルムの他面に7μm厚の軟質アルミニウム箔(1030N−0材、日本製箔(株))を積層し、ベース基材を作成した。
ベース基材の5μm厚のPETフィルムに代えて、12μm厚のPETフィルム(E5100、東洋紡績(株))を使用すること以外、実施例1と同様の操作を繰り返すことにより表1に示す構成の導電性シートを得た。
遮光性絶縁層として、ベース基材側から3μm厚の絶縁プライマー層(ポリエステル樹脂(バイロン200、東洋紡績(株)))とその上に形成されたカーボンブラック黒インク層{カーボンブラック(MA8、三菱化学(株))をポリエステル樹脂(バイロン200、東洋紡績(株))に分散させたインク(ソニーケミカル&インフォメーションデバイス(株))}との積層物を使用すること以外、実施例1と同様の操作を繰り返すことにより表1に示す構成の導電性シートを得た。
遮光性絶縁層として、ベース基材側から3μm厚のカーボンブラック黒インク層{カーボンブラック(MA8、三菱化学(株))をポリエステル樹脂(バイロン200、東洋紡績(株))に分散させたインク(ソニーケミカル&インフォメーションデバイス(株))}と、3μm厚のマットニス層(LG6620、東京インキ(株))の積層物を使用すること以外、実施例1と同様の操作を繰り返すことにより表1に示す構成の導電性シートを得た。
遮光性絶縁層として、3μm厚のカーボンブラック黒インク層{カーボンブラック(MA8、三菱化学(株))をポリエステル樹脂(バイロン200、東洋紡績(株))に分散させたインク(ソニーケミカル&インフォメーションデバイス(株))}を使用すること以外、実施例1と同様の操作を繰り返すことにより表1に示す構成の導電性シートを得た。
カーボンブラック黒インク層を形成する前のベース基材の金属層に、実施例1で使用したウレタン系接着剤を塗布し、5μm厚のPETフィルム(マイラー、帝人デュポンフィルム(株))を積層した後に、カーボンブラック黒インク層を形成すること以外、比較例1と同様の操作を繰り返すことにより、表1に示す構成の導電性シートを得た。
ベース基材のアルミニウム箔に挟まれた5μm厚のPETフィルムに代えて、12μm厚のPETフィルム(E5100、東洋紡績(株))を使用すること以外、比較例2と同様の操作を繰り返すことにより表1に示す構成の導電性シートを得た。
ベース基材として、5μm厚のPETフィルムの片面だけに実施例1で使用した接着剤を介して軟質アルミニウム箔を積層したものを使用し、軟質アルミニウム箔が積層されていないベース基材面に直接カーボンブラック黒インク層{カーボンブラック(MA8、三菱化学(株))をポリエステル樹脂(バイロン200、東洋紡績(株))に分散させたインク(ソニーケミカル&インフォメーションデバイス(株))}との積層物を使用すること以外、比較例1と同様の操作を繰り返すことにより表1に示す構成の導電性シートを得た。
ベース基材の5μm厚のPETフィルムに代えて、12μm厚のPETフィルム(E5100、東洋紡績(株))を使用すること以外、比較例4と同様の操作を繰り返すことにより表1に示す構成の導電性シートを得た。
剥離PETフィルムに導電性粘着層を形成することに代えて、30μm厚の導電性不織布強化粘着フィルム(Sui−80−M30、セーレン(株))を積層すること以外、比較例非4の操作を繰り返すことにより表1に示す構成の導電性シートを得た。
ベース基材の5μm厚のPETフィルムに代えて、12μm厚のPETフィルム(E5100、東洋紡績(株))を使用すること以外、比較例6と同様の操作を繰り返すことにより表1に示す構成の導電性シートを得た。
得られた導電性シートについて、以下に説明するように、「カール特性」、「形状保持性」、「形状追随性(反発性)」、「絶縁性(表面抵抗値)」、「遮光性(光沢度並びに光学濃度)」を試験評価した。得られた結果を表1に示す。
導電性シートを、巾15mm、長さ150mmの短冊状に切り出した試験サンプルの導電性粘着層側の剥離シートを180°方向に1000mm/秒の早さで引き剥がし、生じたカールを目視確認した。生じたカールが1回転以内の場合を良好と判定し、1回転を超える場合を不良と判定した。
導電性シートを、巾15mm、長さ50mmの短冊状に切り出した試験サンプルの導電性粘着層側の剥離シートを180°方向に1000mm/秒の早さで引き剥がし、サンプルの中心で遮光性絶縁層側に90°に折り曲げ、その状態で10秒間形状を保持できるかを目視確認した。形状を保持できた場合を良好と判定し、形状を保持できなかった場合を不良と判定した。
導電性シートを、長さ15mm、巾10mmの長方形に切り出した試験サンプルの導電性粘着層側の剥離シートを取り去り、その長辺側を、厚さ1mmのアルミニウム板の厚み部分を包み込むように、且つアルミニウム板の表面の縁1mmを覆うように貼り付け、残りを90°折り曲げてアルミニウム板の裏面に貼り付け、80℃、95%RHの環境下に72時間放置した際に、剥がれが生じたか否かを目視観察した。剥がれが生じていない場合を良好と判定し、剥がれが生じた場合を不良と判定した。
導電性シートの遮光生絶縁層表面の表面抵抗値を、電気抵抗測定器(ハイレスター、(株)三菱アナリテック)を用いて測定した。実用上、1×108Ω/□以上であることが求められる。
導電性シートの遮光性絶縁層表面の光沢度を、JIS Z8741(入射角60°)に従って光沢度計(グロスチェッカーIG−320、(株)堀場製作所)を用いて測定した。実用上、80%以下であることが求められる。また、遮光性絶縁層表面の光学濃度を、JIS K7605に従って光学濃度計(反射濃度計RT924、Macbeth製)を用いて測定した。実用上、1.4以上であることが求められる。両方の性能を満足するものを良好と判断した。

Claims (17)
- ベース基材の片面に導電性粘着層が積層され、ベース基材の他面に遮光性絶縁層が積層されてなる導電性シートであって、ベース基材が、樹脂フィルムの両面に同種の金属層が形成された構造を有している導電性シート。
- 導電性シートの遮光性絶縁層表面が、1.0×108Ω/□以上の表面抵抗値と、80%以下の光沢度と、1以上の光学濃度とを有する請求項1記載の導電性シート。
- 導電性シートの遮光性絶縁層表面が、1.0×1010Ω/□以上の表面抵抗値と、40%以下の光沢度と、1.2以上の光学濃度とを有する請求項1記載の導電性シート。
- ベース基材が、樹脂フィルムの両面にそれぞれ接着剤層を介して金属層を積層した構造を有している請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の導電性シート。
- ベース基材を構成する樹脂フィルムの線膨張係数が15〜100ppm/℃であり、金属層の線膨張係数が12〜25ppm/℃である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の導電性シート。
- ベース基材を構成する樹脂フィルムと金属層との間の線膨張係数の差が、40ppm/℃以下である請求項5記載の導電性シート。
- ベース基材を構成する樹脂フィルムの引張弾性率(JIS K7113)が、0.3〜15GPaであり、金属層の引張弾性率が45〜200GPaである請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の導電性シート。
- ベース基材を構成する樹脂フィルムと金属層との間の引張弾性率(JIS K7113)差が、100GPa以下である請求項7記載の導電性シート。
- ベース基材を構成する樹脂フィルム、導電性粘着層側の金属層の厚み、及び絶縁層側の金属層の厚みが、いずれも5〜20μmである請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の導電性シート。
- 導電接着層側金属層の厚み[Mt1]と、樹脂フィルムの厚み[Bt]と、絶縁層側金属層の厚み[Mt2]との比が、[Mt1]:[Bt]:[Mt2]=0.25〜4:1:0.25〜4である請求項9記載の導電性シート。
- 遮光性絶縁層が、黒色着色剤で着色された絶縁性樹脂から形成された黒色樹脂層である請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の導電性シート。
- 黒色着色剤がアニリンブラックである請求項11記載の導電性シート。
- 遮光性絶縁層が、黒色着色剤で着色された絶縁性樹脂から形成された黒色樹脂層と、その少なくとも片面に形成された絶縁プライマー層又はマットニス層とからなる請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の導電性シート。
- 黒色着色剤がカーボンブラックである請求項13記載の導電性シート。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の導電性シートで接続された、導通させる部位が起伏のある平面に配置されている画像表示モジュール。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の導電性シートで接続された、導通させる部位が同一の平面には存在しない配置となっている画像表示モジュール。
- 表示面操作パネルの表面外縁部に設けられた表面電極と、裏面外縁部に設けられた裏面電極とが、表示面操作パネルの外縁部を包むように配置された請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の導電性シートで接続されている当該表示面操作パネルと、その表示面操作パネルで操作されている画像表示パネルとを有する画像表示モジュール。
