Abstract

一种导电性薄片,具有在基础基材的单面层合有导电性粘合层、并在基础基材的另一面层合有遮光性绝缘层的结构。作为基础基材,使用具有在树脂膜的两面形成有同种金属层的结构的基础基材。这里,导电性薄片的遮光性绝缘层表面具有1.0×108Ω/□以上的表面电阻值、80%以下的光泽度和1.0以上的光学浓度。

Description

导电性薄片
本申请是申请日为2013年9月18日、申请号为201380048563.1、发明名称为“导电性薄片”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及适合于获得显示面控制面板的显示面控制面与其背面导通的情形等的导电性薄片。
背景技术
作为以往的电磁波密封胶,提案了在铝或铜等金属箔的单面设有导电性粘合层的导电性薄片(专利文献1)。对于这样的导电性薄片,为了防止其与其他导电体接触等而发生短路,进行了如下的改良:通过在导电性薄片的未形成有导电性粘合层的面上层合聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)膜作为绝缘性树脂层,对导电性薄片的单面赋予绝缘性。另外,还在导电性粘合层上贴附剥离膜以提高操作性(ハンドリング性)。
然而,近年来在智能手机、便携式游戏机、售票机等中使用显示面控制面板(所谓的触摸面板),为了从其显示面控制面到其背面获得导通而使用导电性薄片。对于这样的导电性薄片,为了防止其与金属筐体等其他导电体不经意地接触而发生短路,也采取了通过在单面层合绝缘性树脂膜而对该单面赋予绝缘性。通过这样的导电性薄片从显示面控制面板的显示面控制面到其背面获得导通时,尝试着包裹显示面控制面板的外缘部,使导电性薄片的绝缘性树脂膜成为外侧。这种情况下,为了提高通过显示面控制面板辨别的图像的品质、或者为了防止图像辨别性的下降,尝试着将绝缘性树脂膜本身着成黑色、或者在绝缘性树脂膜上再形成黑印刷层,使导电性薄片的绝缘性树脂膜成为黑框。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
然而,使专利文献1的导电性薄片通过涂布机、或者从导电性薄片上剥下剥离膜时,与PET膜相比金属层容易发生塑性变形、而PET膜容易发生弹性变形,因此存在着导电性薄片容易发生卷曲的问题。另外,在显示面控制面板上贴附导电性薄片使包裹显示面控制面板的外缘部时,导电性薄片相对于贴附部的段差(平面的差异)或角部形状的追随性谈不上充分,因此还存在着容易剥离而无法得到必要的形状保持性的问题。
本发明的目的在于解决上述的现有技术问题,对导电性薄片赋予不易卷曲性和良好的形状稳定性、以及形状追随性,所述导电性薄片在基础基材(ベース基材)的单面层合导电性粘合层、而在基础基材的另一个面层合遮光性绝缘层而形成。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明人发现:通过采用在树脂膜的两面层合有同种金属层的层合体作为导电性薄片的厚度方向的中心部分的基础基材,可以达到上述目的,完成了本发明。
即,本发明提供导电性薄片,所述导电性薄片是在基础基材的单面层合有导电性粘合层、而在基础基材的另一面层合有遮光性绝缘层而形成,其中基础基材具有在树脂膜的两面形成有同种金属层的结构。
这种情况下,导电性薄片的遮光性绝缘层表面的绝缘性水平的表面电阻值优选为1.0×108Ω/□以上,遮光性水平优选光泽度为80%以下且光学浓度为1以上。
另外,本发明还提供图像显示模块,其具有显示面控制面板和通过该显示面控制面板控制的图像显示面板,所述显示面控制面板通过设在显示面控制面板的表面外缘部的表面电极和设在背面外缘部的背面电极配置成包裹显示面控制面板的外缘部的上述本发明的导电性薄片连接。
发明效果
基础基材的单面层合有导电性粘合层、基础基材的另一面层合有遮光性绝缘层的本发明的导电性薄片,其使用具有在树脂膜的两面形成有同种金属层的结构的基材作为基础基材。因此,即使对导电性薄片进行拉伸,树脂膜两面的金属层也显示出相同的伸长率,因此可以大幅抑制卷曲的发生。另外,由于在绝缘膜的两侧配置有金属层,所以对于曲面或弯曲部(角部)等变化的形状可以以良好的形状追随性进行贴附,而且形状保持性也优异。
另外,当导电性薄片的遮光性绝缘层表面的绝缘性水平达到1.0×108Ω/□以上的表面电阻值时,可以抑制因与其他导电体接触而发生短路。另外,当遮光性水平达到80%以下的光泽度且1以上的光学浓度时,可以在显示面控制面板的外缘部设置栅网状的黑框,可以大幅提高通过显示面控制面板观察的图像的辨别性。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的导电性薄片进行详细说明。
图1是本发明的导电性薄片100的截面图,该导电性薄片100具有在基础基材10的单面形成有导电性粘合层20、在另一面形成有遮光性绝缘层30的结构。
<基础基材>
本发明的导电性薄片100具有以下特征:基础基材10具有在树脂膜1的两面层合有同种金属层2、3的结构。由此,可以大幅抑制导电性薄片的卷曲的发生,同时可以对导电性薄片赋予良好的形状追随性和形状稳定性。
作为构成基础基材10的树脂膜1,可以优选使用用作导电性薄片的基础薄膜的树脂膜。作为这样的树脂膜,可以列举聚酯膜、聚烯烃膜、聚酰胺膜、聚氨酯膜、聚苯乙烯膜等。其中,从获取容易性、机械强度、耐热性、成本、防锈性等角度考虑,可以优选使用聚酯膜、特别是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜。
作为构成基础基材10的树脂膜1的层厚,为了保持导电性薄片的机械强度、并且确保良好的形状追随性以及形状稳定性,优选为5~20μm、更优选为7~15μm。
作为构成基础基材10的金属层2、3,可以使用现有的导电性薄片中使用的金属层。作为这样的金属层2、3,可以列举铝、铜、镍、金、银等。其中,从获取容易性、机械强度、耐热性、成本、防锈性等方面考虑,优选使用铝。
为了保持导电性薄片的机械强度、并且确保良好的形状追随性以及形状稳定性,导电性粘合层20侧的金属层2以及遮光性绝缘层30侧的金属层3的层厚分别优选为5~20μm、更优选为7~15μm。
从兼具形状追随性和形状保持性的角度考虑,导电性粘合层20侧的金属层2的厚度[Mt1]与树脂膜1的厚度[Bt]与遮光性绝缘层30侧的金属层3的厚度[Mt2]之比优选[Mt1]:[Bt]:[Mt2]=0.25~4:1:0.25~4,更优选为0.4~2.4:1:0.4~2.4。
可以利用常规方法在树脂膜1上形成金属层2、3。例如可以列举:经由由含有异氰酸酯系交联剂等的聚酯系粘接剂或聚氨酯系粘接剂等干式粘接剂形成的粘接剂层(没有图示)在树脂膜1上层合金属箔作为金属层的方法;通过对树脂膜1的两面进行无电解金属电镀、再进行电解金属电镀而形成金属层2、3的方法;或者,通过真空蒸镀法在树脂膜1的两面层合金属层2、3的方法等。其中,从高量产性、低制造成本的角度考虑,可以优选采用经由粘接剂层层合金属层的方法。
另外,构成基础基材10的树脂膜1的线膨胀系数[ppm/℃]若太大,则容易发生卷曲,若太小,则在热环境下层合结构处于不稳定的倾向,因此担心发生层间剥离,故优选为15~100ppm/℃、更优选为20~70ppm/℃。
另外,关于金属层2、3的线膨胀系数[ppm/℃],从与树脂膜1的层合结构的稳定性的角度考虑,优选为12~25ppm/℃,更优选为16~23ppm/℃。
若树脂膜1的线膨胀系数与金属层2、3的线膨胀系数之差太大,则存在着容易发生卷曲的倾向,因此优选为40ppm/℃以下,更优选为25ppm/℃以下。
构成基础基材10的树脂膜1的JIS K7113的拉伸模量[GPa]若太小,则存在着容易卷曲的倾向,若太大,则存在着损及形状追随性的倾向,因此优选为0.3~15GPa,更优选为2~7GPa。
另外,金属层2、3的JIS K7113的拉伸模量[GPa]若太小,则存在着容易卷曲的倾向,若太大,则存在着损及形状追随性的倾向,因此优选为45~200GPa,更优选为75~130GPa。
若构成基础基材10的树脂膜1与金属层2、3的JIS K7113的拉伸模量之差太大,则存在着容易发生卷曲的倾向,因此优选为100GPa以下,更优选为80GPa以下。
<遮光性绝缘层>
构成本发明的导电性薄片100的遮光性绝缘层30是对导电性薄片100赋予遮光性和绝缘性的层。这里,若导电性薄片100的遮光性绝缘层30表面的绝缘性水平太低,则担心会发生短路,因此表面电阻值优选为1.0×108Ω/□以上,更优选为1.0×1010Ω/□以上。
另外,关于遮光性绝缘层30的遮光性水平,为了提高图像的辨别性,JIS Z8741(入射角60°)的光泽度优选为80%以下、更优选为40%以下,并且,JIS K7605的光学浓度优选为1以上,更优选为1.2以上,更进一步优选为1.4以上。
作为遮光性绝缘层30的层厚,若太薄,则存在着损及期望的光学特性的倾向,若太厚,则存在着容易产生裂缝的倾向,因此优选为3~15μm、更优选为5~11μm。
作为这样的遮光性绝缘层30,可以获得其表面的表面电阻值、光泽度、光学浓度在上述范围的各种构成。例如可以列举:如图1所示,作为由经黑色着色剂着色的绝缘性树脂形成的单层黑色树脂层的构成;如图2或图3所示,包含由经黑色着色剂着色的绝缘性树脂形成的黑色树脂层30a和形成于其单面的绝缘底涂层30b或无光漆层(matt varnish)30c的构成。
作为构成遮光性绝缘层30的黑色树脂层的绝缘性树脂,例如可以列举:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯-丙烯共聚物等乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物;聚甲基戊烯、聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯、聚乙酸乙烯酯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩醛、聚偏氟乙烯和聚四氟乙烯等氟系聚合物;聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二酯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯腈、苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)树脂、聚苯醚共聚物(PPE)树脂、改性PPE树脂、脂肪族聚酰胺类、芳族聚酰胺类、聚酰亚胺、聚酰胺酰亚胺、聚甲基丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯等聚甲基丙烯酸酯类、聚丙烯酸类、聚碳酸酯、聚苯硫醚、聚砜、聚醚砜、聚醚腈、聚醚酮、聚酮、液晶聚合物、硅酮树脂、离聚物等热塑性树脂。另外,还可以列举:苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物或其氢化物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯嵌段共聚物或其氢化物、苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体、烯烃系热塑性弹性体、氯乙烯系热塑性弹性体、聚酯系热塑性弹性体、聚氨酯系热塑性弹性体、聚酰胺系热塑性弹性体等热塑性弹性体。还可以列举:交联橡胶、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯树脂等。作为交联橡胶的具体例子,可以列举:天然橡胶、丙烯酸橡胶、丁二烯橡胶、异戊二烯橡胶、苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚橡胶、丁腈橡胶、氢化丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、乙烯-丙烯共聚橡胶、氯化聚乙烯橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、丁基橡胶、卤化丁基橡胶、氟橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶和硅橡胶等热固化性树脂。还可以使用光固化性树脂。
另外,作为黑色着色剂,可以列举:苯胺黑、炭黑、钛黑等公知的黑色染料、黑色颜料。这些着色剂的平均粒径若太小,则存在着制造时难以在绝缘性树脂中均匀混合的可能性提高的倾向,若太大,则存在着遮光性绝缘层30的平滑性降低的倾向,因此着色剂的平均粒径优选为10~500nm、更优选为50~100nm。另外,黑色树脂层中的黑色着色剂的含量若太少,则存在着无法得到所期望的光学特性的倾向,若太多,则担心与相邻层的密合性降低或脱落,因此黑色着色剂的含量优选为10~40质量%,更优选为15~30质量%。
另外,作为图2所示的绝缘底涂层30b,可以列举:根据需要,在以黑色树脂层例示的绝缘性树脂中混合了二氧化硅等填料以防止粘连(blocking)而获得的绝缘底涂层。
绝缘底涂层30b的层厚若太薄,则存在着无法得到所期望的绝缘性的倾向,若太厚,则存在着无法得到所期望的形状保持性的倾向,因此绝缘底涂层30b的层厚优选为2~10μm,更优选为3~7μm。
另外,作为图3所示的无光漆层30c,可以列举:在以黑色树脂层例示的绝缘性树脂中优选含有30~80质量%的二氧化硅、硫酸钡、碳酸钙、聚乙烯珠粒、聚苯乙烯珠粒、苯并胍胺珠粒等平均粒径为0.1~10μm的填料并成膜以均衡良好地实现无光泽风格的优选的外观和良好的涂膜强度而获得的无光漆层。
无光漆层30c的层厚若太薄,则存在着无法得到所期望的绝缘性的倾向,若太厚,则存在着无法得到所期望的形状保持性或光学特性的倾向,因此无光漆层30c的层厚优选为2~10μm,更优选为3~7μm。
需要说明的是,当遮光性绝缘层30是图1所示的单层黑色树脂层时,作为黑色着色剂,从黑色着色剂本身呈绝缘性的角度考虑,优选使用苯胺黑。另外,当遮光性绝缘层30是图2或图3所示的两层结构时,作为黑色树脂层30a的黑色着色剂,可以是苯胺黑,但由于存在担保绝缘性的绝缘底涂层30b或无光漆层30c,所以还可以在不损及本发明效果的范围内使用其本身显示出导电性的炭黑。
<导电性粘合层>
作为构成导电性薄片100的导电性粘合层20,可以使用现有的导电性薄片的导电性粘合层。例如可以列举:在以黑色树脂层例示的绝缘性树脂中以足以确保表面电阻值在500mΩ/□以下的导电性的量混合炭黑或金属颗粒等导电颗粒并成膜而获得的导电性粘合层。
导电性粘合层20的层厚若太薄,则存在着无法得到所期望的粘合性的倾向,若太厚,则存在着无法得到所期望的导通特性的倾向,因此导电性粘合层20的层厚优选为10~35μm、更优选为15~25μm。
<导电性薄片的制造>
本发明的导电性薄片可以利用公知的方法进行制造。例如,在PET膜等树脂膜的单面涂布含有异氰酸酯固化剂的聚氨酯系粘接剂等干式粘接剂并层合铝箔等金属层,之后在另一面同样地涂布干式粘接剂并层合金属层,从而制成双面层合有金属层的基础基材。接下来,在剥离薄片上涂布导电性粘合层用涂料,进行干燥而形成导电性粘合层,再于其上层合基础基材。接着,在该基础基材上涂布黑色树脂层形成用黑油墨并干燥,从而形成遮光性绝缘层。由此,得到图1的导电性薄片。
图2和图3的导电性薄片,除了分别涂布黑色树脂层和无光漆层或绝缘底涂层并干燥成膜以外,基本上也可以与图1的导电性薄片同样地进行制造。
本发明的导电性薄片可优选应用于:导通部位配置在具有起伏的平面上的图像显示模块、或导通部位不存在于同一平面上的配置的图像显示模块。
作为前者的例子,可以例示:通过导电性薄片将笔记本电脑等的显示面板与隔着任意的弯曲部和段差另外设置的基板连接的方式配置而成的图像显示模块。该笔记本电脑中例示的图像显示模块也是本发明的一部分。
另外,作为后者的例子,可以例示:将显示面控制面板与作为其控制对象的液晶显示面板等图像显示面板组合而成的图像显示模块,所述显示面控制面板是将设在触摸面板等显示面控制面板的表面外缘部的表面电极和设在背面外缘部的背面电极通过导电性薄片配置成包裹显示面控制面板的外缘部并连接而成。该图像显示模块也是本发明的一部分。
实施例
实施例1
在5μm厚的PET膜(マイラー、帝人デュポンフィルム(株))的单面以3g/m2(干燥涂布量换算)涂布使用了异氰酸酯系固化剂(コロネートL、日本POLYURETANE工业(株))的聚酯树脂(UE3220、ユニチカ(株)),再层合7μm厚的软质铝箔(1030N-0材、日本制箔(株))。同样在PET膜的另一面层合7μm厚的软质铝箔(1030N-0材、日本制箔(株)),制成基础基材。
通过在剥离PET膜上涂布导电性黑色粘合剂(含有10质量%的炭黑的丙烯酸系粘接剂)使以干燥厚度计达到25μm并进行干燥,形成导电性黑色粘合层,在该导电性黑色粘合层上层合之前制作的基础基材。
接着,在该基础基材上涂布绝缘黑油墨{将苯胺黑(东京色材工业(株))分散在聚酯树脂(バイロン200、东洋纺(株))中而获得的油墨(デクセリアルズ(株))}使以干燥厚度计达到3μm并进行干燥,形成了遮光性绝缘层。由此得到了表1所示构成的导电性薄片。
实施例2
除了使用12μm厚的PET膜(E5100、东洋纺(株))代替基础基材的5μm厚的PET膜以外,反复进行与实施例1相同的操作,从而得到了表1所示构成的导电性薄片。
实施例3
除了使用从基础基材侧起3μm厚的绝缘底涂层(聚酯树脂(バイロン200、东洋纺(株)))与形成于其上的炭黑黑油墨层{将炭黑(MA8、三菱化学(株))分散在聚酯树脂(バイロン200、东洋纺(株))中而获得的油墨(デクセリアルズ(株))}的层合物作为遮光性绝缘层以外,反复进行与实施例1相同的操作,从而得到了表1所示构成的导电性薄片。
实施例4
除了使用从基础基材侧起3μm厚的炭黑黑油墨层{将炭黑(MA8、三菱化学(株))分散在聚酯树脂(バイロン200、东洋纺(株))中而获得的油墨(デクセリアルズ(株))}与3μm厚的无光漆层(LG6620、东京インキ(株))的层合物作为遮光性绝缘层以外,反复进行与实施例1相同的操作,从而得到了表1所示构成的导电性薄片。
比较例1
除了使用3μm厚的炭黑黑油墨层{将炭黑(MA8、三菱化学(株))分散在聚酯树脂(バイロン200、东洋纺(株))中而获得的油墨(デクセリアルズ(株))}作为遮光性绝缘层以外,反复进行与实施例1相同的操作,从而得到了表1所示构成的导电性薄片。
比较例2
在形成炭黑黑油墨层之前的基础基材的金属层上涂布实施例1中使用的聚氨酯系粘接剂,并层合5μm厚的PET膜(マイラー、帝人デュポンフィルム(株)),之后形成炭黑黑油墨层,除此以外,反复进行与比较例1相同的操作,从而得到了表1所示构成的导电性薄片。
比较例3
除了使用12μm厚的PET膜(E5100、东洋纺(株))代替被基础基材的铝箔夹持的5μm厚的PET膜以外,反复进行与比较例2相同的操作,从而得到了表1所示构成的导电性薄片。
比较例4
使用只在5μm厚的PET膜的单面经由实施例1中使用的粘接剂层合软质铝箔而获得的基材作为基础基材,并使用在未层合软质铝箔的基础基材面上直接层合炭黑黑油墨层{将炭黑(MA8、三菱化学(株))分散在聚酯树脂(バイロン200、东洋纺(株))中而获得的油墨(デクセリアルズ(株))}的层合物,除此以外,反复进行与比较例1相同的操作,从而得到了表1所示构成的导电性薄片。
比较例5
除了使用12μm厚的PET膜(E5100、东洋纺(株))代替基础基材的5μm厚的PET膜以外,反复进行与比较例4相同的操作,从而得到了表1所示构成的导电性薄片。
比较例6
除了在剥离PET膜上层合30μm厚的导电性无纺布强化粘合膜(Sui-80-M30、セーレン(株))以代替形成导电性粘合层以外,反复进行比较例非4的操作,从而得到了表1所示构成的导电性薄片。
比较例7
除了使用12μm厚的PET膜(E5100、东洋纺(株))代替基础基材的5μm厚的PET膜以外,反复进行与比较例6相同的操作,从而得到了表1所示构成的导电性薄片。
<评价>
对于得到的导电性薄片,如以下说明的那样,对“卷曲特性”、“形状保持性”、“形状追随性(回弹性)”、“绝缘性(表面电阻值)”、“遮光性(光泽度以及光学浓度)”进行试验评价。得到的结果见表1。
“卷曲特性”
将导电性薄片剪成宽15mm、长150mm的短条状而获得的试验样品的导电性粘合层侧的剥离薄片沿180˚方向以1000mm/秒的速度剥离,目视确认所产生的卷曲。产生的卷曲在1个卷以内的情形判定为良好,超过1个卷的情形判定为不良。
“形状保持性”
将导电性薄片剪成宽15mm、长50mm的短条状而获得的试验样品的导电性粘合层侧的剥离薄片沿180˚方向以1000mm/秒的速度剥离,通过样品中心向遮光性绝缘层侧折弯90˚,目视确认在此状态下能否保持形状达10秒。可以保持形状的情形判定为良好,无法保持形状的情形判定为不良。
“形状追随性(回弹性)”
取下将导电性薄片剪成长15mm、宽10mm的长方形而获得的试验样品的导电性粘合层侧的剥离薄片,粘贴其长边侧使包裹厚1mm的铝板的厚度部分、并且覆盖铝板表面的边缘1mm,将剩余部分弯曲90˚贴在铝板背面,在80℃、95%RH的环境下放置72小时,此时目视观察是否发生剥离。没有发生剥离的情形判定为良好,发生了剥离的情形判定为不良。
“绝缘性(表面电阻值)”
使用电阻测定仪(ハイレスター、(株)三菱化学アナリテック)测定导电性薄片的遮光生绝缘层表面的表面电阻值。实用上要求表面电阻值在1×108Ω/□以上。
“遮光性(光泽度以及光学浓度)”
根据JIS Z8741(入射角60˚),使用光泽度计(グロスチェッカーIG-320、(株)堀场制作所)测定导电性薄片的遮光性绝缘层表面的光泽度。实用上要求光泽度在80%以下。另外,根据JIS K7605,使用光学浓度计(反射浓度计RT924、Macbeth制造)测定遮光性绝缘层表面的光学浓度。实用上要求光学浓度在1.4以上。满足这两种性能的导电性薄片判定为良好。
需要说明的是,关于实施例1~4和比较例1~5的导电性薄片的导电性粘合层、比较例6、7的导电性无纺布强化粘合膜的导电性,将剪成了100×25mm的短条状的样品贴满以50mm的间隔平行配置的两块铜箔(1×25×100mm)的端部,使用电阻测定仪(毫欧表4332B、Agillent公司)测定两块铜箔间的电阻值。其结果,所有样品均显示出远远低于500mΩ的50~60mΩ的非常低的电阻值。
实施例1~4的导电性薄片在所有的评价项目上均得到了良好的结果。
相对于此,比较例1的导电性薄片由于没有使用绝缘黑油墨、而是使用显示出导电性的炭黑黑油墨形成了遮光性绝缘层,所以表面电阻值低,无法显示出可满足实用要求的绝缘性。
另外,比较例2的导电性薄片虽然没有使用绝缘黑油墨、而是使用炭黑黑油墨形成了遮光性绝缘层,但在炭黑黑油墨层的下层配置了绝缘性的PET膜,所以显示出了良好的绝缘性,但却失去了基础基材的厚度方向的对称性,因此在卷曲特性上出现了问题。
比较例3的导电性薄片由于是将比较例2的导电性薄片的基础基材的树脂膜厚由5μm增厚至12μm,所以基础基材的厚度方向的对称性较比较例2差,其结果,在形状追随性上出现了问题。
比较例4和5的导电性薄片由于均使用了只在单面层合铝箔的基础基材,因此形状追随性良好,但在卷曲特性、形状保持性上出现了问题。
比较例6和7的导电性薄片使用无纺布强化粘合膜作为导电性粘合层,所以在卷曲特性上没有出现问题,但由于均使用只在单面层合铝箔的基础基材,所以在形状保持性和形状追随性上出现了问题。
产业实用性
基础基材的单面层合有导电性粘合层、且基础基材的另一面层合有遮光性绝缘层的本发明的导电性薄片,其使用具有在树脂膜的两面形成有同种金属层的结构的基材作为基础基材。因此,即使对导电性薄片进行拉伸,树脂膜两侧的金属层也会显示出相同的伸长率,因此可以大幅抑制卷曲的发生,而且对于曲面或弯曲部(角部)等变化的形状也可以以良好的形状追随性进行贴附,而且形状保持性也优异。因此,本发明的导电性薄片可用于制造导通部位配置在具有起伏的平面上的图像显示模块、或导通部位形成不存在于同一平面的配置的图像显示模块。

Claims (18)

1.导电性薄片,其是在基础基材的单面层合导电性粘合层、并在基础基材的另一面层合遮光性绝缘层而形成的导电性薄片,其中,
基础基材具有在树脂膜的两面形成有同种金属层的结构,基础基材的结构通过在树脂膜的两面分别经由粘接剂层层合金属箔形成,
该导电性薄片显示以下形状追随性:导电性薄片进一步在导电性粘合层一侧的面具有剥离薄片时,从作为试验样品的剪成宽10mm、长15mm的长方形而获得的导电性片材取下导电性粘合层侧的剥离薄片,随后立刻粘贴试验样品长边侧使包裹厚1mm的铝板的厚度部分、并且覆盖铝板表面的边缘1mm,将剩余部分弯曲90˚贴在铝板背面,在80℃、95%RH的环境下放置72小时,观察不发生剥离。
2.权利要求1所述的导电性薄片,其中,导电性薄片的遮光性绝缘层表面具有80%以下的光泽度和1以上的光学浓度。
3.权利要求1或2所述的导电性薄片,其中,导电性薄片的遮光性绝缘层表面具有1.0×108Ω/□以上的表面电阻值,并且导电性薄片的导电性粘合层具有500mΩ以上的表面电阻值。
4.权利要求1~3中任一项所述的导电性薄片,其中,导电性薄片的遮光性绝缘层表面具有1.0×1010Ω/□以上的表面电阻值、40%以下的光泽度和1.2以上的光学浓度。
5.权利要求1~4中任一项所述的导电性薄片,其中,构成基础基材的树脂膜的线膨胀系数为15~100ppm/℃,金属层的线膨胀系数为12~25ppm/℃。
6.权利要求1~5中任一项所述的导电性薄片,其中,构成基础基材的树脂膜与金属层间的线膨胀系数之差为40ppm/℃以下。
7.权利要求1所述的导电性薄片,其中,构成基础基材的树脂膜的拉伸模量(JISK7113)为0.3~15GPa,金属层的拉伸模量为45~200GPa。
8.权利要求1~7中任一项所述的导电性薄片,其中,构成基础基材的树脂膜与金属层间的拉伸模量(JIS K7113)之差为100GPa以下。
9.权利要求1~8中任一项所述的导电性薄片,其中,构成基础基材的树脂膜、导电性粘合层侧的金属层厚度和遮光性绝缘层侧的金属层厚度均为5~20μm。
10.权利要求9所述的导电性薄片,其中,导电性粘合层侧的金属层厚度[Mt1]与树脂膜厚度[Bt]与遮光性绝缘层侧的金属层厚度[Mt2]之比为[Mt1]:[Bt]:[Mt2]=0.25~4:1:0.25~4。
11.权利要求1~10中任一项所述的导电性薄片,其中,遮光性绝缘层是由用黑色着色剂着色的绝缘性树脂形成的黑色树脂层。
12.权利要求11所述的导电性薄片,其中,黑色着色剂为苯胺黑。
13.权利要求1~12中任一项所述的导电性薄片,其中,遮光性绝缘层包含由用黑色着色剂着色的绝缘性树脂形成的黑色树脂层和至少形成于其单面的绝缘底涂层或无光漆层。
14.权利要求13所述的导电性薄片,其中,黑色着色剂为炭黑。
15.图像显示模块,其中通过权利要求1~14中任一项所述的导电性薄片连接的导通部位配置在具有起伏的平面上。
16.图像显示模块,其中通过权利要求1~14中任一项所述的导电性薄片连接的导通部位形成不存在于同一平面的配置。
17.图像显示模块,该图像显示模块具有通过权利要求1~14中任一项所述的导电性薄片连接的显示面控制面板和通过该显示面控制面板控制的图像显示面板,其中,在所述导电性薄片上以包裹显示面控制面板的外缘部的方式配置有设在显示面控制面板的表面外缘部的表面电极和设在背面外缘部的背面电极。
18.图像显示模块,其中,构成该图像显示模块的至少一部分部件的外缘部通过权利要求1~14中任一项所述的导电性薄片以包裹的方式贴附。
