本发明公开了一种导电性薄片,包括基材,所述基材的一面通过粘合剂层连接有底材复合层,所述基材包括四层复合的结构,所述基材从外向内依次包括印刷层、金属铜层、改性聚酰胺树脂层、金属铝层,所述粘合剂层固定在所述金属铝层的表面。本发明相对于对比文件而言,采用了基材、粘合剂层、底材复合层的四层结构,且基材使用了印刷层、金属铜层、改性聚酰胺树脂层、金属铝层作为主体结构,能够使得本导电性薄片具有更好的防水导电性,并且具有耐溶剂与防抗指纹的优点。

Description

一种导电性薄片
技术领域
本发明涉及导电薄片技术领域,特别涉及一种导电性薄片。
背景技术
近年来在智能手机、便携式游戏机、售票机等中使用显示面控制面板(所谓的触摸面板),为了从其显示面控制面到其背面获得导通而使用导电性薄片。对于这样的导电性薄片,为了防止其与金属筐体等其他导电体不经意地接触而发生短路,也采取了通过在单面层合绝缘性树脂膜而对该单面赋予绝缘性。通过这样的导电性薄片从显示面控制面板的显示面控制面到其背面获得导通时,尝试着包裹显示面控制面板的外缘部,使导电性薄片的绝缘性树脂膜成为外侧。这种情况下,为了提高通过显示面控制面板辨别的图像的品质、或者为了防止图像辨别性的下降,尝试着将绝缘性树脂膜本身着成黑色、或者在绝缘性树脂膜上再形成黑印刷层,使导电性薄片的绝缘性树脂膜成为黑框。
现有公开号为CN107263958A的中国专利,其公开了一种导电性薄片,其是在基础基材的单面层合导电性粘合层、并在基础基材的另一面层合遮光性绝缘层而形成的导电性薄片,其中,基础基材具有在树脂膜的两面分别经由粘接剂层层合有同种金属层的结构。其中,导电性薄片的遮光性绝缘层表面具有1.0×108Ω/□以上的表面电阻值、80%以下的光泽度和1以上的光学浓度。
上述的导电性薄片存在着一些缺点,如:缺乏导电防水性,抗溶剂与抗指纹的能力不足。
发明内容
针对背景技术中提到的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种导电性薄片,以解决背景技术中提到的问题。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种导电性薄片,包括基材,所述基材的一面通过粘合剂层连接有底材复合层,所述基材包括四层复合的结构,所述基材从外向内依次包括印刷层、金属铜层、改性聚酰胺树脂层、金属铝层,所述粘合剂层固定在所述金属铝层的表面。
较佳的,所述粘合剂层为改性聚丙酸,所述改性聚丙酸内设置有导电剂。
较佳的,所述导电剂为CNT、石墨烯、导电炭黑混合的三元浆料。
较佳的,所述印刷层为油墨印刷层,所述油墨包括以下质量计组分:聚乙烯微晶蜡20-30份、木质素改性酚醛树脂20-30份、丙烯酸树脂20-25份、醇溶聚氨酯溶液10-15份、乙酸异戊酯10-15份、淀粉磷酸酯2-5份、异丙醇2-5份、丁醛肟1-2份、辛酸铜1-2份、抗氧化剂1-2份、反胶化剂1-2份、消泡剂1-2份。
较佳的,所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种。
较佳的,所述反胶化剂为松脂酸。
较佳的,所述消泡剂为三烷基三聚氰胺、氰脲酰氯三聚氰胺、脂肪胺中的一种。

卷曲率测试,根据对比文件所制造的导电性薄片与本实施例1、2、3、4所制造的导电性薄片进行卷曲率测试,本实施例1、2、3、4所制造的导电性薄片的卷曲率发生概率更小;
伸长率测试,根据对比文件所制造的导电性薄片与本实施例1、2、3、4所制造的导电性薄片进行伸长率测试,本实施例1、2、3、4所制造的导电性薄片的伸长率发生概率更小;
防水性测试,根据对比文件所制造的导电性薄片与本实施例1、2、3、4所制造的导电性薄片进行防水性测试,本实施例1、2、3、4所制造的导电性薄片的防水性能更加优秀。

1.一种导电性薄片,包括基材(1),其特征在于:所述基材(1)的一面通过粘合剂层(2)连接有底材复合层(3),所述基材(1)包括四层复合的结构,所述基材(1)从外向内依次包括印刷层(11)、金属铜层(12)、改性聚酰胺树脂层(13)、金属铝层(14),所述粘合剂层(2)固定在所述金属铝层(14)的表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种导电性薄片,其特征在于:所述粘合剂层(2)为改性聚丙酸,所述改性聚丙酸内设置有导电剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种导电性薄片,其特征在于:所述导电剂为CNT、石墨烯、导电炭黑混合的三元浆料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种导电性薄片,其特征在于:所述印刷层(11)为油墨印刷层(11),所述油墨包括以下质量计组分:聚乙烯微晶蜡2030份、木质素改性酚醛树脂20-30份、丙烯酸树脂20-25份、醇溶聚氨酯溶液1015份、乙酸异戊酯10-15份、淀粉磷酸酯2-5份、异丙醇25份、丁醛肟1-2份、辛酸铜1-2份、抗氧化剂12份、反胶化剂12份、消泡剂12份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种导电性薄片,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种导电性薄片,其特征在于:所述反胶化剂为松脂酸。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种导电性薄片,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为三烷基三聚氰胺、氰脲酰氯三聚氰胺、脂肪胺中的一种。
