Abstract
1. [C] полимерные частицы, нерастворимые в эпоксидной смоле и подпадающие под любую из следующих категорий частиц [Cx]-[Cz]:
[Cx] полимерные частицы, нерастворимые в эпоксидной смоле и дающие график распределения частиц по диаметру, удовлетворяющий следующим требованиям от (х-i) до (х-iii):
(x-i) график имеет, по меньшей мере, два пика,
(х-ii) частицы, дающие два самых высоких пика, имеют соотношение диаметров в диапазоне 1,5-7, и
(х-iii) один из двух самых высоких пиков, приписываемый частицам большего диаметра, имеет ширину на половине высоты в диапазоне 1,1-3,
[Сy] полимерные частицы, нерастворимые в эпоксидной смоле и удовлетворяющие следующим требованиям от (y-i) до (y-iii):
(y-i) средний диаметр частиц находится в диапазоне от 1 до 18 мкм,
(y-ii) сферичность частиц находится в диапазоне от 90 до 100, и
(y-iii) температура стеклования находится в диапазоне 80-
155°С, и
[Cz] полимерные частицы, нерастворимые в эпоксидной смоле и удовлетворяющие следующим требованиям от (z-i) до (z-iii):
(z-i) средний диаметр частиц имеет значение от более 12 мкм до 50 мкм или менее,
(z-ii) сферичность частиц находится в диапазоне от 90 до 100, и
(z-iii) температура стеклования находится в диапазоне 80-155°С.
2. Препрег по п. 1, где полимерные частицы [Cx] нерастворимы в эпоксидной смоле и, кроме того, удовлетворяют следующему требованию (x-iv): один пик из двух самых высоких пиков, приписываемый частицам большего диаметра, и другие пики, приписываемые частицам меньшего диаметра, имеют соотношение высот в диапазоне 0,6-7.
3. Препрег по п. 1, где частицы [Cx] включают в себя частицы [Cx1] и частицы [Cx2], которые описаны ниже:
[Cx1] полимерные частицы, нерастворимые в эпоксидной смоле и имеющие сферичность в диапазоне 90-100 и показатель распределения частиц по диаметру в диапазоне 1,0-1,8, и
[Cx2] полимерные частицы, нерастворимые в эпоксидной смоле и имеющие средний диаметр частиц в диапазоне от 1/10 до 2/3 среднего диаметра полимерных частиц [Сх1].
4. Препрег по п. 3, где массосодержание частиц [Сх1] среди частиц [Cx] находится в диапазоне от 50 до 90% масс.
5. Препрег по п. 4, где частицы [Cx1] представляют собой полимерные частицы, имеющие температуру стеклования в диапазоне
от 80 до 180°С.
6. Препрег по п. 5, где средний диаметр частиц [Cx1] находится в диапазоне 5-30 мкм.
7. Препрег по п. 1, где частицы [Cy] имеют температуру стеклования в диапазоне от 130 до 150°С.
8. Препрег по п. 7, где частицы [Cy] имеют показатель распределения частиц по диаметру в диапазоне от 1,5 до 10.
9. Препрег по п. 1, где частицы [Cz] имеют температуру стеклования в диапазоне от 130 до 150°С.
10. Препрег по п. 9, где частицы [Cz] имеют показатель распределения частиц по диаметру в диапазоне от 1,0 до 2,0.
11. Препрег по любому из пп. 1-10, где частицы [C] представляют собой полиамидные частицы.
12. Препрег по любому из пп. 1-10, где частицы [Cx1], частицы [Cy] и частицы [Cz] представляют собой полиамидные частицы, содержащие химическую структуру, которая представлена общей формулой (1):

где R1 и R2 представляют собой атом водорода, алкильную группу, содержащую 1-8 атомов углерода, или атом галогена, R1 и R2 могут быть либо одинаковыми, либо отличающимися друг от друга; и R3 представляет собой метиленовую группу, содержащую 1-20 атомов
углерода.
13. Препрег по любому из пп. 1-10, где составляющий компонент [A] включает эпоксидную смолу полифункционального аминного типа.
14. Препрег по любому из пп. 1-10, где составляющий компонент [B] представляет собой ароматический полиамин.
15. Препрег по п. 14, где составляющий компонент [B] представляет собой диаминодифенил-сульфон, его производное или его изомер.
16. Армированный волокном композитный материал, полученный отверждением препрега по любому из пп. 1-15.
17. Армированный волокном композиционный материал по п. 16, где армированное волокно представляет собой углеродное волокно.
18. Армированный волокном композиционный материал по любому из пунктов 16 или 17, где частицы [Cx] имеют сферичность в диапазоне 90-100, которую определяют при изучении поперечного среза армированного волокном композиционного материала с помощью оптического микроскопа.
