Abstract
1. Claims (37)
1. Препрег, включающий армированную волокном отверждаемую синтетическую смолу, при этом препрег содержит электропроводящую частицу в диапазоне от 0,5 до 10% масс. от массы синтетической смолы, а электропроводящая частица включает графит в картофелеобразной форме.
2. Препрег по п. 1, содержащий от 1 до 8% масс. графита в картофелеобразной форме.
3. Препрег по п. 1, содержащий упрочняющее вещество.
4. Препрег по п. 3, в котором упрочняющее вещество представляет собой термопластичную частицу.
5. Препрег по п. 4, содержащий от 5 до 20% масс. термопластичной частицы от массы синтетической смолы.
6. Препрег по п. 3, в котором упрочняющим веществом является полиамид.
7. Препрег по п. 6, в котором полиамид имеет температуру плавления в диапазоне от 140°С до 240°С.
8. Препрег по п. 3, в котором частицы упрочняющего вещества имеют размер менее 100 мкм.
9. Препрег по п. 8, в котором размер частиц находится в диапазоне от 5 до 60 мкм.
10. Препрег по п. 1, содержащий от 45% до 75% об. волокна.
11. Препрег по п. 10, в котором волокно выбрано из углеродного волокна, стекловолокна или арамида.
12. Препрег по п. 11, в котором волокна разорваны.
13. Препрег по п. 1, в котором отверждаемая смола представляет собой эпоксидную смолу.
14. Препрег по любому из предшествующих пунктов, представляющий собой пленку.
15. Препрег, включающий армированную волокнами отверждаемую смолу, которая содержит от 0,5 до 4,5% масс. графита в картофелеобразной форме.
16. Препрег по п. 15, содержащий частицы упрочняющего вещества.
17. Применение препрега по любому из предшествующих пунктов для изготовления компонентов воздушного судна.
18. Композит, включающий армированную волокном синтетическую смолу, при этом композит содержит электропроводящую частицу в диапазоне от 0,5 до 10% масс. от массы синтетической смолы, а электропроводящая частица включает графит в картофелеобразной форме.
19. Композит по п. 18, содержащий от 1 до 8% масс. графита в картофелеобразной форме.
20. Композит по п. 18, содержащий упрочняющее вещество.
21. Композит по п. 20, в котором упрочняющее вещество представляет собой термопластичную частицу.
22. Композит по п. 21, содержащий от 5 до 20% масс. термопластичной частицы от массы синтетической смолы.
23. Композит по п. 20, в котором упрочняющим веществом является полиамид.
24. Композит по п. 22, в котором полиамид имеет температуру плавления в диапазоне от 140°С до 240°С.
25. Композит по п. 20, в котором частицы упрочняющего вещества имеют размер менее 100 мкм.
26. Композит по п. 25, в котором размер частиц находится в диапазоне от 5 до 60 мкм.
27. Композит по п. 18, содержащий от 45% до 75% об. волокна.
28. Композит по п. 27, в котором волокно выбрано из углеродного волокна, стекловолокна или арамида.
29. Композит по п. 28, в котором волокна разорваны.
30. Композит по п. 18, в котором синтетическая смола представляет собой отвержденную эпоксидную смолу.
31. Применение композита по любому из пп. 18-30 в качестве компонента воздушного судна.
32. Применение по п. 31, где компонент, представляет собой, по меньшей мере, часть фюзеляжа.
33. Отверждаемая синтетическая смола, содержащая упрочняющее вещество и графит в картофелеобразной форме.
34. Отверждаемая смола по п. 33, в которой упрочняющим веществом является полиамид.
35. Отверждаемая смола по п. 33, в которой синтетической смолой является эпоксидная смола.
36. Отверждаемая смола по п. 35, содержащая эпоксидную смолу и от 0,5 до 10% масс. графита в картофелеобразной форме в пересчете на смолу и от 5 до 15% масс. упрочняющего вещества в пересчете на смолу.
37. Отверждаемая смола по п. 35 или 36, содержащая отвердитель для эпоксидной смолы.
