Abstract
1. Способ селективного и прямого получения этилацетата из уксусной кислоты, включающий: взаимодействие сырьевого потока, содержащего уксусную кислоту и водород в паровой фазе, при температуре в интервале от 200°С до 300°С с катализатором гидрирования, содержащим платину или палладий и медь или кобальт на носителе катализатора, где массовое соотношение Pt или Pd к Co или Cu находится в интервале от 0,1 до 1. ! 2. Способ по п.1, где катализатор гидрирования содержит платину при уровне загрузки, равном от 0,5 до 1 мас.%, и медь при уровне загрузки, равном от 2,5 до 5 мас.%, и носитель катализатора представляет собой оксид кремния. ! 3. Способ по п.1, где катализатор гидрирования содержит палладий при уровне загрузки, равном от 0,5 до 1 мас.%, и кобальт при уровне загрузки, равном от 2,5 до 5 мас.%, и носитель катализатора представляет собой оксид кремния или H-ZSM-5. ! 4. Claims (15)
1. Способ селективного и прямого получения этилацетата из уксусной кислоты, включающий: взаимодействие сырьевого потока, содержащего уксусную кислоту и водород в паровой фазе, при температуре в интервале от 200°С до 300°С с катализатором гидрирования, содержащим платину или палладий и медь или кобальт на носителе катализатора, где массовое соотношение Pt или Pd к Co или Cu находится в интервале от 0,1 до 1.
2. Способ по п.1, где катализатор гидрирования содержит платину при уровне загрузки, равном от 0,5 до 1 мас.%, и медь при уровне загрузки, равном от 2,5 до 5 мас.%, и носитель катализатора представляет собой оксид кремния.
3. Способ по п.1, где катализатор гидрирования содержит палладий при уровне загрузки, равном от 0,5 до 1 мас.%, и кобальт при уровне загрузки, равном от 2,5 до 5 мас.%, и носитель катализатора представляет собой оксид кремния или H-ZSM-5.
4. Способ по п.1, где сырьевой поток содержит уксусную кислоту и водород с молярным соотношением в интервале от 1:20 до 1:5, температура находится в интервале от 225°С до 275°С и давление находится в интервале 5 до 25 абсолютных атмосфер.
5. Способ по п.1, где носитель катализатора выбирают из группы, состоящей из H-ZSM-5, оксида кремния, оксида алюминия, оксида кремния-оксида алюминия, силиката кальция, углерода, и их смеси.
6. Способ по п.1, где катализатор гидрирования содержит от 0,5 мас.% до 1 мас.% платины или палладия.
7. Способ по п.1, где катализатор гидрирования содержит от 2,5 мас.% до 5 мас.% меди или кобальта.
8. Способ по п.1, где катализатор гидрирования содержит сочетание платины и меди при массовом соотношении Pt/Cu в интервале от 0,2 до 0,5.
9. Способ по п.1, где катализатор гидрирования содержит сочетание палладия и кобальта при массовом соотношении Pd/Co в интервале от 0,2 до 0,5.
10. Способ по п.1, где селективность по этилацетату в расчете от израсходованной уксусной кислоты составляет, по меньшей мере, 60%.
11. Способ по п.1, где селективность по этилацетату в расчете от израсходованной уксусной кислоты составляет, по меньшей мере, 85%.
12. Способ по п.1, где гидрирование до этилацетата осуществляют при температуре в интервале от 225°С до 275°С.
13. Способ по п.1, где реакцию проводят при давлении в интервале от 5 до 25 абсолютных атмосфер.
14. Способ селективного и прямого получения этилацетата из уксусной кислоты, включающий: взаимодействие сырьевого потока, содержащего уксусную кислоту и водород в паровой фазе, при температуре в интервале от 200°С до 300°С с катализатором гидрирования, выбранным из биметаллических сочетаний никель/молибден (Ni/Mo), палладий/молибден (Pd/Mo) или платина/молибден (Pt/Mo), нанесенных на H-ZSM-5.
15. Способ по п.14, где указанный катализатор представляет собой биметаллическое сочетание из 1 масс.% палладия и 5 масс.% молибдена, нанесенное на H-ZSM-5.
