Abstract
1. Световод, содержащий ! покрывающий слой, имеющий плоскую поверхность, ! пленку, имеющую первую и вторую поверхности, причем первая поверхность пленки содержит вогнутые элементы поверхностного рельефа, а вторая ее поверхность является плоской, и ! световодную пластину, имеющую верхнюю и нижнюю плоские поверхности; ! причем пленка расположена между покрывающим слоем и световодной пластиной, ! при этом пленка расположена на световодной пластине таким образом, что указанная плоская вторая поверхность расположена рядом со световодной пластиной, а вогнутые элементы поверхностного рельефа первой поверхности обращены от световодной пластины, а покрывающий слой расположен рядом с пленкой таким образом, что плоская поверхность покрывающего слоя и вогнутые элементы поверхностного рельефа пленки формируют полости между покрывающий слоем и пленкой, так что свет, проводимый внутри покрывающего слоя, световодной пластины и пленки испытывает полное внутреннее отражение от полостей, так что свет дальше не проводится в покрывающем слое, световодной пластине или пленке. ! 2. Световод по п.1, в котором толщина световодной пластины больше толщины покрывающего слоя. ! 3. Световод по п.1, в котором вогнутые элементы поверхностного рельефа формируют удлиненные микропризмы. ! 4. Claims (31)
1. Световод, содержащий
покрывающий слой, имеющий плоскую поверхность,
пленку, имеющую первую и вторую поверхности, причем первая поверхность пленки содержит вогнутые элементы поверхностного рельефа, а вторая ее поверхность является плоской, и
световодную пластину, имеющую верхнюю и нижнюю плоские поверхности;
причем пленка расположена между покрывающим слоем и световодной пластиной,
при этом пленка расположена на световодной пластине таким образом, что указанная плоская вторая поверхность расположена рядом со световодной пластиной, а вогнутые элементы поверхностного рельефа первой поверхности обращены от световодной пластины, а покрывающий слой расположен рядом с пленкой таким образом, что плоская поверхность покрывающего слоя и вогнутые элементы поверхностного рельефа пленки формируют полости между покрывающий слоем и пленкой, так что свет, проводимый внутри покрывающего слоя, световодной пластины и пленки испытывает полное внутреннее отражение от полостей, так что свет дальше не проводится в покрывающем слое, световодной пластине или пленке.
2. Световод по п.1, в котором толщина световодной пластины больше толщины покрывающего слоя.
3. Световод по п.1, в котором вогнутые элементы поверхностного рельефа формируют удлиненные микропризмы.

5. Световод по п.4, в котором указанные по меньшей мере две смежные грани имеют различные углы наклона по отношению друг к другу.
6. Световод по п.3, в котором вогнутые элементы поверхностного рельефа содержат две вертикальные грани.
7. Световод по п.4, в котором указанные две смежных грани содержат изогнутые поверхности.
8. Световод по п.3, в котором микропризмы содержат смежные многогранные стороны.
9. Световод по п.3, в котором вогнутые элементы поверхностного рельефа имеют отражающее покрытие.
10. Световод по п.1, в котором полости содержат воздушные карманы.
11. Световод по п.1, в котором полости заполнены материалом наполнителя.
12. Световод по п.1, в котором материал наполнителя имеет отражающие свойства.
13. Световод по п.1, в котором пленка расположена на верхней плоской поверхности световодной пластины.
14. Световод по п.1, в котором пленка расположена на нижней плоской поверхности световодной пластины.
15. Световод по п.1, в котором покрывающий слой расположен над матрицей дисплейных элементов.
16. Световод по п.1, в котором покрывающий слой содержит матрицу дисплейных элементов.
17. Световод по п.1, в котором покрывающий слой содержит пленку, имеющую верхнюю и нижнюю плоские поверхности.
18. Световод по п.1, в котором пленка, покрывающий слой и световодная пластина имеют одинаковый коэффициент преломления.
19. Световод по п.1, имеющий край, через который может быть введен свет, который рассеивается из указанного световода на указанных полостях.
20. Световод по п.19, в котором вогнутые элементы поверхностного рельефа содержат по меньшей мере две смежные грани, имеющие наклон относительно друг друга, так, что свет, введенный через указанные края, преломляется на указанных полостях.
21. Световод по п.19, в котором вогнутые элементы поверхностного рельефа содержат по меньшей мере две смежных грани, имеющие наклон относительно друг друга, так, что свет, введенный через указанные края, меняет направление в результате полного внутреннего отражения в указанных полостях.
22. Световод по п.1, в котором покрывающий слой дополнительно содержит обзорную поверхность, расположенную напротив указанной плоской поверхности.
23. Световод по п.22, в котором обзорная поверхность является плоской.
24. Световод по п.22, в котором обзорная поверхность является неплоской.
25. Способ изготовления световода, согласно которому берут первые световодные средства, берут вторые световодные средства, наносят покрытие на вторые световодные средства таким образом, что между ними формируются отражающие средства, причем вторые световодные средства находятся между указанным покрытием и первыми световодными средствами, располагают покрытие, первые световодные средства и вторые световодные средства таким образом, что свет, проводимый в покрытии, первых световодных средствах и вторых световодных средствах, испытывает полное внутреннее отражение от указанных отражающих средств, так что свет дальше не проводится в покрытии, первых световодных средствах или вторых световодных средствах.
26. Световод, содержащий первые средства для проведения света, вторые средства для проведения света и покрывающие средства для покрытия указанных вторых световодных средств, расположенные так, что указанные вторые световодные средства расположены между покрывающими средствами и первыми световодными средствами, причем вторые световодные средства и покрывающие средства имеют соответствующие соединяющие средства для их соединения вместе, указанные соединяющие средства вторых световодных средств профилированы так, что, когда указанные вторые световодные средства и указанные покрывающие средства соединены вместе, между ними сформированы светоотражающие средства, а покрывающие средства, первые световодные средства и вторые световодные средства расположены так, что свет, проводимый в покрывающих средствах, первых световодных средствах и вторых световодных средствах, испытывает полное внутреннее отражение от указанных отражающих средств так, что свет дальше не проводится в покрывающих средствах, первых световодных средствах или вторых световодных средствах.
27. Световод по п.26, в котором первые световодные средства содержат световодную пластину.
28. Световод по п.27, в котором вторые световодные средства содержат пленку.
29. Световод по п.28, в котором покрывающие средства содержат покрывающий слой.
30. Световод по п.29, в котором соединяющие средства вторых световодных средств содержат поверхность на указанной пленке, а соединяющие средства покрывающих средств содержат поверхность на указанном покрывающем слое.
31. Световод по п.30, в котором указанные отражающие средства содержат оптическую полость.
