Claims (16)
1. Система охлаждения для циркуляции хладагента по замкнутому контуру в заранее определенном направлении, содержащая по направлению потока теплоотводящий теплообменник (4), промежуточное расширительное устройство (6), сборник (8), расширительное устройство (10) испарителя, испаритель (14), компрессор (20) и соединенный со сборником (8) трубопровод (26) для отвода мгновенно выделяющегося газа, причем трубопровод (26) для отвода мгновенно выделяющегося газа соединен также с компрессором (20).
2. Система охлаждения по п.1, в которой компрессор (20) является такого типа компрессором, который обеспечивает регулировку выходной мощности, и при этом система охлаждения содержит регулятор (28), регулирующий производительность компрессора (20) в соответствии с количеством мгновенно выделяющегося газа.
3. Система охлаждения по п.1 или 2, дополнительно содержащая датчик (30) давления сборника.
4. Система охлаждения по п.1, в которой трубопровод (26) для отвода мгновенно выделяющегося газа связан посредством теплообмена с нагнетательным трубопроводом (24), соединяющим компрессор (20) с теплоотводящим теплообменником (4).
5. Система охлаждения по п.4, в которой теплоотводящий теплообменник является газоохладителем (4).
6. Система охлаждения по п.1, в которой компрессор (20) является одним из множества компрессоров (20, 22) в компрессорном агрегате (18).
7. Система охлаждения по п.4, в которой трубопровод (26) для отвода мгновенно выделяющегося газа содержит клапан (36) мгновенно выделяющегося газа.
8. Система охлаждения по п.1, дополнительно содержащая впускной газовый клапан (38) во всасывающем трубопроводе (40) компрессора (20).
9. Система охлаждения по п.1, дополнительно содержащая ответвление (44) трубопровода для отвода мгновенно выделяющегося газа, отходящее от трубопровода (26) для отвода мгновенно выделяющегося газа и содержащее выпускной клапан (46) мгновенно выделяющегося газа и соединяющееся с всасывающим трубопроводом.
10. Холодильная установка, содержащая систему охлаждения в соответствии с любым из пп.1-9.
11. Способ управления системой охлаждения для циркуляции по замкнутому контуру хладагента в заранее определенном направлении, содержащей по направлению потока теплоотводящий теплообменник (4), промежуточное расширительное устройство (6), сборник (8), расширительное устройство (10) испарителя, испаритель (14), компрессор (20), содержащий следующие этапы:
а) отведение мгновенно выделяющегося газа из сборника (8) и
b) подачу отведенного мгновенно выделяющегося газа в компрессор (20).
12. Способ по п.11, дополнительно содержащий этап
c) регулирования выходной мощности компрессора (20) в соответствии с количеством мгновенно выделяющегося газа.
13. Способ по п.11 или 12, дополнительно содержащий этап измерения давления в сборнике.
14. Способ по п.11, дополнительно содержащий этап перегревания мгновенно выделяющегося газа до этапа b).
15. Способ по п.11, дополнительно содержащий осуществление этапов (а) и (b) до этапа
d) принятия решения на основе условий эксплуатации системы охлаждения относительно того, следует ли выполнять этапы (а) и (b).
16. Способ по п.15, содержащий этап подачи всасываемого газа вместо подачи отводимого газа в компрессор (20).
