Claims (20)
1. Система электрической аккумуляторной батареи, установленная на внедорожном транспортном средстве с гибридной энергетической установкой, включающем в себя колеса для опоры и перемещения транспортного средства, генератор электрической мощности и тяговые электродвигатели для привода этих колес, причем электрическая мощность, сгенерированная на этом транспортном средстве, аккумулируется в выбранные моменты времени в системе электрической аккумуляторной батареи и выдается из системы электрической аккумуляторной батареи для передачи тяговым электродвигателям с целью приведения в движение этого транспортного средства, причем это транспортное средство и система батареи подвергаются воздействию некоторого диапазона условий окружающей среды, при этом система аккумуляторной батареи содержит
по меньшей мере одну батарею для аккумулирования и высвобождения электрической мощности,
причем эта по меньшей мере одна батарея создает внутреннюю рабочую температуру батареи, которая превышает самую высокую температуру окружающей это транспортное средство среды.
2. Система по п.1, в которой транспортное средство представляет собой железнодорожный локомотив.
3. Система по п.2, в которой система аккумуляторной батареи расположена на тендере локомотива, сцепленном с упомянутым локомотивом.
4. Система по п.1, в которой внутренняя рабочая температура батареи составляет от примерно 270°С до примерно 350°С.
5. Система по п.1, в которой эта по меньшей мере одна батарея выбрана из группы, состоящей из натрий-никель-хлоридной батареи или натрий-серной батареи.
6. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая
процессор для определения по меньшей мере одного параметра, связанного с этой по меньшей мере одной батареей; и
базу данных для хранения множества тепловых моделей для этой по меньшей мере одной батареи, при этом процессор выбирает по меньшей мере одну тепловую модель на основе этого по меньшей мере одного параметра, связанного с батареей.
7. Система по п.6, в которой тепловая модель является показателем внутренней температуры батареи.
8. Система по п.6, в которой этот по меньшей мере один параметр, связанный с батареей, представляет собой возможную температуру внутреннего корпуса батареи, температуру/давление окружающей среды, временную диаграмму тока заряда/разряда батареи и временную диаграмму работы вентилятора(ов) охлаждения батареи (температуру/расход теплоносителя).
9. Система по п.7, в которой батарея содержит множество элементов батареи.
10. Система по п.9, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере один датчик температуры для измерения температуры по меньшей мере одного из этого множества элементов батареи.
11. Система по п.10, в которой процессор сравнивает измеренную температуру из этого по меньшей мере одного датчика температуры с выбранной тепловой моделью.
12. Система по п.1, в которой транспортное средство дополнительно содержит систему охлаждения для рассеивания тепла, выделяющегося из работающего оборудования на транспортном средстве, причем упомянутая по меньшей мере одна батарея расположена так, что она является частью системы охлаждения транспортного средства, для рассеивания тепла из этой по меньшей мере одной батареи.
13. Система по п.12, в которой система охлаждения подает к батарее охлаждающий воздух.
14. Система по п.12, в которой система охлаждения подает к батарее жидкий теплоноситель.
15. Система по п.1, в которой тепло, выделившееся из этой по меньшей мере одной батареи, снабжает нагревающим воздухом кабину оператора.
16. Система электрической аккумуляторной батареи, установленная на внедорожном транспортном средстве с гибридной энергетической установкой, включающем в себя колеса для опоры и перемещения транспортного средства, генератор электрической мощности и тяговые электродвигатели для привода этих колес, причем электрическая мощность, сгенерированная на этом транспортном средстве, аккумулируется в выбранные моменты времени в системе электрической аккумуляторной батареи и выдается из системы электрической аккумуляторной батареи для передачи тяговым электродвигателям с целью приведения в движение этого транспортного средства, причем это транспортное средство и система батареи подвергаются воздействию некоторого диапазона условий окружающей среды, при этом система электрической аккумуляторной батареи содержит
по меньшей мере одну батарею для аккумулирования и высвобождения электрической мощности, причем эта батарея работает при некоторой внутренней температуре батареи для эффективного аккумулирования и высвобождения электрической мощности, представляющей собой эффективную температуру батареи, которая выше любой из температур окружающей транспортное средство и систему батареи среды, и при этом батарея охлаждается до более низкой температуры, чем ее эффективная внутренняя рабочая температура, когда транспортное средство не находится в эксплуатации в течение длительного периода времени;
контрольно-измерительный прибор для измерения параметра, являющегося показателем внутренней температуры батареи; и
контроллер для управления нагревом батареи вновь до ее эффективной температуры, когда внутренняя температура батареи падает ниже заранее заданного уровня, так что батарея остается готовой к эффективной работе при возвращении транспортного средства к работе.
17. Система электрической аккумуляторной батареи по п.16, дополнительно содержащая источник электрической мощности, соединенный с батареей, и при этом контроллер направляет подачу мощности к батарее для нагрева батареи до желаемой внутренней температуры.
18. Система электрической аккумуляторной батареи по п.16, дополнительно содержащая внешний нагреватель, окружающий по меньшей мере часть батареи, и при этом контроллер управляет нагревателем для нагрева батареи до желаемой внутренней температуры.
19. Система электрической аккумуляторной батареи по п.16, в которой контролируемый параметр батареи выбран из группы, содержащей температуру снаружи батареи, состояние заряда батареи, временную диаграмму температуры воздуха и временную диаграмму зарядки и разрядки батареи.
20. Система электрической аккумуляторной батареи по п.16, в которой тепло, выделившееся из этой по меньшей мере одной батареи, снабжает нагревающим воздухом кабину оператора.
