Claims (4)

1. Способ получения 4-(гетероарилметил)галоген-1(2Н)-фталазинонов общей формулы I

где R1 обозначает фтор, хлор, бром или водород;
Ar обозначает пиридин, пиразин или пиримидин,
отличающийся тем, что замещенные соли фталидил-3-трифенилфосфония общей формулы II

где R1 обозначает фтор, хлор, бром или водород,
подвергают взаимодействию с альдегидами общей формулы III
Ar-СНО, III
где Ar обозначает пиридин, пиразин или пиримидин,
в присутствии основания и затем осуществляют реакцию с гидратом гидразина при необходимости в кислых условиях.
2. Способ по п.2, в котором в качестве основания применяют амины или гидроксиды щелочных либо щелочно-земельных металлов.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором реакцию с гидратом гидразина и последующую обработку реакционной смеси осуществляют с использованием ангидрида уксусной кислоты или уксусной кислоты.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором осуществляют реакцию с 1-1,1 экв. гидрата гидразина, а последующую обработку реакционной смеси проводят с использованием 0,1-0,3 экв. ангидрида уксусной кислоты.
