Claims (17)
1. Способ получения гидрофобно-ассоциативного полимера, который включает приготовление мономерного раствора, содержащего поверхностно-активное вещество, по меньшей мере один гидрофобный этиленово-ненасыщенный мономер, по крайней мере один гидрофильный мономер, выбранный из неионогенных этиленово-ненасыщенных мономеров, катионоактивных этиленово-ненасыщенных мономеров, анионоактивных этиленово-ненасыщенных мономеров и их смесей, и воду, приготовление солевого раствора, включающего поливалентную соль, стабилизатор и воду, смешение мономерного раствора и солевого раствора с получением смешанного раствора, и введение в этот смешанный раствор инициатора, что вызывает полимеризацию мономеров с образованием гидрофобно-ассоциативного полимера.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором мономерный раствор готовят путем смешения по меньшей мере одного гидрофильного мономера и воды с получением мономерного раствора, добавления в этот мономерный раствор по меньшей мере одного гидрофобного этиленово-ненасыщенного мономера и поверхностно-активного вещества и перемешивания до достижения гомогенности.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором стабилизатор содержится в количестве до 10 мас.% солевого раствора.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором стабилизатор представляет собой химически модифицированную хьюаровую камедь.
5. Способ по п.3, в котором стабилизатор содержится в количестве от примерно 0,05 до примерно 2 мас.% солевого раствора.
6. Способ по п.3, в котором стабилизатор содержится в количестве от примерно 0,1 до примерно 0,5 мас.% солевого раствора.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором поверхностно-активное вещество содержится в количестве до примерно 10 мас.% мономерного раствора.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором поверхностно-активное вещество представляет собой додецилсульфат натрия.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором мономерами в мономерном растворе являются акриловая кислота, акриламид и лаурилакрилат.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором соль содержится в количестве до примерно 50 мас.% солевого раствора.
11. Способ по п.1, в котором соль в солевом растворе содержится в количестве от примерно 10 до примерно 30 мас.%, а инициатор свободно-радикальной полимеризации содержится в количестве от примерно 0,01 до примерно 0,5 г на 100 г совокупного мономерного компонента.
12. Способ по п.1, в котором мономерный раствор готовят смешением по меньшей мере одного гидрофильного мономера, выбранного из неионогенных этиленово-ненасыщенных мономеров, катионоактивных этиленово-ненасыщенных мономеров, анионоактивных этиленово-ненасыщенных мономеров и их смесей, и воды, добавлением по меньшей мере одного гидрофобного этиленово-ненасыщенного мономера и поверхностно-активного вещества и перемешиванием до достижения гомогенности.
13. Способ по п.1, в котором мономерный раствор включает акриловую кислоту, акриламид, лаурилакрилат, анионное поверхностно-активное вещество и воду.
14. Водная дисперсия, включающая водорастворимый гидрофобно-ассоциативный полимер, полученный согласно способу по любому из предыдущих пунктов.
15. В способе изготовления бумаги из волокнистой композиции бумаги усовершенствование, включающее добавление в качестве средства, содействующего удерживанию и дренированию, эффективного количества водной дисперсии по п.14.
16. В системе очистки сточных вод, включающей одну или несколько добавок, содействующих флокуляции, усовершенствование, включающее наличие в качестве одной или нескольких добавок, содействующих флокуляции, эффективного количества водной дисперсии по п.14.
17. В системе обезвоживания ила, включающей одну или несколько добавок, содействующих флокуляции, усовершенствование, включающее наличие в качестве одной из добавок, содействующих флокуляции, эффективного количества водной дисперсии по п.14.
