Abstract

Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie de băutură răcoritoare pe bază de vin şi suc de fructe, cu conţinut scăzut de alcool. Compoziţia conform invenţiei este constituită în procente în volum din 80% amestec de apă şi vin de struguri, eventual must rectificat, 12...15% componenta de zahăr de tip fructoză, zaharoză sau glucoză, 5...8% suc de fructe sau concentrat de aronia sau dude, acid ascorbic şi/sau acid citric, precum şi 0,5 g/l din volumul total, dioxid de carbon, băutura având un conţinut de alcool de până la 5%.
