Abstract

The invention relates to a soft drink composition based on wine and fruit juice, having low alcohol content. According to the invention, the composition comprises 80% by volume mixture of water and grape wine, possibly rectified mash, 12...15% a sugar component, such as fructose, saccharose or glucose, 5...8% fruit juice or aronia or mulberry concentrate, ascorbic and/or citric acid, as well as 0.5 g/l of the total volume, carbon dioxide, the beverage having an alcohol content of up to 5%.
