Abstract

The utility model relates to the composition of a refreshing low alcoholic beverage based on wine and fruit juice, suitably improved with additional ingredients. The combined beverage based on wine and fruit juice according to the utility model contains a mixture of water and grape wine of 80 vol. %, sugar components in an amount of 12 to 15 vol. %, fruit components in an amount of 5 to 8 vol. % and carbon dioxide at 0.5 g per litre of total beverage volume. The fruit component is 100% fruit juice, pressed out from fresh fruit or fruit juice concentrate. The beverage may also contain added ascorbic acid and / or citric acid.
