本发明具体是涉及一种葡萄饮品及其制备方法,应用于葡萄饮品的生产加工领域。
背景技术
葡萄是人们比较喜爱的一种水果,葡萄中富含丰富的维生素、矿物质和类黄酮,其中,类黄酮是一种强力抗氧化剂,可抗衰老,并可清除体内自由基,另外葡萄还含有一种抗癌微量元素,即白藜芦醇,可防止健康细胞癌变,阻止癌细胞扩散,因此,经常食用葡萄,具有很好的养生价值。
目前,市场上的饮料众多,但是主要以碳酸饮料为主,长期饮用,会对人体产生很大的伤害,因此需要一款以葡萄为主要成分的养生饮品。
发明内容
为解决现有技术方案的缺陷,本发明公开了一种饮用方便、养生效果好的葡萄饮品及其制备方法。
本发明公开了一种葡萄饮品,按照质量百分比,由以下组分组成:葡萄汁45%-55%、西瓜汁15%-25%、矿泉水10%-20%、白砂糖5%-15%、柠檬酸1%-3%、蜂蜜2%-4%。
作为优选,本发明公开了一种葡萄饮品,按照质量百分比,由以下组分组成:葡萄汁50%、西瓜汁20%、矿泉水15%、白砂糖10%、柠檬酸2%、蜂蜜3%。
进一步的,本发明所述的葡萄饮品的制备方法为:
步骤一:将葡萄洗净,然后使用榨汁机将葡萄榨出葡萄汁;
步骤二:使用榨汁机将西瓜榨出西瓜汁;
步骤三:按照上述质量百分比,将葡萄汁、西瓜汁、矿泉水、白砂糖、柠檬酸、蜂蜜混合在一起,搅拌均匀后,瓶装即可,每瓶500ml。
本发明所述的葡萄饮品通过将葡萄汁、西瓜汁、矿泉水、白砂糖、柠檬酸、蜂蜜组合在一起,不仅口感好,而且长期饮用,具有非常好的养生作用,而且,通过瓶装的方式进行包装,便于携带,饮用也就比较方便。

步骤一:将葡萄洗净,然后使用榨汁机将葡萄榨出葡萄汁;
