食品、饮料是人们消耗最快的消费品,食品、饮料关系到人们的身体健康,现在市场上的副食品越来越多,但是大多数的副食品只是能解决人们基本需求,人们的生活水平在不断的提高,对副食品的营养要求也越来越高。

本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种蓝莓椰子汁的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:蓝莓椰子汁,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:椰子汁200-220、蓝莓20-30、杏鲍菇25-30、大麦苗30-40、苹果醋50-60、南瓜汁20-30、甜菜根粉15-18、松子粉10-13、茯苓4-5、芦荟5-6、金银花5-6、龙葵子4-5、芹菜籽3-4、果糖75-90、水适量。
一种蓝莓椰子汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将杏鲍菇洗净,切成片,放入锅中,加入椰子汁,加热煮至椰子、杏鲍菇熟为止,将锅中所有物料取出打成汁,得到椰子杏鲍菇汁;
(2)将蓝莓洗净,放入榨汁机中榨汁,倒入南瓜汁,加入苹果醋,得到蓝莓汁;
(3)将茯苓、芦荟、金银花、龙葵子、芹菜籽用5-8倍量的水加热提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将蓝莓汁、椰子杏鲍菇汁、中药浓缩液合并,加入果糖,充分搅拌,混合均匀后,灌装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种蓝莓椰子汁,以蓝莓作为主材料,蓝莓有较高含量的赖氨酸,赖氨酸是人体必需氨基酸之一,能够促进人体发育、增强免疫力,加入苹果醋,改善椰子汁的口感,酸甜可口,且增加了营养,以及茯苓、覆盆子等中药材的添加,赋予了本发明椰子汁的特殊的保健功效,适合大多数人饮用。

一种蓝莓椰子汁,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:椰子汁200、杏鲍菇25、蓝莓20、苹果醋50、南瓜汁20、甜菜根粉15、松子粉10、茯苓4、芦荟5、金银花5、龙葵子4-5、芹菜籽3、果糖75、水适量。
一种蓝莓椰子汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将杏鲍菇洗净,切成片,放入锅中,加入椰子汁,加热煮至椰子、杏鲍菇熟为止,将锅中所有物料取出打成汁,得到椰子杏鲍菇汁;
(2)将蓝莓洗净,放入榨汁机中榨汁,倒入南瓜汁,加入苹果醋,得到蓝莓汁;
(3)将茯苓、芦荟、金银花、龙葵子、芹菜籽用5-8倍量的水加热提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;

1.一种蓝莓椰子汁,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:椰子汁200-220、蓝莓20-30、杏鲍菇25-30、大麦苗30-40、苹果醋50-60、南瓜汁20-30、甜菜根粉15-18、松子粉10-13、茯苓4-5、芦荟5-6、金银花5-6、龙葵子4-5、芹菜籽3-4、果糖75-90、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种蓝莓椰子汁的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将杏鲍菇洗净,切成片,放入锅中,加入椰子汁,加热煮至椰子、杏鲍菇熟为止,将锅中所有物料取出打成汁,得到椰子杏鲍菇汁;
(2)将蓝莓洗净,放入榨汁机中榨汁,倒入南瓜汁,加入苹果醋,得到蓝莓汁;
(3)将茯苓、芦荟、金银花、龙葵子、芹菜籽用5-8倍量的水加热提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将蓝莓汁、椰子杏鲍菇汁、中药浓缩液合并,加入果糖,充分搅拌,混合均匀后,灌装即可。
