本发明涉及食品饮料酒类领域,特别是一种花果配制酒及制法。
背景技术
现在人们饮用的酒类包括由粮食或其它淀粉类等物质酿造的高度或低度白酒等蒸馏酒,还有葡萄酒等果酒,由于白酒等蒸馏酒主要成分为酒精和水,几乎不含有对人体有益的营养物质,而且易引起酒精中毒等副作用。
本发明的目的
本发明的目的是配置一种由蔷薇科果类樱桃或其它类似水果榨汁,再添加洛神花(玫瑰茄)的提取物,加入一定浓度的的白酒或蒸馏酒中。由于樱桃果汁中含有果酸,还有洛神花(玫瑰茄)中含有的酸类成分,能和酒类中的乙醇发生酯化反应,加上上述花果中含有的维生素和矿物质、果糖等,从而产生浓郁香味,使人们在享有饮酒良好口感的同时更能补充多种营养物质,两全其美。而且洛神花(玫瑰茄)还有一定的醒酒作用,这使人们在适量饮酒的情况下保持身体不受到更大的伤害。还有洛神花(玫瑰茄)的红色色素使本配置酒颜色美观,从而使本配制酒色香味及营养俱佳。
本发明的技术方案
本发明所述的一种花果配制酒及制法,其特征在于:所述的花果配制酒包括以下以重量百分比计的组分:
A、樱桃果汁含量:3-72%,
B、洛神花(玫瑰茄)提取液0.1-30%,
C、冰糖或其它糖类(甜味剂)0.1-20%,
D、纯净水24.8-75%,
E、白酒或其它蒸馏酒10-72%(酒精含量)。
本发明的制造方法如下:
A、将樱桃类水果去梗、去杂质,用干净水洗净的同时臭氧消毒杀菌,然后强热风吹干或晾干,再榨汁备用。
B、将洛神花(玫瑰茄)按预计分量浸泡入水或酒或酒精中,待观察到色素完全浸出后过滤出得到的液体备用。
C、将上述樱桃果汁及洛神花(玫瑰茄)的提取液和其它必要成分加入预定浓度的白酒或其它蒸馏酒中即可。
本发明的优点
本发明所提供的一种花果配制酒,是发明人历经多年时间,反复摸索,通过精心研制和改进而成。口感独特香醇,富含多种营养成分,且洛神花(玫瑰茄)含有独特的醒酒成分,使人们在享受饮酒良好口感的同时,还能得到一定的保健和营养作用,相得益彰。

樱桃果汁10%
白酒或其它蒸馏酒50%
洛神花(玫瑰茄)的水或酒精提取液5%
冰糖或其它糖类10%
余量水
配制方法是预先将榨出的樱桃果汁和洛神花(玫瑰茄)的提取液,还有其它必要成分加入到预定浓度的白酒或其它蒸馏酒中即可。

1.一种花果配制酒及制法,其特征在于:所述的花果配制酒包括以下以重量百分比计的组分:
A、樱桃果汁含量:3-72%,
B、洛神花(玫瑰茄)提取液0.1-30%,
C、冰糖或其它糖类(甜味剂)0.1-20%,
D、纯净水24.8-75%,
E、白酒或其它蒸馏酒10-72%(酒精含量)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种花果配制酒的制造方法,其特征在于:
A、将樱桃类水果去梗、去杂质,用干净水洗净的同时臭氧消毒杀菌,然后强热风吹干或晾干,再榨汁备用。
