Abstract
Se divulga un proceso para preparar una bebida alcohólica espumante resultante de la maceración de lúpulo y/o sus derivados en vino, con adición de concentrado de vino, agua vegetal y/o agua, concentrado de frutas o verduras y/o azúcar, con el objeto de disminuir la graduación alcohólica del vino, y que es gasificada mediante una segunda fermentación alcohólica y/o adición de gas carbónico. Mediante este proceso se obtiene una bebida alcohólica espumante que presenta entre 5 y 15% de alcohol, con un contenido de azúcar de entre 0,1 y 200 g/l, con una acidez total de entre 4 y 8 g/l con aroma, sabor y amargor del lúpulo en combinación con aromas propios del vino.
