Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de uma bebida alcoólica espumante resultante da maceração de lúpulo e/ou seus derivados em vinho com a adição de concentrado de vinho, água de vegetais e/ou água, concentrado de frutas ou vegetais e/ou açúcar, a fim de reduzir o teor alcóolico do vinho, e que é gaseificada por uma segunda fermentação alcoólica e/ou adição de dióxido de carbono. através deste processo, é obtida uma bebida alcoólica espumante tendo entre 5 e 15% de álcool, um teor de açúcar entre 0,1 e 200 g/l, com uma acidez total entre 4 e 8 g/l, tendo aroma, sabor e amargor de lúpulo combinados com aromas inerentes ao vinho.
