Abstract

Un sistema del tipo que se implementa en un vehiculo (1) provisto de puertas delanteras (2) y traseras (3) provistas de sensores (SM, SD, SE) de puerta abierta y de un sensor (ST) indicativo de puerta trancada. Una unidad de procesamiento (4) calcula, a partir de la medicion del tiempo de permanencia de puerta abierta, asi como de la secuencia y/o la frecuencia de aperturas y cierres de las puertas (2, 3) del vehiculo (1), la posibilidad de un ocupante no autosuficientes haber sido olvidado en el interior del vehiculo; y controla la activacion de una alarma (A1, A2, AL) en la hipotesis de que dichos calculos indiquen la posibilidad de que un ocupante no autosuficiente haya sido olvidado en el interior del vehiculo. El sistema identifica la posibilidad de que un ocupante fue introducido en el vehiculo cuando el tiempo de apertura de una puerta trasera es superior a TI, e identifica la posibilidad de que se olvido un ocupante en el vehiculo a traves del procesamiento de informaciones enviadas por los sensores de puerta.
