Claims (25)

1. Система предупреждения пассажира или водителя транспортного средства, содержащая:
установленный в транспортном средстве датчик, выполненный с возможностью выявлять объект на заднем сиденье транспортного средства; и
контроллер, выполненный с возможностью
принимать, с датчика, указание объекта на заднем сиденье, и
передавать, в ответ на указание, информацию о присутствии на мобильное устройство, чтобы побуждать устройство передавать команду на носимое устройство, команда включает в себя инструкции касательно предупредительного сигнала на носимом устройстве.

2. Система по п. 1, в которой контроллер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью контролировать, с помощью по меньшей мере одного датчика двери, открывание и закрывание дверей транспортного средства.

3. Система по п. 2, в которой контроллер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью определять, была ли водительская дверь открыта, а потом закрыта.

4. Система по п. 3, в которой контроллер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью определять, вслед за открыванием и закрыванием водительской двери, открылась ли задняя дверь транспортного средства.

5. Система по п. 3, в которой контроллер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью определять, открывалась ли задняя дверь транспортного средства в течение предопределенного времени от закрывания водительской двери.

6. Система по п. 5, в которой контроллер выполнен с возможностью передавать информацию о присутствии в ответ на указание и в ответ на отсутствие открывания задней двери в течение предопределенного времени от закрывания водительской двери.

7. Система предупреждения пассажира или водителя транспортного средства, содержащая:
мобильное устройство, имеющее процессор, выполненный с возможностью
принимать, из транспортного средства, данные присутствия, указывающие объект на заднем сиденье транспортного средства; и
передавать, в ответ на данные, команду на носимое устройство, включающую в себя инструкции касательно тактильного предупредительного сигнала на носимом устройстве.

8. Система по п. 7, в которой носимое устройство выполнено с возможностью входить в соприкосновение с пользователем для осуществления тактильного предупредительного сигнала.

9. Система по п. 7, в которой данные присутствия дополнительно указывают, что задняя дверь транспортного средства не открывалась в течение предопределенного времени, после того, как была закрыта водительская дверь транспортного средства.

10. Система по п. 7, в которой данные присутствия принимаются через первую линию связи, а команда передается через вторую линию связи, отдельную от первой линии связи.

11. Система по п. 10, в которой вторая линия связи является линией связи между мобильным устройством и носимым устройством.

12. Система содержащая:
контроллер, выполненный с возможностью
принимать, с датчика двери, указание закрывания водительской двери,
принимать, с датчика сиденья, указание объекта на заднем сиденье, и
передавать, в ответ на указание объекта отсутствия открывания задней двери в течение предопределенного времени от закрывания водительской двери, информацию о присутствии на мобильное устройство.

13. Система по п. 12, в которой контроллер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью принимать указание выключения зажигания двигателя, инициирующее контроллер контролировать двери транспортного средства.

14. Система по п. 12, в которой информация о присутствии побуждает мобильное устройство передавать команду на носимое устройство, включающую в себя инструкции касательно тактильного предупредительного сигнала на носимом устройстве.
