Abstract

Piezoelektrisk resonator (10) med en kjerne (12) og utformet ved laminering av en struktur av piezoelektriske skiver eller seksjoner og elektroder (14, 20, 22). Kjernen (12) er polarisert i motsatt retning på de to sider av en indre elektrode (14). De indre elektroder (14) er avvekslende dekket av et første hhv et andre isolasjonslag (15, 18) på begge sider av et spor (15) langsetter kjernen (12). Det første isolasjonslag (16) dekker de indre elektroder (14) som ikke er dekket av det andre isolasjonslag (18), og omvendt. Ytre elektroder (20, 22) er utformet på begge sider av sporet (15) på kjernen (12), og de indre elektroder (14) er koplet til annenhver ytre elektrode. Et støtteelement (24) av elektrisk ledende materiale er utformet ved midten av de ytre elektroder, regnet i kjernens lengde- retning.
