Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte ved fremstilling av et høyt anriket adsorpsjonsmiddel, hvilken fremgangsmåte omfatter trinnene a) å ekstrahere en olje fra et oljeråprodukt ved hjelp av overkritisk fluidekstraksjon, derved å oppnå en an- riket overkritisk fluid (SCF); b) å ekspandere den anrikede SCF fra trinn a) etterfulgt av oppvarming for å oppnå en væskefase og en SCF fase redusert i anrikning; c) valgfritt å senke trykket og/eller øke temperaturen av SCF fasen fra trinn b) til betingelser for adsorpsjon; d) å introdusere SCF fra trinn b) eller trinn c) inn i en fastsjikt adsorpsjonsenhet for å oppnå et adsorp- sjonsmiddel anriket med den rensede olje og ren SCF; e) å føde væskefasen fra trinn b) som en tilbakestrøm til ekstraksjonsanordningen i trinn a); f) å sammenpresse og temperere den rene SCF i trinn d) til ekstraksjonsbetingelser; g) å gjenvinne den rene SCF til ekstraksjonsanordningen i trinn a). Oppfinnelsen omfatter videre en fremgangsmåte for å rense en olje fra et oljeråprodukt ved å desorbere den adsorberte olje. Oppfinnelsen omfatter videre en fremgangsmåte for å rense en olje, valgfritt kombinert med en fremgangsmåte for å fremstille en høyt anriket adsorbent, hvilken fremgangsmåte omfatter trinnene:
